आज के समय मे बाजार में इतने अधिक रासायनिक वाले सब्जियां मिल रही है, जिससे कि सबके सेहत पर बहुत बुरा असर पर रहा है, आइए आज हम आपको घर मे कुछ पौधे उगाने के विधि के बारे में बताएंगे जिससे कि आप खुद को और अपने परिवार को भी स्वस्थ रख सकती है।

 

कैसे उगाए प्याज के पौधे-

जैसे कि हम सब जानते है कि बिना प्याज की के कोई भी सब्जी स्वादिष्ट नही बनती है, तो घर पर आसान विधि से कैसे प्याज उगाए आइए जानते है। सब्से पहले तो गमले में मिट्टी और गोबर के खाद को मिला ले, उसके बाद प्याज लेके उसको दो भाग में काट ले, प्याज के कटे हुए ऊपरी भाग को गमले में लगा के पानी डाल दे। कुछ ही दिन में प्याज की जड़े आ जाएंगी और 2 से 3 दिन के अंदर प्याज के पौधे भी आ जाएंगे। प्याज के पौधे को आपको नियमित रूप से थोड़ा-थोड़ा पानी देते रहना है ताकि आपके प्याज अच्छे से उपजे।

काली मिर्च हमारे सेहत के लिए बहुत उपयोगी होती है, हम बाजार से इसके दाने खरीदते है जिससे कि हम इसके पौधे लगा सकते है। अब इस बात की बारी आती है कि कैसे चुने अच्छे बीज तो एक शीशे के गिलास में पानी रखे और उसमें काली मिर्च के दाने डाल दे जो बीज तैरने लगेंगे उसे आप रोप सकते है और जो बीज गिलास के निचे सतह पर बैठ जाएं उसे छोड़ दे। इन बीजों को रोपने के बाद थोड़ा-थोड़ा पानी दे औए छाव में रखे।कुछ ही दिनों में इसमें से पौधे निकल आएंगे।

स्ट्राबेरी के पौधे-

स्ट्राबेरी उगाने के लिए सबसे पहले एक पका हुआ स्ट्राबेरी ले उसके बाद फल को एक भाग में काट दे और गमले में रख के उपर से मिट्टी डाल दे, नियमित रूप से पानी दे पौधे को कुछ ही दिन में आपका स्ट्राबेरी का पौधा तैयार हो जाएगा।

एलोवेरा के पौधे-

एलोवेरा को उगाने के लिए बीज की आवश्यकता नही होती है बल्कि आप एलोवेरा के टहनियों को 3 या 4 भाग में काट के मिट्टी में लगा दे और थोड़ा-थोड़ा पानी देते रहें, कुछ दिन बाद इन टहनियों में जड़े आ जाएंगी अब इसे किसी गमले में लगा दे और छाव में रख कर थोड़ा- थोड़ा पानी देते रहे। आपके एलोवेरा के पौधे तैयार है इस्तेमाल करने के लिए।

बींस के पौधे-

बिन्स के पौधे उगाने के लिए आपको बिन्स के बीजों को एक हरे पत्ते में जमा करना होगा उसके बाद उस पत्ते को मोड़ कर उसपर पानी छिड़कते रहे, कुछ दिन बाद बीज अंकुरित हो जाएंगे जिसके बाद आप इसको गमले में लगा सकते है।
