अगर हम कोई भी कम शुरू करते है तो बहुत लगन और उत्साह के साथ करते है, परंतु जब उसमें हमे सफलता नही मिलती है तो हम निराश हो जाते है, और बहुत से लोग तो अवसाद में चले जाते है और अपना जीवन भी खत्म करने के बारे में सोचने लगते हैं। ऐसा ही हुआ कर्नाटक के चंद्रा श्वेता के साथ । परंतु उन्होंने अपने मन पर जीत पाया सफल होके दिखाया । तो आइए जानते है क्यों श्वेता ने ऐसा कठिन फैसला लिया था अपने जीवन को लेके?
चंद्रा श्वेता का परिचय:-
चंद्रा वर्तमान में कर्नाटक के बेंगलुरु में रहती हैं।और वहाँ ही एक फ़ूड कार्ट चलती थी। श्वेता का आंध्र प्रदेश के तिरुपति में होटल का बिज़नेस था जो भगवान की कृपा से बहुत अच्छा चल रहा था।परन्तु कुछ निजी कारणों की वजह से उन्हें अपने होटल के काम मे घटा होने लगा। और उनकी घर की आर्थिक स्थिति धीरे -धीरे ख़राब होने लगीं।
स्थिति ऐसी हो गयी थी कि श्वेता खुद ही अपना जीवन समाप्त कर देना चाहती थी। परन्तु उन्होंने अपने मन पर जीत पाई और और फिर से अपने जीवन को सही राह पर लाने की सोची। जो भी लोग अवसाद से झूझ रहे है अपनी जिंदगी में उन्हें श्वेता से जरूर सीखना चाहिए। कठिनाइयों के बावजूद श्वेता ने अपने बिखरे जीवन को सवारा । श्वेता दिन में 15 घंटे काम करती हैं।और उनकी इसी मेहनत का नतीजा है कि आज उनका जीवन खुशियों से भरा हुआ हैं।
फिर से सँवारा अपने जीवन को –
2017 में श्वेता अपनी बेटी,माँ और पति के साथ बेंगलुरु में आ गयी, ताकि वो अपने जीवन को फिर से सँवार सकें। और यहाँ आकर श्वेता ने एक छोटा से फ़ूड कार्ट शुरू किया, जो उनके पहले बड़े होटल के सामने कुछ भी नही था। परन्तु फिर भी दृढ़ निश्चय के साथ श्वेता ने इस फ़ूड कोर्ट को शुरू किया। यहाँ पर श्वेता का परिवार किराए पर रहता है साथ ही साथ श्वेता ने एक और कमरा ले लिया जसमे वो और उनके पति मिलके खाना बनाते है।
काफी मेहनती है श्वेता-
श्वेता बहुत ही मेहनती है उनकी दिन की शुरुआत 3.30 बजे से होती है।सबसे पहले श्वेता अपने फ़ूड कोर्ट की सफाई करती हैं।उसके बाद नाश्ते की तैयारी। नास्ते के लिए श्वेता इडली,डोसा,मसाला वडा,फ्राइड राइस,सांभर, पूरी,चटनी सब बनाती हैं।
साथ ही साथ लंच की भी तैयारी सुबह से ही शुरू कर दी जाती है जैसे-सब्जियां काट के रख देना,दाल भिगोना।
7 बजे से आने लगते है ग्राहक-
श्वेता सुबह 6.30 में अपने फ़ूड कोर्ट पहुँचती है और ग्राहक 7 बजे से आना शुरू हो जाते है। ऐसे तो सप्ताह में सोमवार से शुक्रवार को श्वेता के यहाँ 300 ग्राहक प्रतिदिन आते है परन्तु शानिवार और रविवार को ये आंकड़ा बढ़ के 500 ग्राहक तक पहुँच जाता है। श्वेता के फ़ूड कोर्ट में 12 बजे तक नाश्ता कराया जाता है उसके बाद एक घंटे बाद उनके फ़ूड कोर्ट पर खाना खिलाना शुरू किया जाता है।
खाने में वैराइटी –
श्वेता अपने खाने में बहुत सी वैराइटी रखती है जैसे – दोपहर के खाने में श्वेता चपाती, दो तरह के चावल,दाल,अलग-अलग सब्जियां और रागी बॉल्स देती है। दोपहर का खाना खाने भी श्वेता के यहाँ कम से कम 200 ग्राहक जरूर आते हैं।
श्वेता की सोच भी ही अच्छी है उनका कहना है कि मेरे लिए मेरे ग्राहक भगवान में समान है चाहे वो कोई आफिस जाने वाला हो या कोई मजदूर।मेरी कोशिश यही रहती है हमेशा की मैं उचित दाम में अच्छा और पर्याप्त खाना दे सकू अपने सभी ग्रहको को। श्वेता के यहाँ सुबह का नाश्ता 15 रुपए मिलता है और दोपहर का खाना 25 रुपए। श्वेता और उनके पति का व्यवहार इतना अच्छा है कि उनके कई ग्राहक ने उनकी बेटी के पढ़ने का खर्च उठाने की पेशकश की है उनदोनो को।
बिना किसी फीस के किया बेटी का इलाज-
श्वेता बताती है कि जब उनकी बेटी बीमार पर गयी थी तो डॉक्टर ने उनकी बेटी का इलाज मुफ्त में किया था और डॉक्टर ने दवाइयों के पैसे भी नही लिए थे क्योंकि ये डॉक्टर श्वेता के फ़ूड कोर्ट पर रोजाना खाने आते थे वो उनके नियमित ग्राहक थे। श्वेता ने 7वी तक ही पढ़ाई की है और उनके पति ने दसवी तक ही इसलिए ये दोनों चाहते है कि उनकी बिटिया खूब बढ़े। और दोनों पति-पत्नी अपनी बेटी को अच्छा भविष्य देने की सोच से इतनी मेहनत कर रहे हैं। श्वेता जल्द ही अपना छोटा सा होटल शुरू करने के बारे में सोच रही है।
