भीष्म पितामह सावरेदय बाल विद्ययलय के 12 वीं में पढ़ने वाले कॉमर्स के छात्र शमीम ने कबाड़ से एक जुगाडू इलेक्ट्रिक बाइक तैयार करके खुद को चर्चा का विषय बना हुआ है। दरअसल, युवाओं को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार के अपने स्कूलों में बिजनेस ब्लास्टर्स प्रोग्राम शुरू किया गया है, इस प्रोग्राम के तहत प्रतिभाशाली छात्र कई रचनात्मक और अभिनव परियोजनाओं पर काम कर रहे हैं।

इसी प्रोग्राम के तहत शमीम ने सरकार के तरफ से 16000 रूपये सीड मनी से इस प्रोजेक्ट पर काम करना शुरु किया है। इसमे उन्होंने सरकार के तरफ से मिलने वाले 16000 रुपये की सीड मनी से कबाड़ के दूकान से पुराना समान खरीदा, इसके बाद उन्होंने इस प्रोजेक्ट पर अपने मित्रों के साथ मिल कर काम करना शुरु किया। इसके बाद उन्होंने अपने दोस्तों के साथ मिल कर काम करना शुरु किया। परिणाम सक्रात्मक रहा और उन्होंने अपने मेहनत से ई मोटरसाइकिल बना डाली।
