आत्मविश्वास एक ऐसी ऊर्जा है, जो सफलता की रास्ते में आने वाली कठिन से कठिन बाधाओं को सामना करने की शक्ति प्रदान करती है। आज हम आपको एक ऐसी लड़की से रूबरू कराने वाले हैं, जिनके पास कभी दो वक्त की रोटी नहीं थी लेकिन उन्होंने अपने आत्मविश्वास को बरकरार रखा और आज में समय में अपने मेहनत और लगन के बदौलत वे करोड़ो की कंपनी की मालकिन हैं।
पारिवारिक तनाव में कारण छोड़ा घर
हम बात कर रहे हैं रुबंस कंपनी की मालकिन चीनू कला (Chinu Kala) के बारे में, जो मुंबई से ताल्लुक रखती हैं। उन्होंने महज 15 साल की कम उम्र में हीं पारिवारिक तनाव के कारण कुछ कपड़ों और एक जोड़ी चप्पल में हीं अपने घर को छोड़ दिया था। घर छोड़ने के दौरान उनके जेब में मात्र 300 रुपये थे। बहुत मुश्किलों ने उन्होंने अपने रहने के लिए एक ठिकाना ढूंढा, जहां हर रात रहने के 20 रुपये किराया लगता था।
किया सेल्समैन की नौकरी
घर छोड़ने के बाद उनके पास उतने पैसे नहीं थे कि वे अब आगे सर्वाइव कर सके। इसलिए उन्होंने अपने लिए नौकरी ढूंढनी शुरू कर दी। बहुत ढूंढने के बाद उन्हे सेल्समैन की नौकरी मिली। वे घर-घर जाकर चाकू के सेट आदि सामान को बेचा करती थीं, जिससे उन्हे हर दिन 20 से 60 रुपये की कमाई हो जाती थी।
उन्होंने बताया कि, इस नौकरी के दौरान उन्हे बहुत परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ता था। कभी कभी तो ऐसा होता था कि उनके मुंह पर लोग अपने गेट मार देते थे, जिससे दिल पर बहुत चोट लगती थी लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने खुद को टूटने नहीं दिया।
नौकरी में मिला प्रमोशन
सेल्समैन की नौकरी में चीनू को घर- घर जाकर समान को बेचना पड़ता था, जिससे उन्हे तमाम प्रकार से मिलने का मौका मिलता था। इस नौकरी के दौरान उन्होंने बहुत कुछ सीखा और महज 16 साल की उम्र में हीं उन्हे जल्दी हीं सुपरवाइजर के रूप में प्रमोशन मिला। अब वे अपने अंडर तीन लड़कियों को ट्रेनिंग देने का काम करती थी। प्रमोशन मिलने के साथ उनकी सैलरी भी पहले से ज्यादा मिलने लगी।

बता दें कि, चीनू ने महज 15 साल की छोटी उम्र में ही अपने घर छोड़ दिया था, जिस कारण उन्होंने अपनी शिक्षा प्राप्त नहीं की थी। इसलिए सेल्सगर्ल की नौकरी को छोड़कर उन्होंने न एक रेस्टोरेंट में बतौर वेट्रेस काम किया। लगातार मेहनत करके उन्होंने अगले तीन सालों में हीं खुद को आर्थिक रूप से मजबूत कर लिया।

चीनू ने वर्ष 2004 में अपनी शादी अमित कला से की और इसके बाद वो शादी के बाद बेंगलुरु शिफ्ट हो गईं। शादी के
दो साल बाद उन्होंने दोस्तों के कहने पर Gladrags मिसेज इंडिया पेजेंट में भाग लिया।
उन्होंने बताया कि, उनके अलावें उस प्रतियोगिता में भाग लेने वाले सारे प्रतिभागी बहुत शिक्षित थे। लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने अपने हौसले को बरकरार रखा और फाइनल तक पहुंची।
किया ‘रुबंस’ की शुरुआत
इस प्रतियोगिता के बाद वे फैशन की दुनिया में एक मॉडल बन चुकी थी। उन्होंने फैशन इंडस्ट्री में फैशन ज्वेलरी के बीच फासले को अनुभव किया और अपनी सारी सेविंग्स का इस्तेमाल करके वर्ष 2014 में ‘रुबंस’ की नींव डाली।
बिजनेस ने लिया विस्तार रूप
‘रुबंस’ को बेंगलुरु में स्टार्ट किया गया था लेकिन इस बिजनेस ने इतना विस्तार रूप लिया कि अब वे कोच्चि और हैदराबाद तक हो चुका है। यहां एथनिक और वेस्टर्न हर ज्वेलरी की कीमत 229 से 10,000 रुपयों के बीच है।
