इस कोरोना के कहर से हर व्यक्ति परेशान है, क्योंकि इसने लोगों की रोजी-रोटी छीन रखी है। चाहे वह प्रवासी मजदूर हो या बड़ी कम्पनियों में काम करने वाले व्यक्ति। सभी लोग अपने घर लौट आएं हैं। कोविड के कारण लोगों का रोजगार छीन गया है। ऐसे में वापस आते हुए लोगों के लिए रोजगार का जुगाड़ करना बहुत जरूरी है।

इस बीच लोगों के आय के स्रोतों में से एक है ‘कृषि’। कुछ लोग खेती को ही अपने आजीविका का स्रोत मानकर खुश हैं। साथ ही वह इससे लाभ भी कमा रहे हैं।

आज हम आपको ऐसे किसानों से रूबरू कराएंगे, जिन्होंने वैज्ञानिक पद्धति के आधार पर खेती शुरू किया, और आज वह बेमौसम सब्जियां उगाकर खेती से लाखों रुपए कमा रहे हैं। (Cucumber Farming)

एक मीडिया रिपोर्ट द्वारा मणिपुर (Manipur) के एक ग्राम लेमाराम (Lemaram) में इस लॉकडाउन के कारण बहुत ही कठिनाइयां आई थी। तब वहां के कुछ व्यक्तियों ने खेती को ही अपने आजीविका का स्रोत मानकर विज्ञान केंद्र से ट्रेनिंग लिया और खेती प्रारंभ की। इसके उपरांत उन्होंने बेमौसम ही सब्जियों को उगाने का निर्णय लिया। ऐसे में उन्होंने खीरे के खेती की शुरुआत की है। (Cucumber Farming)

उगाया खेतों में खीरा, जिसमें लागत कम और मुनाफा ज्यादा हुआ

सर्वप्रथम उन्हें लगभग 1250 वर्गमीटर में अपने खेतों की जुताई कर, उसमें खीरे की बुवाई (Cucumber Farming) की और सितंबर माह तक वह फसल तैयार हो गए। इसके उपरांत लगभग 11 बार के करीब खीरों को तोड़ा गया, जिसमें लगभग 1850 किलो ग्राम की मात्रा में खीरे की प्राप्ति हुई। आमदनी के तौर पर उन्हें अपनी खेती से 55950 रुपये प्राप्त हुए, वही लागत के तौर पर उन्हें सिर्फ 11200 रुपए ही लगे। (Cucumber Farming)

सफलता लगी हाथ, तो उगाया अन्य सब्जियां भी

जब उन लोगों को खीरे की खेती से अधिक मात्रा में लाभ मिला, उसके उपरांत लोगों ने अपने खेतों में सरसों, मटर, टमाटर, गोभी, प्याज और ब्रोकली आदि फसलों को उगाना प्रारंभ किया, जिसकी डिमांड बाजार में रही। अब यहां के किसानों की सफलता को देखकर अन्य किसानों ने इसी खेती को अपनाना प्रारंभ किया और तब से वहां के लोगों के आजीविका का स्त्रोत खेती बना हुआ है।
