केला खाने में हम सबको पसंद होती है यह स्वादिष्ट होने के साथ-साथ सेहत के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद होती है परंतु क्या आपने जानते हैं कि केलो के रसों से हम उत्पाद भी बना सकते हैं, आपको सुनने में यह थोड़ा अटपटा लग रहा होगा परंतु यह सत्य है तो आइए आज हम आपको उस शख्स से मिलवाते हैं जिन्होंने ये करके दिखाया है।

मेहुल श्रॉफ का परिचय-

मेहुल मध्यप्रदेश के बुरहानपुर के रहने वाले हैं, उनकी आयु 29 वर्ष है, उन्होंने मार्केटिंग विषय में एमबीए किया है पढ़ाई के बाद भी उन्होंने यह तय कर लिया था कि उन्हें अपना बिजनेस करना है, इसलिए पढ़ाई खत्म होने के बाद उन्होंने नौकरी करना नहीं चाहा बल्कि बिजनेस करने करने की सोची, उन्होंने अनोखा उपयोग किया और केलों के रेशों से पर्यावरण के अनुकूल उत्पाद बनाने लगे।

कैसे किया शुरू खुद का बिजनेस-

जब मेहुल की MBA की पढ़ाई खत्म हो गईं, तो वो कई बड़े बिजनेसमैन से मिले ताकि वो जान सके कि खुद का स्टार्टअप शुरू करने के लिए किन बातों का ध्यान रखना होता है, मेहुल बताते है कि वो अपने शहर के लोगो के लिए कुछ करना चाहते थे, इसलिए वो कुछ ऐसा बिजनेस करना चाहते थे जिससे उनकी मदद हो सकें, जब मेहुल ये सोच रहे थे कि किस चीज़ का बिजनेस करें उस वक़्त उन्होंने सबसे इको फ्रेंडली बिजनेस के बारे में बहुत सुना था।

मेहुल ने अपने इलाके में बचपन से ये देखा है कि, 20 हेक्टेयर से अधिक जमीन में केले की खेती होती है, जब केले की कटाई हो जाती है तो खेतो में दुबारा फसल लगते है, पहली फसल के बच्चे तने उनके लिए कचरा होते है जिसे वो लैंडफिल में पहुचाते है, इसलिए मैंने इन केलों के तनों का सही उपयोग करने की सोची।

वर्कशॉप से मिला बिजनेस आईडिया-

मेहुल तो यह सोच रहे थे कि वह किलो के तनों से कौन सा बिजनेस करेंगे, तब उन्हें जिला प्रशासन और नवसारी कृषि विश्वविद्यालय की तरफ से हो रहे एक वर्कशॉप में जाने का मौका मिला, इस वर्कशॉप में ये बताया गया को आप केले के रेशों से कैसे कपड़ा, कागज बना कर हैंडीक्राफ्ट कंपनी में काम कर सकते है। मेहुल को अपना बिजनेस आईडिया मिल गया, और उन्होंने अपना काम करना शुरु कर दिया, जब मेहुल ने इस बिजनेस के बारे में पता किया तो उन्हें पता चला कि इस बिजनेस में बहुत से लोग असफल हुए है, मेहुल के साथ ये ना हों इसलिए उन्होंने पहले हर जगह से जानकारी प्राप्त की जैसे- इसके लिए कौन सी मशीन चाहिए, रेशो से आप कौन-कौन से उत्पाद बना सकते है, इनकी मार्केटिंग कहाँ कि जा सकती है।

उसके बाद वो अपने छेत्र के किसानों से मिले और इसके बारे में बताया उन्हें सारे किसानों से बहुत अच्छी प्रतिक्रिया मिली, साल 2018 में उन्होंने अपना बिजनेस ” श्रॉफ इंडस्ट्रीज” का शुभारंभ किया। उन्होंने अपना प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट बुरहानपुर में ही लगाया, उनके इस बिजनेस से किसानों को बहुत लाभ हुआ इसके साथ ही महिलाओं को रोजगार मिला साथ ही पर्यावरण के अनुकूल उन्होंने उत्पाद बना कर उन्होंने पर्यावरण को अच्छा रखने में अपना सहयोग दिया।

