हम सब हमेशा इस बात पर चर्चा करते है कि सबको पर्यावरण को साफ और स्वच्छ रखना चाहिए, क्योंकि ये हम सबको पता है कि अगर पर्यावरण नही तो हम भी नही। इसके बावजूद भी हम दूसरे से शुरुआत की उम्मीद करते है, हम खुद कुछ शुरू नही करते है, आज हम आपको ऐसे शख्स के बारे में बताएंगे जिन्होंने पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ रखने के बारे में सिर्फ सोचा ही नही बल्कि कर के भी दिखाया हैं।
गुनबीर सिंह का परिचय-
गुनबीर पंजाब के रहने वाले है और पेशे से व्यवसायी है। इसके साथ ही गुनबीर सिंह पंजाब के ” वर्ल्ड वाइड फण्ड फ़ॉर नेचर-इंडिया” के अध्यक्ष भी है। 15 साल से भी अधिक से गुनबीर जी पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ रखने में अपना योगदान दे रहे है और इसकी शुरुआत उन्होंने अपने घर से की। साथ ही किसानों के जैविक उत्पाद बिक जाए बिना किसी के परेशानी के इसके लिए उन्होंने जैविक बाजार ( farmers organic market) की स्थापना भी की।
परिवार को खोया-
18 साल पहले गुनबीर जी ने अपने घर के पांच सदस्यों को एक साथ कैंसर की बीमारी की वजह से खो दिया। आज के समय मे जैसा कि हम सब जानते है कि खाने की चीज़ो में केमिकल का अत्यधिक इस्तेमाल हो रहा है इस वजह से काफी लोग बीमार हो जा रहे हैं। गुनबीर जी का परिवार भी इसी वजह से परेशान था। इसलिए गुनबीर जी ने अपने कमाई का दसवां भाग समाज की भलाई और पर्यावरण के लिए समर्पित करने का सोचा।
ऐसा कहते है कि परेशानियां चारो तरफ से एक साथ आती है एक तरफ तो गुनबीर जी ने अपने परिवार के सदस्यों को खोया दूसरी तरफ उनका बिजनेस भी घाटे में चल रहा था, परन्तु गुनबीर जी ने परेशानियों का डट कर सामना किया। और साल 2003 में अपनी खुद की ट्रेवल एजेंसी की शुरुआत की, और अपना सम्पूर्ण जीवन पर्यावरण के नाम कर दिया और 2004 में उन्होंने दिलबर फाउंडेशन की शुरुआत की इस फाउंडेशन का उद्देश्य किसानों को जैविक खेती से जोड़ना और आम नागरिकों को कचरा प्रबंधन के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना था।
अपने घर से की शुरुआत-
गुनबीर जी ने सबसे पहले शुरुआत अपने घर से की, गुनबीर जी के घर से निकला हुआ 70 प्रतिशत कचरा जैविक कचरा होता है जिसको वो खाद के रूप में इस्तेमाल कर करते है, गुनबीर जी कहते है कि कचरा दो प्रकार का होता है एक जिससे आप खाद बना सकते है दूसरा प्लास्टिक, मेटल या कांच जिसे आप रीसायकल करा सकते है।
गुनबीर जी अपने घर से निकले हुए कचरे का इस्तेमाल अपने घर के बगीचे में खाद के रूप में करते है, गुनबीर के बगीचे में आपको कई तरह के मौसमी फल सब्जियां देखने को मिलेगी। 10 से भी अधिक प्रकार के फल सब्जियां उपजाते है गुनबीर इसके साथ ही उन्होंने अपने बगीचे के गमले में निम्बू, संतरा और अंजीर भी लगाया हुआ है।
जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए चलाया अभियान-
गर्डनिंग करने के साथ साथ गुनबीर बारिश का जल संचयन भी करते है, और अपने पौधों में गुनबीर आरओ का पानी डालते है। लोगो मे जागरूकता फैलाने के लिए उन्होंने अभियान शुरू किया है- “अमृतसर- मेरा शहर, मेरा मान, मेरी जिमेदारी”। इस अभियान के तहत गुनबीर लोगो को जागरूक करते है कि सारे लोग पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ रखने में अपना अपना योगदान दे साथ ही साथ पार्क के कचरे को जलाने के बजाए गड्ढा खोद के उसे जैविक कचरे के रूप में उपयोग करे ताकि हमारा पर्यावरण प्रदूषण मुक्त हो।
