अवषधिये गुण वाला पौधा जिसे हम एलोवेरा,घृत कुमारी और ग्वारपाठा भी कहते है। एलोवेरा गुणों की खान हैं इसका उपयोग सिर्फ दवाइ के लिए ही नही रोजमर्रा के जीवन मे हम करते है जैसे- कंडीशनर, शैम्पू, साबुन,जूस,टूथपेस्ट आदि।

चाय के दुकान से खेती तक का सफर:-

अजय स्वामी जो कि अभी 31 वर्ष के हैं राजस्थान के हनुमानगढ़ जिला के परलीका गाँव में रहते हैं। कभी वह चाय की दुकान चलाते थे।

आज ऐलोवेरा की खेती ने इनकी किस्मत बदल दी। आज के तारिख में ऐलोवेरा की खेती और प्रोसेसिंग से लाखों रुपए काम रहे हैं।12 साल हो गए अजय को एलोवेरा की खेती करते हुऐ। अजय इसकी प्रोसेसिंग भी खुद करते हैं।

और खुद अपने उत्पाद तैयार कर बाजार में बेचते है। अजय के उत्पाद का नाम”नेचुरल हेल्थ केअर” हैं। और आज 20 अलग कंपनिया में अजय का उत्पाद जाता हैं।

अजय का जीवन काफी संघर्ष पूर्ण रहा। आज भले हु अजय के पास सबकुछ हैं परन्तु अजय ने सिर्फ 10 रुपये एक दिन की कमाई से शूरुआत की थीं।

संघर्ष भरा जीवन:–

अजय जब छोटे ही थे तभी उनके पिता गुजर गए और उन्हें विरासत में दो बीघा जमीन और जीवन का संघर्ष दे गए।

अजय ने अपने ननिहाल में 8वीं तक पढ़ाई की उसके बाद घर की स्थिती को देखते हुए वह 10 रुपये रोजाना पर चाय की दुकान पर काम करने लगे।परंतु अजय बचपन से ही मेहनती थे इसका नतीजा ये हुआ कि एक साल बाद ही अजय ने अपनी चाय की दुकान खोल ली। अजय दिन रात मेहनत करते और सोचते रहते की और क्या किया जाए कि घर की स्थिती सुधरे।

सिर्फ दो बीघा जमीन में वह क्या कर सकते हैं वह सोचते रहते थे। अजय बताते है” एक दिन पेपर में मैने एलोवेरा के बारे में पढ़ा और पतंजलि के एलोवेरा के समान तब काफी मशहूर थे। जब मुझे पता चला कि एलोवेरा के खेती में पानी की ज्यादा आवस्यकता नही हैं।”

पर अब समस्या ये थी कि एलोवेरा का पौधा आएगा कहाँ से। बहुत लोगो से पूछा तब किसी ने उन्हें बताया कि एक गाँव है चूरू वह कब्रिस्तान में बहुत एलोवेरा के पौधे हैं। क्योंकि उस गाँव में जब भी किसी का निधन होता टी उन्हें दफनाने के बाद वहां एलोवेरा का पौधा लगा दिया जाता था। एक तो एलोवेरा खुद भी काफी फैलता है और कब्रिस्तान में काफी लोगो ने ऐलोवेरा के पौधे लगाए थे।

किस्मत ने दिया अजय का साथ:-

अजय को यह पता लगा कि चूरू गांव के लोग एलोवेरा के पौधे को उखाड़ना चाहते है क्योंकि ऐलोवेरा पूरे कब्रिस्तान में फैल गया था।तब क्या था अजय गांव के दो लोगों के साथ वहाँ गए और एलोवेरा के पौधे को ट्रेक्टर पर लाद के ले आए।

जो एलिवेरा के पौधे अजय कब्रिस्तान से लाये थे वह बरमंडिसिस पप्रजाती के एलोवेरा थ अजय ने इस पौधों को लगा दिया और कुछ साल चाय की दुकान तथा ऐलोवेरा की खेती साथ साथ करते रहे।

मुश्किले अभी खत्म नही हुए थीं:-

अजय की पहली फसल एक साल में तैयार हुई। पर अजय को कोई ग्राहक नहीं मिला जो उनसे एलोवेरा खरीद सके।और कुछ साल अजय कही इसे बेच नही पाए।क्योंकि उन्हें कोई जानकारी नही थी इसके मार्केटिंग के बारे में।
तब अजय ने सोचा कि इन पौधों का मैं क्या कर सकता हूँ।तब अजय ने एक मिक्सर ख़रीदा और अपने खेत पर ही एलोवेरा का जूस बनाया।क्योंकि उन्होंने पढ़ा था कि ऐलोवेरा का जूस ,क्रीम तथा साबुन सभी कुछ बनता हैं।

और उसके बाद उन्होंने इसे बेचना शुरू किया कड़ी मेहनत के बाद उनके ग्राहक बढ़े और प्रोसेसिंग का काम चल निकला।एक दो कंपनियो ने अजय के उत्पाद भी खरीदे। उसके बाद अजय ने सिर्फ खेती पर ध्यान देना शुरू किया।उसके बाद अजय बहुत सारे कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र गए और अलग अलग उत्पाद बनाने के बारे में जाना जैसे- साबुन,क्रीम।

कड़ी मेहनत रंग लाई:-

अजय की मेहनत रंग लाई और उन्होंने प्रोसेसिंग का सेट उप लगाया।और 27 बीघा जमीन भी ली।आज अजय की प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट लगभग 45 तरह के उटाफ़ बना रही हैं।सफलता जब अजय के कदम चुम रही थी तब भी अजय ने नए नए उत्पादों की खोज करना चालू रखा और lockdown में भी वह नए उत्पाद बनाने की सोच रहे थे और उस पे काम भी किया।

हम सभी को यह पता है कि एलोवेरा गुणों की खान है स्वास्थ्य के लिए ।सालो से हम सब के घर मे यह इस्तेमाल हो रहा हैं।पहले तो लोग एलोवेरा के लाडू और नमकीन भी बनाते थे ।अजय ने भी यहा से सिख ले कर lockdown ने दो तरफ के लाडू बनाया और उन्हें इसमे सफलता भी मिली और आज वह इसे बेच भी रहे हैं।

और एलोवेरा का लाडू अजय की सर्वाधिक बिकने आलू वस्तु है इसकी कीमत 350 रुपये किलो हैं।अजय का मानना है हमे हमेशा नई नई चीज़ों बनाने के बारे में सोचना चाहिये ताकि हम समय के साथ चली पिछड़े नही।

एलोवेरा की खेती में लागत तो कम है परन्तु मेहनत बहुत ज्यादा है।रेतीली मिट्टी एलोवेरा के लिए सबसे अछि है।800 एलोवेरा के पौधे आप एक बीघा जमीन में लगा सकते है।सर्दियो में एलोवेरा के पौधों पर अधिक ध्यान देने की अवसएकता होती हौ।पहली बर्वतो 1 साल लगते है परंतु उसके बाद 6 महीने तथा 3 महीने में भी आपको फसक मिलने लगेगी।

अजय का कहना है कि अगर फसल के साथ साथ किसान अपने खुद के उत्पाद बनाने लगे टी यह सोने पे सुहागा ही जायेगा। उनका कहना है कि जब मैंने शुरूआत की तो मेरे पास कुछ नही था परंतु कुछ करने की चाह ने मुझे सफलता दिलाई। लेकुन आज ढेर सारे विकल्प है सोशल मीडिया की सहायता से आप मार्केटिंग कर सकते है तो किसानों को अपनी अछि भविष्य के लिए सोचना चाहिए।
