ज्यादातर युवा आज ज्ञान के लिए नही नौकरी के लिए पढ़ते हैं।हम ऐसा सोचते है कि अगर किसी ने IIT कर ली या इंजीनियरिंग तो उसका नौकरी सेट हैं अच्छी नौकरी मिलने के बाद और क्या चाहिए। आज के युवाओं में पैसे कमाने का ऐसा जुनून है कि वो अपने सारे शौक कुचल देते हैं।

परंतु आज भी कुछ ऐसे युवा है जो अच्छी खासी पैकेज को ठोकर मार के अपने सपने पर ध्यान देते है और सफल भी होते हैं। और ऐसा नही है कि उन्हें इससे पैसे नही मिलते। वो युवा आत्मनिर्भर है और अपने परिवार और देश का नाम भी रौशन कर रहे हैं।

25 साल के अभिनव गंगूमल्ला ने गौतम यूनिवर्सिटी से इंजीनियरिंग की हैं। साथ ही साथ अभिनव गोल्ड मेडलिस्ट है।उसके साथ अभिनव ने मुम्बई से IIT में मास्टर्स भी की हैं।अभिनव को पर्यावरण से बहुत लगाव हैं। अभिनव को घूमना हर जगह की संस्कृति जानना और वहाँ का अलग-अलग खान-पान को जानने में बहुत दिलचस्पी हैं।

जब अभिनव की मास्टर्स पूरी हो गयी उसके बाद 3 सालों तक अभिनव ने कॉर्पोरेट लाइफ में नौकरी की बहुत अच्छे पैकज पे।2010 में अभिनव ने नौकरी से इस्तीफा दिया और अपने दूसरे लक्ष्य को साकार करने की सोचने लगे।

अभिनव की उपलब्धियाँ:-

आज अभिनव की उम्र 35 साल है।अभिनव नव जैविक किसान हैं फार्म डिज़ाइनर,वेलनेस कार्य और एक सफल उधमी भी है।

अभिनव ने 2010 हैदराबाद में “ग्रीन स्टोर”शुरू किया।जिससे की किसान अपनी जैविक उपज ग्राहकों तक पहुँचा सके बिना रुकावट के ।

जब ग्रीन स्टोर का काम आगे बढ़ा तब अभिनव को समझ आया कि बाजार बदल रहा हैं परंतु हमारे किसान नही।

खुद से की शुरूआत:-

2014 में अभिनव ने किसानी की शुरुआत की।पहले उन्होंने प्रकीर्तिक और जैविक खेती करनी सीखी। तब उन्होंने खुद से किया।उनकी पार्टनर है रेनु राव उनके साथ मिलकर अभिनव ने अभी।साढ़े 4 एकड़ जमीन पर खेती की।

अभिनव के फार्म का नाम “बियॉन्ड आर्गेनिक” हैं। इसमे आपको जैविक उपज मिलती है।बियॉन्ड आर्गेनिक अपने जैव विविधता यानी बायोडायवर्सिटी के लिए जाना जाता हैं। हर तरह के फसल के साथ आपको यहाँ असाग जीव-जंतु भी मिलेगें और दिखाई देंगे।

सफलता के लिए जैव विविधता है जरूरी:-

अभिनव का मानना है जब आप जैव विविधता को अपनाएंगे तभी आपको जैविक खेती में सफलता मिलेगी।साथ ही साथ जानवरो।पशुओ और कीटों की सहायता से खेतों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाएं।

अभिनव के फर्म में आपको 30 से ज्यादा फल तथा 100 से अधिक किस्म की सब्जियां दिखेंगी।18 किस्म की आम। 30 से किस्म की देसी टमाटर उपजाते है अभिनव।

पशुओं को भी पालते हैं:-

अभिनव ने जानवरो को भी पाला हैं।जिसमे उनके पास मुर्गियां,बकरी,गाय सब हैं। अभिनव का मानना है कि बाहर के केमिकल उर्वरक के स्थान पर आप जानवर पर निर्भर रहे। गाय के गोबर से आप खाद बना सकते है ताकि उपज बढ़े।

