किसानों की क्या दशा है अभी हमारे देश मे उससे हम सब भली भांति वाकिफ हैं।आज किसानों की ये हालत है की मंडी में उपयुक्त मूल्य नही मिलने के कारण वो खुद की फसल गुस्से में बर्बाद कर दे रहे हैं।इसलिए क्योंकि वो जितने पैसे खेती में लगाते है उतने पैसे भी उन्हें नही मिल पाते है मंडी से।इसलिए आज हम किसानों की स्थिति को नज़र में रखते हुए उनको अंजीर के खेती के बारे में बताएंगे जिसमे लागत कम और मुनाफा अधिक।

रेतीली जमीन है जरूरी:-

सबसे पहले आप इस बात का ध्यान रखे कि अंजीर की खेती के लिए आपको रेतीली जमीन चाहिए।राजस्थान की जलवायु और रेतीली मिट्टी अंजीर की खेती के लिए उत्तम है।अंजीर का पौधा 45 डिग्री तक तापमान सहन कर सकता है।

6 महीने में तैयार हो जाती है अंजीर:-

अंजीर के पौधे की उम्र 50 वर्ष तक होती है।अंजीर का पौधा 6 महीने के अंदर ही फसल देने लगता है।एक एकड़ में आ अंजीर के 700 पौधे लगा सकते है।अंजिर का प्रत्येक पौधा 25 किलो तक फल देता है।जैसे- जैसे अंजीर के पौधे की उम्र बढ़ती है वैसे-वैसे इसका उत्पादन भी बढ़ता है।

400 सौ से 1000 किलो तक बिकता है अंजीर:-

अंजीर बाजार में बहुत महंगा मिलता है 400 रुपए से 1000 रुपए किलो तक मिलता हैं।अंजीर में विटामिन भी भारी मात्रा में पाया जाता है।साथ हि साथ अंजीर के फस में भरपूर रूप से आपको ऊर्जा मिलती है।अंजीर के सूखने के बाद इसका उपयोग दवाइया बनाने में किया जाता है।अंजीर ऐसी फसल है जो कम लागत में अच्छा मुनाफा देता हैं।
