बीज, गमला, खाद, पानी और मिट्टी

 

पहले मिट्टी तैयार कर लें

 

गमले में मिट्टी को डालें और एक से दो बार अच्छे से खुरेंच दीजिये। मिट्टी खुरेंचने से मिट्टी नरम हो जाएगी और फसल की पैदावार भी सही होगी। मिट्टी को खुरेंचने के बाद आप कुछ समय के लिए उसे धूप में भी ज़रूर रखें ताकि मिट्टी के अंदर से नमी निकल जाए। इससे बीज को कोई दिक्कत नहीं होगी।

मिट्टी तैयार करने के बाद खाद का भी चुनाव करना जरूरी है। इसके लिए आप किसी natural compost का ही इस्तेमाल करें। Chemical compost बीज को ख़राब कर देते हैं साथ ही उसके टेस्ट को भी बेकार कर देते है। प्राकृतिक खाद में आप गांय, भैंस का गोबर या फिर अन्‍य फल और पत्‍तियों का उपयोग कर सकते हैं

Cucumber seed लगाने के बाद उचित और समय पर पौधे में पानी भी देना ज़रूर है। बीज जब तक अंकुरित न हो आप ज़रूरत के हिसाब से भी पानी डालें। पानी डालने के अलावा आप मौसम का भी ज़रूर ध्यान रखें। जब तक बीज अंकुरित न हो आप उसे अधिक तेज धूप में न रखें। आप उसे ऐसी जगह रखें जहां घूप कम हो। तेज बारिश से आपको उसे बचा के रखना है।
