हमलोगों ने इस बात को मह्सूस किया होगा कि आजकल के इस आधुनिक युग में लोग खेती करना नहीं चाहते हैं। इसका सबसे बड़ा कारण यह है कि बढ़ती महंगाई के कारण अब खेती घाटे का सौदा बनते जा रही है और दूसरी तरफ खेती करने वाले लोगों को नौकरी करने वाले लोग समान नजर से नहीं देखते हैं। आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे किसान की, जिसने समाज के इस असमानता को खत्म करते हुए सरकारी नौकरी को ठूकरा कर खेती का रास्ता चुना।

तो आइए जानते हैं उस किसान से जुड़ी सभी जानकारियां:-

कौन है वह किसान?

हम बात कर रहे हैं किसान जयराम गायकवाड़ (Jairam Gayakvad) की, जो मूल रूप से मध्यप्रदेश (Madhya Pradesh) के बैतूल जिले के बघोली गांव के रहने वाले हैंं। उनकी उम्र 54 साल है। उनका परिवार पूरी तरह से खेती पर निर्भर है। एक किसान परिवार से ताल्लुक रखने के बाद भी उन्होंने पढाई में कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ा।

तीन नौकरियां छोड़ी

आज के समय में अक्सर लोग नौकरी करना हीं चाहते हैं। हमलोगों ने देखा होगा कि ज्यादतर लोग पढाई के बाद नौकरी का हीं पीछा किया करते हैं लेकिन एक समय में उन्होंनें कई सरकारी नौकरी को नकारा इसके बाद उन्होंने खेती को हीं चुना। उन्होंने बताया कि खेती शुरु करने से पहले उन्हें सी आर पी एफ , रेलवे और आर्मी जैसे जॉब ऑफर आए थे परंतु वह नौकरी तो करना चाहते थे लेकिन अपनी गांव की माटी को छोड़कर नहीं जाना चाहते थे इसलिए उन्होंने किसी भी नौकरी को करना पसंद नहीं किया क्युकिँ उन्होंने मन ही मन खेती करने का निर्णय कर लिया था।

शुरु की जैविक खेती

तीन-तीन सरकारी नौकरी को ठुकराने के बाद किसान जयराम (Jairam Gayakvad) ने अपने परिवारिक परम्परा को ध्यान में रखते हुए खेती करने का मन बनाया। उन्होंने विभिन्न पहलुओं को ध्यान में रखते हुए जैविक खेती करने का मन बनाया। इसके लिए उन्होंने अपने 30 एकड़ जमीन में से 10 एकड़ जमीन का चयन किया। इसमें से उन्होंने पांच एकड़ में गन्नो की खेती , दो एकड़ में वर्मी कम्पोस्ट यूनिट, गोशाला एवं गोबर गैस संयंत्र लगाया है। डेढ़ एकड़ में वे जैविक गेहूं का उत्पादन करते हैं तथा बाकी डेढ़ एकड़ में वे जैविक सब्जियों की खेती करते हैं।

खेती के साथ हीं गाय भी पाला

किसान जयराम गायकवाड़ (Jairam Gayakvad) ने जैविक खेती के साथ हीं साथ शुरुआती दौर में पशुपालन का मन बनाया। इसके लिए उन्होंने सबसे पहले 3 गाय खरीदे। इन गाय को उन्होंने पालने का काम किया, जिससे उन्होनें दूध उत्पादन का काम शुरु कर दिया। धीरे-धीरे गायों की संख्या बढ़ती गई, आज के समय में उनके गौशाला में 50 से ज्यादा गाय है। उन गायों के दूध से उन्हें बहुत अच्छी कमाई भी हो रही है।

नरेन्द्र मोदी भी कर चुके हैं समानित

अपने बेहतर सोच और कार्य के लिए किसान जयराम गायकवाड़ (Jairam Gayakvad) को हमेशा से कृषी विभाग के तरफ से सहायता मिलते आई है। वे 30 एकड़ भूमि पर जैविक खेती और दूध उत्पादन करते हैं। उन्हें बेहतर काम के लिए गुजरात के तात्कालिक मुख्यमंत्री तथा फिलहाल के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी नें सम्मानित भी किया है।

अच्छी है आमदनी

जयराम गायकवाड़ (Jairam Gayakvad) का जैविक खेती तथा गाय पालन का कारोबार अब रफ्तार पकड़ चुका है। आज के समय में उनकी अच्छी-खासी आमदनी हो रही है। एक खास बातचीत के दौरान उन्होंने बताया कि कुल 30 एकड़ जमीन में से 10 एकड़ जमीन का उपयोग वे जैविक खेती के लिए कर रहे हैं। इस दस एकड़ में से 5 एकड़ में गन्ने की खेती की जा रही है, दो एकड़ में वर्मी कम्पोस्ट यूनिट, गौशाला एवं गोबर गैस संयंत्र लगाया गया है। इन सभी को मिला कर उन्हें सलाना 35 लाख रुपये का मुनाफा हो रहा है।

लोगों के लिए बने प्रेरणा

अपनी मेहनत और संघर्षों के बदौलत सफलता हासिल करते हुए जयराम गायकवाड़ (Jairam Gayakvad) ने अच्छी-खासी आमदनी हासिल किया है। उन्होंने तीन-तीन सरकारी नौकरी को छोड़ने के बाद कृषी के क्षेत्र में एक ऐसी पहचान बनाई है कि पूरे देश में उनका नाम लिया जा रहा है। आज के समय में वे उन लोगों के लिए प्रेरणा हैं जो पढ़ाई-लिखाई करने के बाद खेती नहीं करना चाहते हैं।
