सोशल मीडिया एक ऐसा प्लेटफार्म है, जिसके जरिए हम उन बातों को जान पाते हैं, जो हमारे और हमारे देश के लिए बेहद जरूरी होती हैं। हाल ही में सोशल मीडिया पर एक पोस्ट बहुत ही तेजी से वायरल हुआ है, जिसमें यह जानकारी दी गई कि कभी भी दूध के पैकेट खोलें तो इसे पूरे कोने से न काटे बल्कि इसे थोड़ा सा ही काटे।

आपको बता दें कि इस वीडियो में पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाने की कोशिश की गई है। इस वीडियो में दूध के पैकेट इसलिए कम काटने को बताया गया है कि प्लास्टिक का थोड़ा सा भी टुकड़ा पर्यावरण और पशु- पक्षियों के लिए हानिकारक हो सकता है।

महिलाओं को मिली प्रेरणा

सोशल मीडिया (social media) पर वायरल हो रहे इस वीडियो को ऐसे कई लोग होंगे जिन्होंने इस पर ध्यान नहीं दिया होगा, पर पर्यावरण को स्वच्छ रखने के लिए हम सबको इस पर विचार अवश्य करना चाहिए। हालांकि सभी लोग ऐसे भी हैं। इस पोस्ट से प्रभावित होकर कुछ महिलाओं ने एक अनूठा अभियान शुरू कर दिया। आइए जानते इस अनूठे अभियान के बारे में –

Milk Bag Project की हुईं शुरुआत

कुंती ओजा (bunty Ojha), हंसू पारडीवाला (Anshu pardiwala) और चित्रा हिरेमठ (Chitra Hiremath) मुंबई की रहने वाली हैं। इन्होंने एक साथ मिलकर साल 2019 में ‘Milk Bag Project’ की शुरुआत की है। सभी महिलाओं ने इसकी पहली शुरुआत अपने घरों से ही शुरु किया। फिर धीरे-धीरे अपनी सोसाइटी के लोगों में भी जागरूकता फैलने लगी। आज के समय में मुंबई के अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों से लोग दूध के खाली पैकेटस भेजते हैं, जिसे रीसाइक्लिंग यूनिट्स भेजा जाता हैं।

प्रदूषण को कम करने के लिए किया छोटी सी शुरुआत

कुंती ओजा ने अपनी इस अभियान के बारे में उन्होंने बताया कि ‘उन्होंने एक व्हाट्सऐप फॉरवर्ड देखा, जिसमें यह बताया गया था कि अगर दूध के पैकेट को सही से काट कर उपयोग किया जाए तो हम प्रदुषण को कुछ हद तक कम कर सकते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि यह कार्य कोई बड़ा नहीं है परंतु वह कहते हैं न एक छोटी सी शुरुआत ही बड़ी कामयाबी का स्रोत बनता है। फिर क्या था उन्होंने सबसे बातें की और एक सामूहिक कार्य करना आरंभ किया।

पहले से ही पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए करती हैं, कार्य

इस कार्य से जुड़ी लगभग सभी महिलाएं पहले से ही पर्यावरण संरक्षण एवं कचरा प्रबंधन के क्षेत्र में कार्यरत हैं। ये सभी महिलाएं एक ही इलाके की रहने वाली है। जहां कुंती ‘क्लीन मुंबई फाउंडेशन‘ के साथ जुड़ी हुई है , वही हंसु ‘हर घर, हरा घर‘ संगठन से इसके अलावा चित्रा भी
‘गार्बेज फ्री इंडिया‘ के साथ मिलकर काम करती है। उन्होंने बताया कि वेलोग अपने एरिया में सभी को कचरा प्रबंधन के लिए जागरूक करते हैं। उनका कहना है कि जब उन्होंने दूध के पैकेट वाला वीडियो देखा तो इसपर विचार किया और फिर मिलकर इस प्रोजेक्ट पर कार्य करने का फैसला किया।

