वह बतातें हैं कि जब मुझे परम्परागत खेती से नुकसान होने लगा तो समझ नहीं आ रहा था कि क्या करूँ? तब उन्होंने धार में स्थित कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र में कॉन्टेक्ट किया। जब उन्हें जानकारी मिल गई तो वह रायपुर से थाई अमरूद के लाए और बगीचे में लगाया। उन्होंने अपने 2 हेक्टेयर भूमि में बगीचे की और थाई अमरुद को लगाया। अब उन्हें अपने खेती के लगभग 1.2 हेक्टेयर भाग से फल प्राप्त हो रहा है एवं बाकी के क्षेत्र से भी कुछ ही वर्षों में फल मिलने लगेंगे। वह अपने खेतों में इंटरक्रॉपिंग भी कर रहे हैं। अपने अमरूद के बगीचे में उन्होंने अदरक, धनिया, प्याज एवं लहसुन भी उगाया है। -Thai Guava farming by Dinesh Baggad from Madhyapradesh

अमरूद का मूल्य 40-80 रुपए किलोग्राम है

उनके अमरुद लगभग 40 से 80 रुपए किलोग्राम बिक रहे हैं। वहीं थोक भाव का मूल्य 15 से 20 रुपए किलोग्राम है। एक जानकारी के अनुसार मध्य प्रदेश के लगभग 398.62 एकड़ जमीन में किसान फलों की खेती कर रहे हैं। अगर हम अमरूद की खेती के बारे में चर्चा करें तो इसने वर्ष 2018 से लेकर 19 में लगभग 276 हजार हेक्टेयर भूमि पर अपना कब्जा जमाया है। इस अमरूद की खेती से देश को 4257 हजार मैट्रिक टन का फल प्राप्त हुआ था। वहीं अगर 2020-21 के बारे में बात करें तो इसके अनुमान के अनुसार पूरे देश में 304 हेक्टेयर भूमि में अमरूद को लगाया। -Thai Guava farming by Dinesh Baggad from Madhyapradesh

लगाने के 18 माह बाद मिलने लगता है फल

वह बताते हैं कि थाई अमरूद की बीएनआर किस्म को अगर आप लगाते हैं तो आप इससे अधिक लाभ प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। इसका फल आकार में बड़ा एवं इसकी पोषण गुणवत्ता बेहतरीन होती है। पौधे लगाने के मात्र 18 माह के उपरांत ही हमें इस पेड़ से फल प्राप्त होने लगता है। अगर आप इसके बगीचे का सही तरह से देखभाल करें तो यह 20-25 सालों तक आपको फल दे सकता है। वह बताते हैं कि थाई अमरूद की बागवानी अन्य फलों की अपेक्षा अधिक उत्पादन देता है। आप 1 एकड़ में लगभग 800 पौधों को लगा सकते। अगर आपका बगीचे अच्छी तरह लग गया है तो आप इसमें अन्य फसल के तौर पर सब्जियों को लगा सकते हैं। -Thai Guava farming by Dinesh Baggad from Madhyapradesh

वह बताते हैं कि फलों को तोड़ने के उपरांत उनकी प्रॉपर पैकेजिंग होती है। फलों के लिए 20 किलोग्राम के बक्से का निर्माण किया जाता है। फलों का उचित मूल्य मिले इसके लिए जब वे डेढ़ महीने के हो जाते हैं तो उनकी three-layer बैंकिंग होती है, जिसमें पहले फल को फ्रू लेयर फिर पॉलीथिन और फिर पेपर से ढ़क दिया जाता है जिससे फलों को अधिक नुकसान नहीं होता। वह बताते हैं कि शुरुआती दौर में अगर आप बगीचे में फलों को लगा रहे हैं तो इसके लिए आपको डेढ़ से 200000 रुपए की लागत होगी एवं आप इससे प्रत्येक वर्ष 65 टन फल प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। -Thai Guava farming by Dinesh Baggad from Madhyapradesh

30 लाख रुपए का कमा सकते हैं लाभ

यदि आप इसका 20 फ़ीसदी लागत कम करके फसलों को लगाएं तो आप एक हेक्टेयर जमीन में फलों से लगभग 25 से 30 लाख लाभ अर्जित कर सकते हैं। वह बताते हैं कि फसलों की बिक्री मुनाफा एवं लागत हर किसान की कैलकुलेशन के हिसाब से विभिन्न प्रकार के होते हैं। आप के बगीचे में लगे हुए थाई अमरुद की तुड़ाई अक्टूबर से लेकर मार्च तक करनी चाहिए। इस बात का ध्यान रखना है कि आप अपने खेतों में केमिकल युक्त उर्वरक का छिड़काव ना करके ऑर्गेनिक फर्टिलाइजर का ही उपयोग करें। -Thai Guava farming by Dinesh Baggad from Madhyapradesh
