अन्नादुरई (Annadurai) 12वीं की पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद घर के हालात सही नहीं होने के कारण अपने आगे की पढ़ाई जारी नहीं रख सके। इसके बाद पिता और भाई को सहारा देने के लिए उन्होंने भी ऑटो चलाना शुरू कर दिया लेकिन उन्होंने अपने ऑटो ने कुछ नया करने की सोची। शुरुआत में तो उन्होंने अपने ऑटो में यात्रियों को न्यूज पेपर देना शुरू किया था लेकिन फिर धीरे-धीरे उन्होंने कई सारी लग्जरी सुविधाएं देना शुरू कर दिया।
