वर्ष 2013 में उन्होंने अपने गांव की परंपरा को तोड़ा और घर से बाहर कदम रखा। उन्होंने एक खाट के नीचे मशरूम उगाना प्रारंभ कर दिया। उन्होंने जानकारी दिया कि मेरे पास एक पुराना पलंग था मैंने इसी के नीचे मात्र 1 किलो मशरूम उगा कर इसकी शुरुआत की। वह बताती हैं कि इसमें पौष्टिक गुण अधिक मात्रा में होते हैं इसलिए इनकी कीमत मार्केट में अधिक होती है। यही सोंच से मैंने इसकी खेती प्रारंभ की। सफलता हासिल होने पर वह अपने उत्पाद को बेचने के लिए मार्केट भी जाने लगी। उनके इस कार्य को देखकर अन्य महिलाओं का मनोबल बढ़ा और वह भी इससे जुड़ गईं। -Bina Devi started mushroom cultivation with just 1 kg of mushroom and today she is earning 90 thousand rupees by giving employment to women.

मिला सम्मान

अपने इस कार्य के लिए बीना को हमारे देश के राष्ट्रपति रामनाथ कोविंद द्वारा ”नारी शक्ति” सम्मान से नवाजा गया। 8 मार्च को 16 अन्य महिलाओं के साथ उन्हें भी यह प्रतिष्ठित सम्मान प्राप्त हुआ। बीना यह बताती हैं कि मुझे यह पुरस्कार मिला और जब मैं राष्ट्रपति जी से मिली तो मुझे बहुत खुशी हुई। मैंने अपना यह कार्य अपने परिवार की मदद के लिए प्रारंभ किया था। मेरी यह चाहत थी कि मैं ऐसा कुछ करूँ जिससे उन्हें सहायता मिले। परंतु आज मुझे इस क्षेत्र में सफलता हासिल होने के बाद ऐसा लगता है कि पूरी दुनिया ही हासिल हो गई है। -Bina Devi started mushroom cultivation with just 1 kg of mushroom and today she is earning 90 thousand rupees by giving employment to women.

10000 महिलाओं को दिया ट्रेनिंग

अपने इस कार्य से “मशरूम महिला” के नाम से प्रसिद्ध हो चुकी है। अब वह अपने आसपास के 5 ब्लॉकों और 105 गांव में काफी प्रसिद्ध है। अपने क्षेत्रों में उन्होंने करीब 10000 महिलाओं को प्रशिक्षण भी है जिसमें से करीब 1500 महिलाओं ने इसकी खेती को अपनाया है और वह उससे लाभ अर्जित कर रही है। वो बताती हैं कि जब मैंने शुरूआती दौर में खेती प्रारंभ की थी तो लोगों ने मुझे बहुत खरी-खोटी सुनाई थी। बहुत से लोगों का यह मानना था कि महिलाओं का काम इस क्षेत्र में जुड़ना नहीं है बल्कि घर सम्भालना है। परंतु मैंने किसी की भी नहीं सुनी और अपने मन का कार्य किया। -Bina Devi started mushroom cultivation with just 1 kg of mushroom and today she is earning 90 thousand rupees by giving employment to women.

बना रही हैं डिजिटल साक्षर

18 परिवार का जिम्मा सम्भाल रही हैं
