आज के दौर में युवाओं की तमन्ना अपनी शिक्षा सम्पन्न करने के उपरांत मोटी रकम की सैलरी वाली नौकरी हासिल करना है, ताकि वे ऐशो आराम की ज़िंदगी व्यतीत कर सकें। हमें ऐसे बहुत कम हीं युवा मिलते हैं जो उच्च शिक्षा ग्रहण करने के उपरांत खेती की तरफ रुख मोड़ते हुए, अन्य लोगो के लिए उदाहरण बनते हैं।
आज की हमारी यह कहानी एक ऐसे युवा की है, जिन्होंने खेती को मात्र अपना कैरियर ही नहीं बनाया, बल्कि अन्य लोगों को इससे जोड़कर उन्हें रोजगार भी दे रहें हैं। उन्होंने लगभग 15 लोगों को रोजगार दिया है।
रखते हैं किसान परिवार से ताल्लुक
वह युवा अनुज शर्मा (Anuj Sharma) हैं जो हिमाचल ( Himachal) के निवासी हैं। उनकी पहचान मशरूम की खेती से है। वह मैकेनिकल इंजीनियर है और इसके साथ हीं उन्होंने स्वयं को मशरूम की खेती के लिए समर्पित किया है। अनुज का जन्म 1990 को एक किसान परिवार में हुआ। उनके पिता ने हमेशा हीं अपने बच्चे की शिक्षा पर ध्यान दिया और उन्हें पढ़ा-लिखाकर इंजीनियर बनाया। अपनी शिक्षा सम्पन्न करने के उपरांत उनकी नौकरी लग गई और उनकी लाइफ सेट हो गई। परन्तु उनकी ख़्वाहिश कुछ अलग करने की थी।
वक़्त निकालकर जाया करते थे मशरूम प्लांट पर
अनुज हमेशा से हीं खुद का कार्य प्रारंभ करना चाहते थे। परंतु उन्हें यह कठिनाई होती थी कि आखिर वह किस कार्य को प्रारंभ करें। वर्ष 2016 में जब वह अपने दोस्त के घर एक समारोह में गए तो उनकी नजर मशरूम के पौधे पर पड़ी। तब उन्होंने निश्चय किया कि क्यों ना मैं एक बार कोशिश करके देखूं की मशरूम को कैसे उगाया जाता है? जब वह मशरूम कल्टीवेटसन को देखने गए तो उन्हें यह बहुत अच्छा लगा। अब उनकी इसमें अधिक दिलचस्पी बढ़ने लगी और वह वक़्त निकालकर मशरूम प्लांट पर जाया करते थे। अब उन्होंने इसपर रिसर्च कर स्वयं को मशरूम की खेती के लिए तैयार किया।
करना पड़ा मुश्किलों का सामना
अनुज शर्मा (Anuj Sharma) को सर्च में यह जानकारी मिली कि हमारे मार्केट में मशरूम की खपत बहुत ज्यादा है। जिस कारण अगर मैं इसकी खेती प्रारंभ कर दूं तो अधिक लाभ कमा सकता हूं। उन्होंने नौकरी को जारी रखते हुए मशरूम की खेती प्रारंभ की, जिसमें उनके परिवार के सभी सदस्यों ने सहयोग की। वर्ष 2016 खत्म होने से पूर्व ही उन्होंने मशरूम प्लांट प्रारंभ कर दिया। शुरुआती दौर में उन्हें बहुत ही मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ा। कभी-कभी उन्हें लगता कि मैं नौकरी के साथ इसे नहीं संभाल पा रहा, तो क्यों ना इसे छोड़ दूं?? परन्तु उन्होंने हार नहीं मानी और आखिरकार सफलता हाथ लग ही गई।
हो रही है लाखो की कमाई
मशरूम की अच्छी क्वालिटी होने के कारण उनके मशरूम का डिमांड अधिक बढ़ गया और लाखों की कमाई होने लगी। अनुज का एक प्लांट उधम सिंह नगर, रुद्रपुर उत्तराखंड में है और वहीं दूसरा प्लांट पांवटा साहिब सिरमौर हिमाचल प्रदेश में है। उन्होंने अपने दोनों प्लांट में लगभग 15 लोगों को रोजगार दिया है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस मशरूम की खेती ने मेरी पूरी ज़िंदगी पलट कर रख दी और मुझे राजा बना दिया। अनुज को अपने खेत से 22 लाख रुपए हर वर्ष प्राप्त कर रहें हैं। खेती की ट्रेनिंग के लिए लोग अनुज से संपर्क कर रहें है ताकि वह भी मशरूम की खेती से अधिक लाभ कमा सकें।
अनुज अपने मशरूम को मौसम के अनुसार हीं लगाते हैं। उनका मानना है कि इसकी खेती साइंस के तौर पर किया जाता है। अगर हम इसकी खेती बेहतर तरीके से करें तो अधिक-से-अधिक लाभ कमा सकते हैं। इसमें औषधीय गुण समाहित होते हैं जिस कारण मार्केट में इसका अधिक डिमांड है। आज अनुज अपने क्षेत्र में मशरूम की खेती से प्रसिद्ध हैं और लोगों को ट्रेनिंग दे रहे हैं। साथ ही वह लोगो को रोजगार भी दे रहें हैं।
