क्या है एक्वापोनिक्स खेती?

एक्वापोनिक्स का अर्थ मत्स्य पालन और पानी के ऊपर किसी भी पौधे को उगाना होता है। उनका यह फार्म 2 एकड़ जमीन में फैला है। वे यहां मत्स्य पालन के साथ सब्जियों को उगाते हैं।

फार्म में हैं कई पेड़

पानी को बदलने की नहीं पड़ी जरूरत

बिजली की अधिक आवश्यकता

मयंक गुप्ता (Mayank Gupta) बताते हैं कि उन्हें बिजली की अधिक जरूरत पड़ती है क्योंकि मछलियों को जिंदा रखने से हमेशा ऑक्सिजन के लिए पानी को बबल करना पड़ता है। उन्होंने बताया कि हाइड्रोपोनिक्स खेती से बेहतर एक्वापोनिक्स खेती है क्योंकि इससे मत्स्य पालन के साथ सब्जियों का लाभ मिल जाता है। -Aquaponics Farming by Mayank Gupta

खेती के लिए तापमान

एक्वापोनिक्स खेती के लिए तापमान 25-35 डिग्री सेल्सियस के बीच होना चाहिए। उनकी यह कम्पनी महाराष्ट्र के सरकार से साथ कार्य कर रही है ताकि कम भूमि में किसानों को इस खेती के विधि को बताया जा सके।

उनका पॉलीहाउस एरिया

वे अपने पॉलीहाउस फार्म में देशी पालक, स्पिनच, केल आदि पौधों को लगाया है। उनके फार्म में डेली प्लांटेशन होता है। वे अपने पौधों को आयरन की पूर्ति के लिए पानी मे आयरन डालते हैं ताकि वे अच्छी तरह तैयार हो सके। उन्हें यह तरकीब विदेशों से मिली जब वह काम के लिए अलग-अलग क्षेत्र में जाया करते थे। -Aquaponics Farming by Mayank Gupta

मिला है महिलाओं को भी रोजगार

उनके इस फार्म में 50 से अधिक लोग कार्य करते हैं। यहां महिलाओं को भी रोजगार मिला है। उन्होंने बताया कि उन्हें इस फार्म को खड़ा करने में 10 करोड़ रुपए खर्च करने पड़े थे। उनके खेतों से प्रतिदिन लगभग 200-300 किलो हार्वेस्टिंग हो जाता है।

खेती से प्रतिदिन 50 हज़ार रुपए की आमदनी
