आज किसी भी सब्जियों के बाजार में चले जाइये आप जादातर सब्जियां आपको केमिकल वाली ही मिलेगी। और यही कारण है कि आज हर घर मे इन सब्जियों को खा के कोई न कोई बीमार रहता हैं। परंतु समस्या यह है कि आखिर हम क्या करे जिससे यह समस्या दूर हो जाए।
तो इसका जवाब ये है कि आज ग्रामीण और शहरी दोनो छेत्र के लोग आने स्वास्थ्य को लेके जागरूक हैं।आज दोनो छेत्रों में लोग जैविक खेती कर रहे हैं। इसी फेहहिस्त में अनु का भी नाम जुड़ गया हैं।
अनु बेंगलुरू में रहती हैं। अनु को शुरू से ही खेती में दिलचस्पी थी। 2015 में अनु ने एक स्टार्टअप” इट्स टाइम तो गार्डन” नाम के8 वर्कशॉप की शुरुआत की। अनु के इस वर्कशॉप का उद्देश्य गार्डनिंग के बारे में लोगो को जागरूक करना और प्रशिक्षण देना था। अभी तक अनु बहुत लोगो को जागरूक कर चुकी है। अनु कुछ वर्षो से सब्जियां नही खरीद रही है ।खुद अपनी बागानी में उपजाति है और उसका सेवन करती हैं।
अपने टेरस गार्डन में उपजाति है कई तरह की सब्जियां और फल:-
शुरू-शुरू में तो अनु को बहुत परेशानी हुई क्योंकि उस समय अनु को जड़ जानकारी नही थी कि कौन सी सब्जी वो आने गार्डन में लगाएं। अनु ने सबसे पहले अपने टेरस गार्डन में बैंगन, टमाटर,गोभी,पालक,मेथी, अजवाइन, कद्दू, करेला,मूली,बीन्स और प्याज उगाती हैं। अनु फल भी उपजाति है आने टेरस पे जैसे पपीता,अनार,नीबू,नारंगी,चीकू,शरीफा, अंजीर,ड्रैगन फ्रूट्स,लीची इत्यादि।
अनु को जो सबसे आसान उगाया जाने वाला सब्जी लगता है वो है मेथी, अजवाइन, हल्दी,पालक,प्याज़, बीन्स और अदरक है।अनु जिन्हें ट्रैनिंग देती हैं उनलोगों को भी ये बताती हैं।
सही तरीके से पौधे कैसे लगाए:-
अनु बताती हौ की आप प्याज को गमले में भी उपजा सकते है।तोको करना ये है कि पहले प्याज को गमले में डाल के ऊपर से मिट्टि डाले उसके कुक्ज दिन बाद ही प्याज अंकुरित हो जाएगी।आप इसे काटकर घर का शुद्ध प्याज का सेवन कर सकते हैं।
इसी तरह से आप मेथी भी उपजा सकते है। अगर आप इसको पतियों को बार -बार काटते है तो इससे इनकी उपज बढ़ेगी।ऐसे ही टमाटर को गमले में काट कर मिट्टी डाल कर छोड़ दे।कुछ दिन बाद टमाटर के अंकुरित पौधे आपको दिखने लगेंगे। वैसे ही आप लहसुन से एक एक बीज को निकाल के मिट्टि में लगा दे ।कुछ महीनों बाद बीज निकल जायेगा। आप चाहे तो लहसुन के पत्तो का उपयोग कर सकते हैं।परंतु सूखे लहसुन उगाने के लिए लहसुन के पेड़ को आप ऐसे ही छोड़ दे । कुछ महने बाद जब लहसुन सुख जाएगा तो आप उसे मिट्टी से बाहर निकाल सकते हैं।
वैसे तो मूली और मूंगफली को भी उगा सकते है।और ताजी तथा केमिकल रहित मूली के पत्ते और मूंगफली का सेवन कर सकते हैं।
गुणकारी हल्दी:-
हम सभी जानते है कि हल्दी स्वास्थ्य के लिए वरदान हैं। इसे आप जमीन के दो इंच नीचे गड्ढा करके लगा सकते है। थोड़े दिन धूप लगने के बाद जब पत्ते निकल जाए तो उन्हें सूखने दें और फिर काट लें।खाने से पहले आप इसे याद से पानी मे जरूर उबाले ताकि यह करक्यूमिन को सही तरीके से आपको उपलब्ध कराएं।
कैसे बनाये कीटनाशक:-
अनु का कहना है कि कीटनाशक बनाने के लिए सबसे पहले गोबर ,नीम का तेल,कोको पिट सुखी पतियों को पानी मे मिलाकर घोल बनाकर पौधों पर छिड़काव करें।इससे सारे कीटे मर जाती है।आप इसका स्प्रे बना कर रखे और नियमित तौर पर छिड़काव करें।जिससे कीटे मर जाये।आप चाहे तो इस मिश्रण को कपड़े में मिलाकर पौधों की सफाई कर सकती हैं।
कहा उगाएँ पौधे:-
अनु पौधों को उगाने के लिए पुराने बर्तनों घड़ा, पुराने जुते का इस्तेमाल कर उसमें पौधे उगाती हैं।आप चाहे तो पानी बाहर निकलने के लिए इसमें छेद कर सकते है।क्योंकि ज्यादा पानी की वजह से पौधे बर्बाद होने का डर होता हैं। एक के साथ आप अन्य पौधे भी लगा सकते है ।गमले में गेंदे के फूल के पास में आप टमाटर ,बैगन लगा सकती है।और एक ही साथ सबका ध्यान रख सकए हैं।अनु खेती में अपनी दादी की मदद किया करती थी।तब से ही अनु को खेती में दिलचस्पी हुई।
14 वर्षों तक अमेरिका और बेंगलुरु में कॉरपोरेट छेत्र में अनु ने काम किया है।उसके बाद अनु ने बागानी करने की सोची और आज अनु सफलता से खेती कर रही हैं।अनु के पत्ति भी उनक्स सहयोग करते हैं।इस कोरोना काल मे अनु ने अपनी बागानी को अधिक समय दिया हैं।अनु ने जैविक तरीके से खेती कर के सबको जागरूक किया है हमें।