गुनबीर जी ने लकड़ी की पेंसिल की जगह पुराने रीसायकल पेपर की पेंसिल इस्तेमाल करने की सलाह छात्रों और शिक्षको को दी बहुत सारे स्कूलों में जाकर। इस अभियान से प्रेरित हो कर 19 वर्ष के अनिरुद्ध अरोड़ा ने पर्यावरण के हित में कदम उठाते हुए और अभियान को आगे बढ़ाते हुए कई स्कूलों में जाकर रीसायकल पेंसिल के बारे में बताया। जिससे कि हमारा पर्यावरण स्वच्छ और स्वस्थ रह सके।
किसानों की भलाई के लिए जैविक बाजार की, की शुरूआत-
किसानों की भलाई के लिए गुनबीर जी ने किसानों को जैविक खेती के लिए प्रेरित किया और उनको कोई परेशानी ना हो इसलिए किसानों के लिए जैविक बाज़ार भी स्थापित किया। जैविक खेती करने में शुरुआत में अधिक नुकसान होता है इसलिए किसान जैविक खेती नही करना चाहते, इस समस्या को समझते हुए गुनबीर जी मे किसानों को अपनी जमीन में जैविक खेती करने के लिए प्रोत्सहित किया। जैविक बाजार की स्थापना 2016 में हुई है, इस बाज़र के साथ जुड़ी हुई अमनदीप कौर कहती है कि किसान जैविक खेती तो कर लेते थे परन्तु उनकी फसल नही बिकती थी उचित मूल्य पर इसलिए जैविक बाज़र की स्थापना हुई। इस फाउंडेशन ने जागरूकता ग्रहको तक भी फैलाया ताकि ग्राहक अपने स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक होक जैविक बाज़र से स्वस्थ फल सब्जियां खा सके और अपने आपको स्वस्थ्य रख सके।
एक दूसरे को करते है जागरूक-
अमनदीप कौर का कहना है कि वो चार साल से इस फाउंडेशन से जुड़ी है, इस फाउंडेशन के तहत शुरुआत में हम किसानों की जैविक खेती में मदद करते है परन्तु समय बीतते बीतते एक किसान दूसरे किसान को भी जागरूक करते है इसके साथ ही किसान अपने ग्राहकों को भी जैविक भोजन खाने के लिए प्रोत्सहित करते है। अमनदीप कौर की #NoMorePoisionin myfood” ये अभियान काफी सफल रहा, अब तक 20 हज़ार से अधिक किसानों को इसके तहत मदद मिली है।
अमृतसर के ही अवतार सिंह ने 4 साल पहले अपने थोड़े से जमीन में जैविक खेती शुरू की क्योंकि पूरे जमीन के जैविक खेती शुरू करना उनके लिए संभव नही था। अवतार सिंह कहते है कि उन्हें जैविक फल सब्जियां बाज़र में बेचने में काफी समस्या होती थी, परन्तु एक किसान गोष्टी में अवतार सिंह गुनबीर जी से मिले जहाँ उन्हें जैविक बाज़र के बारे में पता चला, तब से वो वही अपना दुकान लगते है और उन्हें काफी मुनाफा भी होता हैं।अवतार सिंह जैसे बहुत सारे ऐसे किसान है जिन्होंने गुनबीर जी की मदद से किसान मेले में या कृषि विद्यालय में अपना सटॉल लगा रहे है या खुद के जैविक खाद्य उत्पाद बना के बेच रहे है।
अंत मे गुनबीर जी इतना ही कहते है कि पर्यावरण के लिए कुछ करना बिल्कुल भी मुश्किल नही है आप अपनी छोटी छोटी प्रयासों को बदल कर पर्यावरण को स्वस्थ रख सकते है और जैविक खाने का सेवन कर सकते है। जैविक खाना उपजाने में हम सबको किसानों की मदद करनी चाहिए, दिलबीर फाउंडेशन के तहत बहुत सारी योजनाएं चल रही है उनसे जुड़ने के लिए आप उनके फेसबुक पेज पर उनसे संपर्क कर सकते है।
