आज के समय में हर कोई चाहता हैं की वह अच्छा पढ़–लिख कर एक अच्छी कंपनी में नौकरी हासिल करे। क्युकी आज के समय में हर व्यक्ति का मानना हैं की जितनी कमाई नौकरी में उतनी कही नही, जिस सोच से हर कोई एक अच्छी कंपनी में नौकरी करना चाहता हैं लेकिन कही व्यक्ति ऐसे भी है जो अच्छी शिक्षा प्राप्त करने के लिए या पढ़ लिख कर अच्छी नौकरी करने के लिए देश से बाहर विदेश जाते हैं। आज के समय में या तो कोई अच्छी नौकरी हासिल करना चाहता हैं या देश से बाहर विदेश जा कर अच्छी कमाई करना चाहता हैं। लेकिन एक समय ऐसा भी था की भारत में लोग कृषि क्षेत्र में अपना भविष्य ढूंढते थे। क्युकी कृषि क्षेत्र ऐसा क्षेत्र हैं जहा कम पैसे में और बिना किसी नुकसान के हम अच्छी खासी कमाई कर सकते थे। लेकिन वक्त के साथ लोगो ने कृषि क्षेत्र को पिछड़ा हुआ मानना शुरू किया क्युकी लोगो को लगता था की ये काम वही लोग करते हैं जो या तो अनपढ़ होते हैं या गांव में रहते हैं। लेकिन धीरे धीरे कृषि क्षेत्र विकास करने लगा हैं जहा लोग अपना कैरियर आधुनिक खेती और ऑर्गेनिक खेती में ढूंढने लगे जहा वह लाखो की कमाई करने लगे और आज कल के समय में युवा अच्छी खासी पढ़ाई करने के बाद भी या अच्छी पैकेज नौकरी मिलने के बाद भी अपना भविष्य कृषि क्षेत्र में ढूंढने लगे हैं

आज हम आपको एक ऐसे ही व्यक्ति की कहानी बताएंगे। जिन्होने खेती का महत्व जाना और अपनी अच्छी खासी अमेरिका की नौकरी छोड़ वापिस देश लौट कर खेती बाड़ी में अपने नए भविष्य की शुरुवात की।

**कौन है वो व्यक्ति…….

आज हम जिनकी बात कर रहे है उनका नाम रजविंदर सिंह धालीवाल (Rajvinder Singh Dhaliwal) है जो पंजाब (Punjab) के मोगा से तालुक रखते है। राजविंदर सिंह जिन्होने एक समय पर भारत से बाहर विदेश अमेरिका जाने का सपना देखा था क्युकी उन्हे लगता था की अमेरिका भारत से ज्यादा अच्छा हैं लेकिन वह यह भूल गए थे की भारत एक ऐसा देश हैं जहा हर तरह के लोग रहते है और हर तरह के त्योहारों को मिल के बनाया जाता है भारत देश में हर व्यक्ति एक दूसरे को अपनी परिवार की तरह समझता हैं लेकिन वह फिर भी हमेशा से अमेरिका जाने का सपना देखते आए है और अंत में उन्होंने अपने सपने को सच किया और अमेरिका की तरफ रुख किया। जहा जाकर उन्होंने एक ट्रांसपोर्ट कंपनी में ट्रक चलाने की नौकरी की।

** अमेरिका से वापिस लौटे भारत……

अंत में राजविंदर को अपने भारत का एहसाह हुआ। क्युकी उन्होंने अमेरिका में देखा की यहां पर लोग खुद में ज्यादा व्यस्त रहते है जैसा उन्होंने अमेरिका के बारे में सोचा था अमेरिका उस सोच से बिलकुल अलग था। जिसके बाद उन्होंने अमेरिका छोड़ वापस भारत आने का फैसला किया। जिसके बाद जब उन्होंने यह फैसला अपने परिवार को बताता। तो वह उनके इस फैसले से बिलकुल सहमत नही थे क्युकी राजविंदर का परिवार जो खुद अमेरिका ही रहता था। लेकिन राजविंदर ने उनकी नही सुनी और 4 साल के लंबे समय के बाद वह वापिस भारत लौट आए।

**फिर से जिंदगी में आई चौनोती……

राजविंदर जो बिना कुछ सोचे समझे अमेरिका से वापिस भारत तो आ चुके थे लेकिन अब इन्हें अपनी जिंदगी की फिर से शुरुवात करनी थी। क्युकी वहा से वापिस लौटने के बाद अब इन्हें अपनी जिंदगी का सफर फिर से शुरू करना था। जिसमे इनकी पहली पहल एक छोटी सी फलों की कंपनी से हुई थी। लेकिन वह कृषि क्षेत्र से जुड़ी चीज में अपना भविष्य बनाना चाहते थे। जिसके लिए उन्होंने ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग (Organic farming) को करना चाह। जिसमे उन्होंने अपनी कंपनी बेच ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग (Organic Farming) की शुरुवात की। सबसे पहली खेती की शुरुवात उन्होंने 6 एकड़ जमीन पे की ओर सबसे पहली खेती उन्होंने गन्ने की शुरू की।

**खेती में कुछ केमिकल का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया…..

जैसे की हम सब जानते हैं की खेती बाड़ी में कही तरह के पदार्थो का इस्तेमाल होता है। लेकिन कही पदार्थ ऐसे भी होती है जिसका नुकसान सीधा लोगो के स्वास्थ्य पर होता हैं लेकिन राजविंदर सिंह जिन्होने ऑर्गेनिक खेती (Organic Farming) की शुरुवात की था जिसमे उन्हों बताया की उन्होंने अपने द्वारा की गई खेती में किसी भी तरह के केमिकल का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया । क्युकी उनका मानना था की जितनी खेती नेचुरल तरीके से की जाएगी फसल उतनी अच्छी उगेगी।

**प्रेरणा…….

आज के समय में हर व्यक्ति भारत छोड़ विदेश जा कर अपना भविष्य सुधारना चाहता हैं क्युकी लोगो को भारत विदेश से काफी पीछे लगता और एक ऐसा ही सपना राजविंदर का भी था लेकिन उन्होंने समय के साथ भारत देश की एहमियत को समझा और विदेश छोड़ वापिस भारत लौट आए और वापिस आने के बाद उन्होंने कही लोगो के लिए प्रेरणा बने और यह बताया की अपना देश अपना ही होता हैं जिससे हर लोगो को सीख लेकर यही भारत रह कर अपने देश के लिए कुछ कर दिखाए।
