हम सब लोग आज के जमाने में गांव से निकल कर शहरों की और बढ़ते जा रहे है। ऐसे में हम गांव के साथ साथ पुरानी चलती आ रही प्रथा को भी छोड़ते आ रहे है। पहले के जमाने में हर घर में पशु पालन और खेती बाड़ी की जाती थी। परंतु आज हम सभी शहर निकलने की तैयारी में रहते हैं। और अपने गांव के साथ साथ खेती बाड़ी और पशु पालन भी खत्म कर जाते है। क्योंकि शहरों में यह सब बहुत कम देखने को मिलता है। कुछ लोग जो आज भी गांव में रहते हैं। उनमें से भी कई शहर के रहने वालो लोगो को देख देख कर पशु पालन करना बंद कर गए हैं। जब कि पशु पालन के फायदे बहुत अधिक होते है। खेती बाड़ी के साथ साथ पशु पालन करना हमारी खेती और हमारे दोनो के लिए फायदेमंद है। पर पशु पालन करने के लिए बहुत सी बातों का ध्यान रखना पड़ता हैं। और मेहनत भी करनी पड़ती है। परंतु एक बार यह काम अच्छे से आ जाए तो यह हमे अनेकों फायदे देता है। आज कई लोग ऐसे भी हैं, जो अपनी अच्छी खासी नौकरी को छोड़कर खेती बाड़ी और पशु पालन करना पसंद करते है। क्योंकि वह लोग मन से ही खेती से जुड़े है। और उन्हे इनमे जायदा मुनाफा दिखता है। शहर में रह कर भी हम लोग पशु पालन कर सकते हैं। ऐसा कोई जरूरी नहीं है कि गांव में रहकर ही पशु पालन किया जा सकता है। वो कहते है न, इरादे मजबूत हो तो हर नामुमकिन चीज भी मुमकिन हो जाती है।

आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसी लड़की की, जिसने फैशन डिजाइनिंग (Fashion designing) करने के बाद पशु पालन व खेती की शुरुवात करी। आइए जानते हैं, इनकी कहानी…….

**कौन है वह लड़की……

आज हम जिनके बारे में बात करने जा रहे हैं, उनका नाम है श्वेता तोमर (Shweta Tomar) जो फैशन डिजाइनिंग का कोर्स कर चुकी है। परंतु फैशन डिजाइनिंग का कोर्स करने के बाद इन्होंने गोट व मुर्गी फार्मिंग (Goat Farming) करने का विचार बनाया। अब आप सब लोग यह सोचेंगे कि इतना पढ़ने के बाद, इतना अच्छा कोर्स करने के बाद उन्हे पशु पालन करने की क्या आवश्यकता थी। उनका मानना था कि वह फील्ड कभी भी ढीली पड़ सकती है या काम ऊपर नीचे हो सकता है। परंतु एग्रीकल्चर में किसी काम में नुकसान नहीं होता है। वह काम आप लोग घर रहकर कर सकते हैं। वो भी बिलकुल कम लागत के साथ, नही तो बाकी अन्य फील्ड में अपना कारोबार करने के लिए अधिक पैसों की जरूरत होती है। इसी सोच के साथ उन्होंने गोट और मुर्गी फार्मिंग की शुरुवात 2015 में करदी थी।

**आई कई मुश्किलें…….

हर काम को करने में मेहनत लगती है। और यह हम बहुत अच्छे से जानते हैं कि कामयाबी कभी भी आसानी से प्राप्त नहीं होती। श्वेता ने भी जब पशु पालन की शुरुवात करने की सोची तो वह रास्ता उनके लिए आसान नहीं था। क्योंकि यह काम उन्हे अच्छे से नही आता था और अभी उन्होंने फैशन डिजाइनिंग का कोर्स किया था जिसका इस काम से कोई तालुक नही था। शुरुवात में उन्हे बहुत ताने भी सुनने पड़े। क्योंकि हर किसी के दिमाग में यही प्रशन होता था कि आखिर इतना पढ़ लिखकर यह सब क्यू कर रही हो। फिर भी श्वेता ने खुद को दुनिया के प्रशनो से प्रभावित नही होने दिया। और अपना काम पूरी मेहनत और लगन से करने लगी। उनका मानना था कि अगर हमे गोट फार्मिंग करनी है तो हमे पहले 5 या 10 बकरियों से इस काम की शुरुवात करनी चाहिए। क्योंकि यह काम बिलकुल भी आसान नहीं होता है तो इस लिए पहले काम को अच्छे से सीखना जरूरी है। जिसके बाद आप बकरियों की संख्या बढ़ा भी सकते हैं।

