कैसे करते हैं खेती?

 

मशरूम के बीज को स्पॉन कहते हैं। मशरूम का अच्छा उत्पादन चाहिए तो बीज हमेशा सही लेना चाहिए। अच्छे बीज का मतलब है अच्छा उत्पादन। बीज ज्यादा पुराना भी नहीं होना चाहिए, नहीं तो इसका उत्पादन घट सकता है। मशरूम कंपोस्ट खाद पर उगाया जाता है। मशरूम का बीज कंपोस्ट खाद के दो से ढाई प्रतिशत की मात्रा में लेना चाहिए। कंपोस्ट को या तो जमीन पर बिखेर दें या पेटी में भी रख सकते है। खाद पर मशरूम का बीज छिड़क दें। उसके ऊपर भी खाद की एक परत चढ़ा दें। लोग बीज के ऊपर मिट्टी की परत भी चढ़ाते हैं। एक क्विंटल कंपोस्ट में डेढ़ किलो तक बीज लगते हैं। मिट्टी की परत या खाद की परत चढ़ाने के 15-20 बाद मशरूम का अंकुरण शुरू होने लगता है। अंकुरण को घुंडी कहते हैं। घुंडियों के बढ़ने का इंतजार करें। जब तोड़ने लायक दिखने लगे तो मशरूम को घुमाकर या चाकू से काटें। मशरूम एक प्रकार का कवक या फफूंद है, इसलिए जल्दी खराब होने की आशंका होती है। इसकी फसल निकालने के बाद इसे जल्द से जल्द बेचने पर ध्यान लगाना चाहिए नहीं तो इसके सड़ जाने का डर होता है। तीन प्रकार के मशरूम में बटन मशरूम सबसे ज्यादा लोकप्रिय है और उसकी मांग भी ज्यादा है। ―All information related to mushroom cultivation.