कई किसानों की हुई मदद-

मध्य प्रदेश के एक किसान भाऊलाल कुशवाहा जिनकी आयु 36 वर्ष की है, उनका कहना है कि लगभग हर 14 महीने बाद उन्हें अपने खेत खाली करने होते है, एक हेक्टर में लगभग पाँच हज़ार केले के पेड़ लगे होते है, जब इनसे फल मिल जाते है तो इन्हें हटाकर नई फ़सल उगानी होती है, जब आप केलों की कटाई करते हैं तो इनकी पतियां और तना खेत मे ही रह जाता है। जिन्हें निकलवाने के लिए मजदूर रखने होते है इसके बाद इन्हें सूखा के हम लैंडफिल में डलवा देते है, इस काम मे किसानों के लगभग 10 हज़ार रुपये खर्च होते है, परन्तु वो जब से मेहुल से मिले है उनका ये खर्च बिल्कुल जीरो हो गया है।

मेहुल के छेत्र के बहुत सारे किसानों की तरफ कुशवाहा भी अपनी जमीन पर केले की खेती करते है, सारे किसानों की तरह उन्हें भी खेत से सब कुछ हटाने के लिए बहुत पैसे खर्च करने पड़ते है, परन्तु कुशवाहा का कहना है की अब उन्हें इस बात की चिंता नही रहती, क्योंकि मेहुल किसानों से लेके इन सब से उत्पाद बनाते है, जिससे कि किसानों की आमदनी में मुनाफा हो रहा है, कम लागत में। मेहुल के इस बिजनेस आईडिया से पर्यावरण को तो लाभ हो ही रहा है साथ ही 300 से अधिक किसान भी लाभवनवीत हो रहे है।

कैसे करते हैं कार्य-

मेहुल अभी लगभग 300 किसानों से जुड़े हुए है, जब भी कोई किसान उन्हें ये बताता है कि उनकी खेत खाली होने वाली है तो, मेहुल अपनी टीम को उसके खेत पर भेजते है जहाँ से वो केलो के तनों को उनके प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट पर ले आते है, तनों को काटने खेतो को साफ करने और उन्हें यूनिट तक लाने का खर्च मेहुल खुद करते है, इस प्रकार किसानों के पैसे भी बच जाते है और उनकी अगली फसल के लिए अधिक इंतजार भी नही करना पड़ता है।

यूनिट में केले पहुचने के बाद तनों को कुछ महिलाएं मिलकर साफ करती है, उसके बाद मशीन से इनके रेशे बनाए जाते है, एक केले के तने से 200 ग्राम के लगभग रेशा मिलता है, रेशा बनाने के बाद वो इसे अलग-अलग जगह पर भेजते है,फिलहाल मेहुल बिजनेस तो बिजनेस मॉडल पर काम कर रहे है, मेहुल ने कपड़ा और कागज बनाने वालों कंपनियों से टाई-उप किया, वहाँ मेहुल रॉ मटेरियल भेजते है जिसकी मदद से इन कंपनियों में इको फ्रेंडली कपड़ा और कागज तैयार किया जाता है।

इसके साथ ही मेहुल महिलाओं को भी रोजगार देते है वो 60 से अधिक महिलाओं को केले के रेशे देते है जिससे महिलाएं बत्ती, झाड़ू, टोकरी, पर्स और सेनेटरी नैपकिन जैसे उत्पाद तैयार करती है। उनका कहना है की केले के रेशे से बनाये जाने वाली सेनेटरी नैपकिन बायोडिग्रेडेबल होते है जो दो से तीन महीने में ही डीकपोज हो जाते है

इन उत्पादों को मेहुल दूसरे संगठनों को देते है जो इन्हें ग्रहको से बेचते है, कुछ समय पहले इनलोगो ने बागवानी के लिए केले के रेशे से ही ग्रो बैग बनाएं है, मेहुल के कहना है कि उनका इस स्टार्टअप को भारतीये कृषि विभाग द्वारा संचालित ” राष्ट्रीय कृषि विकास योजना( रफ्तार)” के तहत श्री कर्ण नरेन्द्र कृषि विश्वविद्यालय, जोबनेर, जयपुर से से इनक्यूबेशन और 20 लाख रुपये अनुदान राशि के रुप मे मिली है, इसके अतिरिक्त उन्हें कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र, बुरहानपुर और जिला प्रशासन से भी सहयोग मिला है।