**ट्रेनिंग…….

श्वेता अपने अनुभव से बाकी लोगो को यह सिख देती है कि अगर किसी को भी बकरी पालन करना है तो वह बिना ट्रेनिंग के न करे। क्योंकि यह काम जितना दिखने में आसान लगता है उतना है नहीं। उनके पालन के लिए बहुत सी चीजों के बारे में पता होना जरूरी हैं। जिसके लिए लोगो को पहले सिख लेना चाहिए। यह आप कही से भी सिख सकते हैं। श्वेता जैसे कई लोग भी इसकी ट्रेनिंग देते है। इसके अलावा कई पशुओं के एनजीओ भी इन सबकी ट्रेनिंग देते है। तो पूरा कार्य सीखने के बाद ही ऐसे कार्यों की शुरुवात करनी चाहिए। इसी के साथ साथ उन्होंने कुछ साधारण बाते भी बताई है। जैसे कि बकरियों को हमेशा किसी छाव वाली जगह पर रखना चाहिए और अगर हम उन्हे किसी कमरे में रख रहे है तो उनके लिए उस कमरे में खिड़कियां अवश्य होनी चाहिए। उन्हे बिलकुल बंद करके नही रखना चाहिए।

**बताई अन्य कई बाते…….

श्वेता गोट फार्मिंग के बारे में कुछ काम की बाते बताते हुए बोली कि अक्सर लोगो को लगता है कि इन कामों में भी बहुत अधिक पैसों की जरूरत होगी। परंतु ऐसा कुछ नही है। बकरियां कई प्रकार की होती है। कोई एक समय में दो बच्चे देती है तो कोई एक ही समय में 5 बच्चे भी देती है। श्वेता बताती है कि इनके खान पीने का भी खर्चा बहुत अधिक नही होता। मात्र 300 रुपए के लगभग ही इनके खाने पीने का खर्चा होता है और इनके बच्चे तो पैदा होने के बाद तीन महीने तक कुछ नहीं खाते है। दूध पर ही पलते है। तो इसके लिए बहुत अधिक पैसों की जरूरत नही होती है। हमे उनका ध्यान रखना आना चाहिए। और उनके बारे में कई चीजे पता होनी चाहिए जो कि बहुत जरूरी होती है। इसलिए उन्होंने कहा की फार्मिंग करने से पहले उसके बारे में जान लेना सही रहता है।

*प्रेरणा……

श्वेता से हम सभी को पशु पालन की प्रेरणा मिलती है। आज कल लोग शहरो की तरफ भागते है और गांव को भूल जाते है। शहर में ही अपनी जिंदगी आगे बढाते है। परंतु श्वेता ने फैशन डिजाइनिंग का कोर्स करने के बाद भी एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड को चुना जो कि बिलकुल भी आसान निर्णय नहीं था। क्योंकि फैशन डिजाइनिंग के कोर्स को उन्होंने अपना समय और पैसे दोनो दिए थे। उसके बाद एक दम से एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड के बारे में सोचा और बिना लोगो की बातो पर गौर करते हुए अपने मन की सुनते हुए काम को शुरू किया। आज उन्हे इससे बहुत अधिक मुनाफा हो रहा है। वह अच्छे खास पैसे कमा रही है। पशु पालन के साथ साथ वह ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग करके सीजनल सब्जियां भी उगाती है। हमे उनसे सीख लेनी चाहिए और हमे भी ऐसी चीजों के बारे में विचार जरूर करना चाहिए। क्योंकि शहर में रहकर भी ऑर्गेनिक फार्मिंग की जा सकती है।
