इंसान की इक्छाये अनगिनत है जिसकी कोई गिनती ही नही हैं। अगर एक चीज़ पूरी हो जाए तो दूसरी चाहिए दूसरी हो जाए तो तीसरी ऐसे ही ये सिलसला चलता ही रहता है।कभी थमता नही है।यही कारण है कि आज सारे लोग असन्तुष्ट हैं जबकि उनके पास किसी भी चीज़ की कमी नही हैं। परंतु कुछ लोग ऐसे भी है जो सीमित संसाधनों में ही खुश और संतुष्ट रहते है और जो है उनके पास उसका भरपूर फायदा उठाते है और आगे बढ़ते रहते हैं।

शौक बड़ी चीज है:–

अपर्णा सर्वे टैगोर जो बेंगलुरु में रहती हूं। अपर्णा एक एडुटेक कंपनी में काम करती हैं।तथा अपर्णा IOT रोबोटिक्स और AI इंस्ट्रक्टर भी हैं। अपर्णा एक आर्टिस्ट भी है और गार्डनिंग भी करती हैं।

12 सालो से अपर्णा अपनी दो छोटी-छोटी बालकनी में गार्डनिंग कर रही है।अपर्णा की एक बालकनी 40 स्क्वायर फ़ीट और दूसरी 19 स्क्वायर फ़ीट की हैं। हमेशा हमे ऐसा लगता है की गार्डनिंग के लिए हमें ज्यादा जगह चाहिए। परन्तु अपर्णा इन इस तथ्य को गलत साबित कर के फूल,पत्तेदार साग-सब्जियां उगा रही है।

स्वास्थ को ध्यान में रखकर गार्डनिंग की सोची:–

अपर्णा कहती हूं मेट्रो शहरों में ताजे और पौष्टिक फल,सब्जियां मिलना बहुत कठिन हैं। इसके साथ ही साथ हमारे पास वक़्त की कमी रहती हैं। तो हम एक हफ्ते की सब्जियां फल एक ही दिन खरीद लेते हैं। जिसका सीधा असर हमारे स्वास्थ्य पर पड़ता हैं।इसलिए मैंने गार्डनिंग करने की सोची ताकि अपने परिवार का पोषण से भरपूर चीज़े ख़िलायु ताकि वो स्वस्थ रहें।

गार्डनिंग से मिलती है मानसिक शांति:–

अपर्णा अपने परिवार के लिए तो गार्डनिंग करती ही है साथ ही साथ अपर्णा के लिए उनका गार्डन मन को शांत रखने का सबसे अच्छा तरीका है।अपर्णा को अपने गार्डन में सुकून ,मानसिक शांति तथा आत्म संतोष मिलता हैं।

मुश्किलों का सामना करते हुए गार्डनिंग की:-

अपर्णा दूसरे फ्लोर पर रहती है।और उनके घर के अगल बगल में बड़ी-बड़ी इमारते हैं। परंतु फिर भी अपर्णा घबराती नही है।और जितनी जगह उनके पास है उतने जगह में ही वह स्वस्थ चीज़े उपजाति हैं।और उसका सेवन भी करती हैं।

अपर्णा के गार्डन में लेमनग्रास,थाई,तुलसी,अजवाइन, सौंफ, पुदीना,निम्बू के साथ पालक,मेथी, धनियां भी हैं।और फल और सब्जियो अरबी , आलू,केरेला,टमाटर,बीन्स,धनिया,लहसुन और खरबूज उगाती है। फूलो में जैस्मीन,वाइट जिंजर लिली और गुलाब भी हैं। अपर्णा के गार्डन में जब मौसम की वजह से अपर्णा के गार्डन में सब्जियां नही उगती तो अपर्णा मिक्रोग्रीन्स उगाती हैं।

किचन से लेती है समान:-

अपर्णा अपने किचन से धनिया और मेथी के बीज लेती है।जो भी उनके गार्डन में होता है अपर्णा उनके बीज इकट्ठा कर के उनका फिर से इस्तेमाल करती है।अपर्णा अपने किचन के कचरे को कभी फेकती नहीं।बल्कि उनका उपयोग गमले में लगे पौधो को पोषण देने के लिए करती है। फलो के छिलकों और प्याज के छिलकों से “लिक्विड बायो एक्ज़ाएम”बना के पौधों पर स्प्रे करती हैं।जिससे पौधो को पोषण मिलता है। साथ ही साथ उपज बढ़ती हैं।

जगह की कमी के कारण अपर्णा अपने घर पर खाद नही बना पाती।अपर्णा खाद के रुप मे जैविक चीज़े ही उपयोग करती है। अपर्णा बाजार से वर्मीकम्पोस्ट खरीदती हैं। बालकनी में धूप अच्छे से पहुच नही पाती।इसलिए अपर्णा पेस्ट-मैनेजमेंट करती है। कीरों से पौधों को बचाने के लिए वह जैविक पेस्टिसाइड बनाती है।

दॄढ निश्चय है जरूरी:-

अपर्णा नीम का तेल और घर का बना मिर्च पेस्ट उपयोग करती हैं। परंतु उसके बाद भी कीड़े सब्जियों को खराब कर देते हैं।

जब एक बार अपर्णा की आलू के पेंड़ में कीड़े लग गए तब अपर्णा को आलू के पेड़ को गार्डन से हटाना पड़ा।जिससे अपर्णा की मेहनत बर्बाद ही गयी।परंतु अपर्णा ने हार नही मानी और गार्डनिंग करती रही आज सफलता उनके कदम चुम रही है।

अपर्णा जिस पानी से अपने फल ,सब्जियों को धोती है।वही पानी इकट्ठा कर कर गार्डनिंग के लिए उपयोग करती है।यह खास बात है अपर्णा के गार्डन की।पर्यावरण को ध्यान में रखते हुए अपर्णा पानी बचाती है और कचरे को भी सही से मैनेज कर के इसका अच्छा इस्तेमाल करती है अपने गार्डनिंग में ।

ऐसा बिल्कुल नही है कि अपर्णा की गार्डनिंग से उनकी आपूर्ति हो जाती है। परंतु जितना भी अपर्णा उगाती है वह स्वच्छ, स्वस्थ रहता हैं इस बात की अपर्णा को खुशी हैं।

दुसरो को भी करती है जागरूक:-

अपर्णा सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से दूसरों को गार्डनिंग के बारे में बताती भी हैं और प्रेरित भी करती हैं गार्डनिंग करने के लिए।अपर्णा अपने बच्चो को भी गार्डनिंग सिखाती हैं। और वह उनकी मदद भी करते है। अपर्णा के बच्चो को पेड़-पौधों से लगाव है4।साथ ही साथ अपर्णा अपने बच्चो को आत्मनिर्भर भी बना रही हैं।

अपर्णा के गार्डन में चिड़िया,तितलियां और मधुमखिया अपना पेट भर्ती है।अपर्णा का मानना है कि आप कही भी रहते हो गांव या शहर में आपके पास अगर अधिक जगह न भी हो तो एक या दो भी पेंड़-पौधे लगाए। पौधे अपके सच्चे साथी हैं।थोड़ी सी देखभाल के बदले पौधे आपको बहुत कुछ देते हैं। बस आपको चाह होनी चाहिए पौधों को उगाने की।थोड़ी सी जगह में भी पौधे फलने फूलने लगते है।
