अगर आपमें कुछ करने का जज्बा हो तो आपकी उम्र मायने नही रखती है, मायने रखती है तो सिर्फ आपकी लग्न और उस काम को करने के लिए आपका दृढ़ निश्चय, आज हम आपको 93 वर्षीय दादी के बारे में बताएंगे जिन्होंने इस उम्र में अपनी इक्छा पूरी कर सबके लिए मिसाल कायम की हैं, तो आइए जानते है उनके बारे में।

हरभजन कौर का परिचय-

हरभजन कौर अमृतसर के नजदीक तरण-तारण की रहने वाली है, उनकी आयु 93 वर्ष की है, जब उनकी शादी हुई तो वो अपने पति के साथ लुधियाना आ गई, परन्तु दस वर्ष पूर्व उनके पति का देहांत हो गया, तो वो अपनी बेटी के पास चंडीगढ़ आ गई रहने।

बेटी के सवाल से जागी इक्छा-

एक दिन हरभजन कौर की बेटी ने उनसे पूछा कि अपको कही जाने की इक्छा है या कुछ करने कि या ऐसा कुछ जो आप नही कर पाई हो परन्तु आपको करने की इक्छा हो, तब उन्होंने जवाब दिया की आज तक सिर्फ मुझे इस बात का मलाल है कि मैंने पैसे नही कमाए आजतक। तब उनकी बेटी ने पूछा की आपको क्या करने की इक्छा है, तब उन्होंने कहा की मुझे बेसन की बर्फी बनाने आती है, कोई तो मेरे बेसन की बर्फी खरीद ही लेगा, उनकी बेटी के लिए ये पल बहुत ही भावनात्मक था जब उनकी माँ ने उन्हें अपनी अधूरी इक्छा बताई।

दादी ने शुरु किया अपना बिजनेस-

हरभजन कौर को उनका पहला ऑर्डर सेक्टर 18 ऑर्गनिक बाजार से मिला, 5 किलो बेसन की बर्फी का ऑर्डर। उनकी बनाई हुई बर्फियां लोगो को बहुत पसंद आई और उन्हें उनकी पहली कमाई मिली, जिसे अपने हाथों में लेके उन्होंने ये कहा की अपनी कमाई की बात ही कुछ और होती है, उसके बाद उन्होंने अपनी सारी कमाई अपने तीनो बेटियों में बराबर बाट दी।

उनके घरवालों ने सोचा कि माँ का शौक पूरा हो गया, तो अब वो काम नही करेंगी परंतु सत्य बात तो ये थी की अभी तो उन्होंने शुरुआत की थी, अभी तो उन्हें बहुत कुछ करना था। उनकी बनाई हुई बर्फी इतनी लजीज होती है कि देखते-देखते उन्हें रिस्तेदारों, आस-पड़ोस वालो से भी आर्डर मिलने लगे, इस सफलता के बाद उन्होंने और भी बहुत कुछ बनाने की शुरुआत की जैसे- बादाम का शरबत, लौकी को आइसक्रीम, टमाटर चटनी, दाल का हलवा, अचार आदि। उन्होने बर्फी बनाना 3 साल पहले शुरू किया था, चंडीगढ़ के साप्ताहिक ऑर्गनिक बाजार में उनकी बर्फी की बहुत मांग है। इस उम्र में आने के बाद वो थोड़ा धीमा काम करती है परन्तु उनके बनाए हुए खाध पदार्थ इतने स्वादिष्ट होते है कि उनके ग्रहको को इंतजार करने में कोई परेशानी नही होती है।

खुद करती है सारा काम-

इस उम्र में भी हरभजन कौर खुद ही अपना सारा काम करती है वो ना तो अपने घर की सहायिका, बेटी ना ही अपने नातिन की मदद लेती है अपना आर्डर पूरा करने के लिए, वो खुद सारे काम करती है, जिस बेसन की बर्फी की वजह से उन्हें ऑर्डर मिलना शुरू हुआ वो बर्फी उन्होंने अपने पिता से बनानी सीखी थी इस हिसाब से आप अंदाजा लगा सकते है कि ये रेसिपी 100 से अधिक पुरानी होगी, परन्तु आज भी लोगो को बर्फी का स्वाद पसंद आ रहा है, अपनी कुछ रेसिपी तो उन्होंने अपने नाती को विरासत में दे दी है जो पंजाब में अपना रेस्टुरेंट चलाते है, उनके नाती ने उनकी रेसिपी को संभाल कर रखा है।

लोगो ने खूब सराहा दादी के जज्बे को-

धीरे- धीरे उनकी बर्फी के ग्राहक चंडीगढ़ में बढ़ने लगे, यंही की रहने वाले आरजे खुशबू, जो को हर सप्ताह अपने किचन के लिए इसी मार्किट से सामान ले जाती है, जब उन्होंने यहाँ से पहली बार दादी की बर्फी खरीदी थी और चखा तो वो दादी माँ के इस रेसिपी की तारीफ करते नही थक रही थी, उन्होंने इसे दादी माँ के खजाने से निकला हुआ स्वादिष्ट रेसिपी बताया। हरभजन कौर की नातिन ने उनके जुनून को देखते हुए, उसमें अपना सहयोग दिया उन्होंने अपनी नानी के बनाए हुए उत्पादों को “हरभजन” ब्रांड का नाम दिया, साथ ही नीचे में एक टैग लाइन भी लिखा-“बचपन की याद आ जाए”।

 

शादी में देंगी नानी की बनायी हुई मिठाई मेहमानों को-

हरभजन कौर की नातिन को शादी जल्द ही होने वाली है, और उनकी नातिन ने ये तय किया है की वो अपनी शादी में आए मेहमानों को बाज़ार की मिठाई नही बल्कि अपनी नानी की स्पेशल मिठाई देंगी सबको, और उनकी नानी माँ भी अपने नातिन के इस इक्छा को पूरी करने में जुट गई है।

हरभजन कौर की इक्छा लाखों की कमाई करना नही बल्कि, वो तो सिर्फ अपनी दबी हुई इक्छा को पूरी कर रही है, उनकी कहानी से हमे ये प्रेरणा मिलती है कि हम अपनी इक्छा किसी भी उम्र में पूरा कर सकते है, बस हमारी लग्न सच्ची होनी चाहिए।

हरभजन कौर की कहानी से प्रेरणा लेकर बहुत लोगो ने अपने माता-पिता की भी इक्छा जान उन्हें पूरा करने का प्रयास किया, अधिकतर लोगों का यही मानना है की उम्र के इस पड़ाव पर अगर बुजुर्ग लोग व्यस्त रहेंगे तो उनका ध्यांन अपने बीमारियों की तरफ नही जाएगा और वो चिरचिरे नही होंगे बल्कि अपने आप को व्यस्त रख के वो आत्मनिर्भर भी बनेंगे और अधिक किसी पे बोझ ना होने का उन्हें सुकून भी रहेगा।

हम हरभजन कौर के जज्बे को सालम करते है कि उन्होंने हम सबको ये सिखाया की कुछ भी नया करने के लिए उम्र की बाधा कोई मायने नही रखती है, हमारी तरफ से उन्हें ढ़ेर सारी शुभकामनाएं।
