साधारण से परिवार में हुआ जन्म
दरअसल आज हम बात कर रहे हैं कोलकाता (Kolkata) के रहने वाले आसिफ रहमान (Asif Rehman) की। आसिफ का जन्म एक गरीब परिवार में हुआ था। उनके पिता जूट मिल में काम किया करते थे और उनकी मां एक हाउसवाइफ थी, हालांकि उनकी मां को संस्कृत का ज्ञान था। आसिफ कोलकाता विश्वविद्यालय से सन् 1980 में स्नातक की पढ़ाई पूरी कर नौकरी की खोज में निकल पड़े। उनको पहली नौकरी कोलकाता के पार्क स्ट्रीट में स्थित एक दुकान में सेल्समैन के रूप में मिला।
डोर टू डोर सेल्स मैन के रूप में किए काम

“इनसाइन कार्पेट्स” नाम से बिजनेस की शुरुआत
आसिफ लगातार प्रयास करते रहे और कुछ हीं समय में वह कालीन बिजनेस में एक्सपोर्टर बन गए। साल 2003 में आशीष को न्यूयॉर्क (New York) स्थित एक कालीन कंपनी के साथ काम करने का मौका मिला। आसिफ लगातार 8 साल तक उस कंपनी में काम किए इस दौरान वह अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अप्रोच से कालीन उद्योग में महारथ हासिल कर लिया। साथ हीं बिजनेस में उनका अच्छा संपर्क बन गया ऐसे में वह एक कालीन जादूगर बन चुके थे। उसके बाद आसिफ अपना बिजनेस शुरू करने का फैसला किया और उन्होंने अपनी कंपनी इनसाइन कार्पेट्स (Insign Carpets) लॉन्च की।
शुरुआत से हीं आसिफ की कंपनी लगातार आगे ही बढ़ती गई
शुरुआत में ही आसिफ को उनका पहला ऑर्डर ताजमहल पैलेस होटल, मुंबई से मिला, यह उनके लिए अच्छी शुरुआत थी। वहां के अधिकारियों ने उन्हें आईएचसीएल के सप्लायर की लिस्ट में शामिल कर लिया और उसके बाद से आसिफ की कंपनी लगातार आगे बढ़ती गई और यह एक प्रमुख कालीन निर्माता कंपनी बनी। साल 2020 तक इनसाइड कारपोरेट के पास दुनिया भर के 13 डिजाइनरों और 18 कार्यालय की एक टीम बन चुकी थी। आपको बता दें कि भारत और चीन में इसकी मैन्युफैक्चरिंग फैसिलिटीज है।
अपनी कामयाबी से कायम की प्रेरणा
