साल 2016 में अनुभव UPSC की तैयारी कर रहे थे, उसी समय उन्हें ये आईडिया आया कि अधिकतर लोगों को चाय पसंद होती है, इसलिए वो चाय का बिजनेस करेंगे। उनके पिता बिजनेस मैन है परन्तु वो कभी नही चाहते थे कि उनके बच्चे भी बिजनेस करें, क्योंकि उनका कहना था कि बिजनेस में थोड़ा भी आराम नही है, इसलिए वो चाहते थे कि उनके बच्चें पढ़ के अच्छी सी नौकरी कर ले, यही वजह थी कि जब अनुभव ने अपना बिजनेस शुरू किया तो उन्होंने अपने पिता को नही बताया, परन्तु उन्हें बाद में सोशल मीडिया से उनके कुल्हर वाली चाय के बिजनेस के बारे में पता चल ही गया।
इंदौर से की शुरुआत-
अनुभव ने अपना चाय का बिजनेस इंदौर से शुरू किया था, तब उनके पास पैसे नही थे तो उन्होंने अपने बिजनेस मैन दोस्त से 3 लाख रुपये लिए और अपना बिजनेस शुरू किया। उन्होंने सारे पैसे अपने दुकान में लगा दिए, उनके पास पम्पलेट छपवाने तक के पैसे नही थे, परन्तु उन्होंने हिम्मत नही हारी और कुल्हड़ में बार टेबल पर चाय बेचने का बिजनेस शुरू किया। उन्होंने अपने चाय के दुकान का नाम ” चाय सुट्टा बार” ( chai sutta bar ) रखा।
अनुभव ने अपनी चाय की दुकान गर्ल्स हॉस्टल के सामने खोली क्योंकि उनका कहना था कि उन्हें अपने दुकान में भीड़ जमा करनी थी, तो जाहिर सी बात है कि जब लड़किया आएंगी तो उनके पीछे लड़के तो आएंगे ही। उनका कहना है की लोगो तक उनके दुकान की पहचान दिलाने में उनके दोस्तों ने उनकी बहुत मदद की। उनका अनोखा तरीका था अपने दुकान का प्रचार करने का उनके 5 या 10 फ्रेंड एक जगह खरे होकर चाय सुट्टा बार के बारे में बाते करते, तो लोगो ने भी ध्यान देना शुरू किया। उन्होंने अपने दुकान के लिए हार्डवेयर उधार लिए थे, जब दुकान से पैसे आने लगे तब उन्होंने सारे पैसे चुका दिए, जब उनका बिजनेस रफ्तार पकड़ने लगा तब उन्होंने UPSC की तैयारी भी करनी छोड़ दी।