अभिनव मल्टी क्रोपिंग और रिले क्रोपिंग भी करते है और आने फर्म में अलग-अलग मौसमी फल भी उगाते है ताकि उनको मुनाफा हो।बाकी किसानों को भी अभिनव यही करने की सलाह देते हैं।

किसानो के लिए सुझाव:-

किसानों की सहायता पर बात करते हुए अभिनव कहते है कि अगर किसान गेहू की खेती के साथ मौसमी फल सब्जियां उगाए तो अगर गेहू की फसल में नुकसान हो तो उसकी भरपाई फल,सब्जियां कर देंगी।

एक्सपेरिमेंट सफल हुए:-

अभिनव लोगो कक फार्म डिजाइन करते है तथा देखरेख भी। मुम्बई,हैदराबाद,चेन्नई में लगभग 300 एकड़ जमीन की फार्म्स को संभालते है अभिनव।कुछ समय पहले ही अभिनव ने “ग्लास जैम कॉर्न”(रंग-बिरंगी मक्का) सफलता पूर्वक उपजाई।काफी समय से अभिनव और रेनु उत्तरी अमेरिका की इस किस्म को उगाने की कोशिश कर रहे थे।इस साल उन्हें सफलता मिली।

अभिनव देशी और हाइब्रिड दोनो बीजो की खेती करते है।परंतु ज्यादा से ज्यादा अभिनव देशी बीजों को संग्रक्षित करते है। अभिनव ने जब खेती शुरु की और जैविक फल,सब्जियां खाई तो उन्हें एहसास हुआ कि इससे हमारे स्वास्थ्य को कितना फायदा हैं।

पढ़ने का शौक:-

अभिनव को पढ़ना बहुत अच्छा लगता हैं।खेती से संबंधित हमेशा कुछ न कुछ पढ़ते रहते है अभिनव।2017 में स्वास्थ के बारे में पढ़ना शुरू किया अभिनव ने अंबे ये इतना अच्छा लाह की 2018 में उन्होंने “न्यूट्रिशन में सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स”किया।

न्युट्रिशन वैलनेस कोच बनने के बाद अभिनव का एक ही सिद्धांत है:SLOW

मतलब सीजनल(मौसमी),लोकल(स्थानिय),आर्गेनिक(जैविक),व्होले(सम्पूर्ण)।

अर्थात मौसम के हिसाब से उगने वाली जैविक फल,सब्जियां,अनाज खाये बैलेंस करके और स्वस्थ रहें। आज की सुविधाएं कभी-कभी हमारे लिए अभिशाप बन जाती है।किसी मौसम की फल,सब्जियां हम काफी भी खा सकते है।जिसे हम नुकसान ही होता हैं।

पर्यावरण ने दिया हमें इतना कुछ:-

अभिनव का मानना है कि हमारे यहाँ सरसो का तेल,मूंगफली का तेल,तिल का तेल,और नारियल का तेल हैं।जो हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए बहुत अच्छा है तो हम दूसरे जगह की महंगी चीज़े क्यों खाएं जैसे “ओलिव आयल”।

उसी प्रकार हमें अपने यहां उपजाए रागी, कंगनी,बाज़रा,खानी चाहिए न कि विदेश की किनोवा।हमारे यहाँ कि सारी चीज़ें स्वास्थ के लिए वरदान हैं।

10 साल की मेहनत:-

अभिनव की आज के सफलता के पीछे 10 साल की मेहनत हैं। अभिनव ने नौकरी छोड़कर बचत के पैसों से खेती की शुरुआत की जिसमे नौकरी से बहुत कम पैसे थे।परंतु सपने अभिनव के लिए पैसों से अधिक महत्वपूर्ण थे।

हर चीज़ को आप पैसों से नही तौल सकते। कम पैसों में भी आप अपनी जरूरतों को पूरा कर लेते हैं और आप स्वस्थ हैं तो ये सबसे अच्छा हैं।अभिनव का ये मानना हैं।

आगे अभिनव कहते है कि आप दूसरों की देखादेखी न करें। इससे अच्छा ये है कि आप खुद के पैशन को ध्यान में रख के कुछ करें तथा सेहतमंद और संतुष्ट रहे।
