आज की पीढ़ी में अधिकतर लड़के,लड़कियों को सोशल मीडिया का चस्का रहता है।इंस्टाग्राम, यु ट्यूब, फेसबुक,पब जी। आह की अधिकतर पीढ़ी अपना सारा समय इन सब चीज़ों में बर्बाद करती है और इस लत से आज हर माँ बाप परेशान है। परन्तु आज भी हमारे कुछ युवा है जिनको प्रकीर्ति से प्यार हैं।
इसका उदाहरण है अनुभव वर्मा जो 24 वर्ष के है और अनुभव अपने ग्रेजुएशन खत्म कर के बैंक में नौकरी पाने के लिए तैयारी करते हैं। अनुभव उत्तर प्रदेश के रहने वाले हैं। अनुभव अपनी छत्त पर ही गार्डनिंग करते हैं।
शुरुआत 2015 से की:-
अनुभव को प्रकीर्ति और पेड़-पौधों से तो बचपन से ही प्यार था परंतु 2015 से अनुभव ने अपना टेरेस गार्डन बनाना शुरू किया। अनुभव के टेरेस गार्डन में आज 300 से अधिक पेड़-पौधे हैं।
सबसे पहले तो अनुभव ने फूलो से अपने गार्डन को सजाया उसके बाद सब्जी ,हर्ब्स,फूल और अब तो अनुभव मसाले भी उगाने लगे हैं। अनुभव का शौक कहिये या सपना ये है कि उन्हें अपना मिक्स्ड गार्डन बनाना है और पूरे मोहल्ले को अपने फल का स्वाद चखाना हैं।
स्वस्थ रहने का सबसे सटीक तरीका:-
जैसे कि हम सब जानते है कि आज की भाग-दौड़ वाली जिंदगी में सब तनाव से जुझ रहे हैं। किसी को समय ही नही है प्रकीर्ति का आनंद लेने के लिए। अनुबहव बताते है कि जैसे जैसे मेरी गार्डनिंग और पेड़-पौधों के बारे में जानकारी बढ़ती गयी तो मुझे ये समझ मे आया कि अगर हम सब अपने अपने घरों में फल और सब्जी उगाएंगे तो देश मे खाद्यान्न की संकट ही नही होगी।
अनुभव का कहना है कि पेड़- पौधें लगाने से मौसम अच्छा होता है। अनुभव सुबह-शाम अपने टेरेस गार्डन में समय बिताते हैं और साथ ही साथ अपने बैंक की नौकरी की भी तैयारी करते है। अनुभव का कहना है कि पेड़-पौधे के साथ समय बिताने से उन्हें तरोताजगी महसूस होती है।
और नई एनर्जी आती है जिससे वह अपने पढ़ायी पर ध्यान केंद्रित कर पाते है। उनका यह भी कहना है कि सब लोग अगर गार्डनिंग करे तो सबका तनाव जरूर कम होगा तथा मन को शांति मिलेगी।
फल,सब्जियां और मसाले उगते है अनुभव टेरेस गार्डन में:-
अनुभव के शौक से उनके परिवार वालो को ताजी सब्जियां और फल खाने को मिल रहे है।अनुभव का कहना है कि वह आने टेरेस गार्डन में फूलो के साथ चार तरह के मसाले तथा 10 तरह के फल और कुछ मौसमी सब्जियां सब उगाते है।
मसालों में काली मिर्च,इलाइची,लौंग,तेजपात और फलो में पपीता,कमरख,लीची, सहतुत,अंजीर,आम,अमरूद,आवला, सीताफल और चीकू के पेड़ लगाए हुए हैं। और सब्जियों में लौकी ,तोरई, केरेला, गोभी,हरि मिर्च,बैंगन और टमाटर उगाते हैं।
आज के समय मे जब हर चीज़ में मिलावट है तथा प्रतिदिन ये सुनने को आता है कि सब्जियां इंजेक्शन वाली है या दावा वाली हैं और इससे हमारे सेहत पे भी बहुत बुरा असर पड़ता हैं।