सबसे पहले अपने ही घर से किया शुरुआत

अपने कार्य को शुरू करने से पहले चित्रा और इनकी पुरी टीम ने अपने घर पर ही एक वीडियो बनाया, जिसमे इन्होंने दूध के पैकेट कैसे काटना है यह बताया हैऔर साथ ही इसे धोकर, सुखाकर इकट्ठा करने के लिए बताया। इन्होंने प्रत्येक महीने अपने टीम के साथ मिलकर लोगों के घरों में जाकर दूध के खाली पैकेट इकट्ठा किया। हालांकि अगर कोई व्यक्ति इनके पास भेजना चाहता है, तो भेज सकता हैं।

चित्रा ने बताया कि उन्होंने बहुत सारे दूध के पैकेट्स इकट्ठा करके रीसाइक्लिंग यूनिट्स पर भेजा। उन्होंने कहा कि इस वीडियो को उन्होंने अपने सोसाइटी ग्रुप एवम् दूसरे व्हाट्सएप ग्रुप में डाला ताकि और अधिक लोगो को इसकी जानकारी हो।

इतना आसान नहीं था सफर

चित्रा का कहना है कि उनका राह इतना भी आसान नहीं था क्योंकि किसी को जागरूक करना और उसमें बदलाव लाना इतना आसान नहीं होता है। इन्होंने कभी हार नही माना और धीरे धीरे लोगो की प्रतिक्रिया भी अच्छी मिलने लगीं। इसके बाद उन्होंने जब रीसायकलर से संपर्क किया तब उसने कहा कि वह कम मात्रा में कचरा नहीं लेते। फिर इन्हे कचरा अधिक इकट्ठा करने के लिए कुछ दिनों तक दूध के पैकेट को इकठ्ठा किया।

ज्यादा पैकेट होने पर यह किया

पैकेट्स जब अधिक इकठ्ठा हो गए तब इन्होंने उसे रीसायकलर के पास पहुंचाया। उन्होंने बताया की जब इस प्रोजेक्ट पर इन्होंने काम करना आरंभ किया तो इन्होंने यह ध्यान दिया कि कचरा बिनने वाले भी दूध के पैकेट को इकट्ठा भी करते हैं क्योंकि उन्हें इस बात की जानकारी नहीं थी इन्हें भी बेचा जा सकता हैं।

साढ़े सात लाख से अधिक पैकेट्स कर चुके हैं

हंसू ने बताया कि करीब 10 महीने तक उनका प्रोजेक्ट काफी अच्छा चला। साल 2020 में लॉकडाउन के दौरान घर काम रुक गया फिर उन्होंने लोगों को सलाह दी कि वह अपने घरों में ही दूर की खाली पैकेट इकट्ठा करना सुरखेत फागी करो ना महामारी में लोग और भी कई तरह की परेशानियों का सामना कर रहे थे इस दौरान उन्होंने कुछ समय काम को रोक दिया पर जैसे-जैसे लोगों की परिस्थितियों में सुधार आती गई वैसे उन्होंने जोर शोर से अपना काम शुरू कर दिया।

लोगों को दी सलाह

हंसू कहती हैं कि लगभग दस महीने तक उनका यह प्रोजेक्ट अच्छा चला और हर महीने लोग उनसे जुड़ने लगे। लेकिन 2020 में लॉकडाउन के दौरान उनका काम रुक गया। ऐसे में उन्होंने लोगों को सलाह दी कि वे अपने घरों में ही दूध के खाली पैकेट इकट्ठा करना जारी रखें। हालांकि, कोरोना महामारी में लोग और भी कई तरह की परेशानियों से जूझ रहे थे इसलिए कुछ समय तक उन्होंने ब्रेक लिया लेकिन जैसे-जैसे परिस्थिति सामान्य हुई उन्होंने एक बार फिर जोर-शोर से अपना काम शुरू कर दिया। 

कैसे किए जाते हैं तैयार?

चित्रा और उनकी टीम ने अब तक साढ़े सात लाख से ज्यादा दूध के प्लास्टिक पैकेट्स को कचरे में जाने से रोक चुकी है। आपको बता दें इन सभी पैकेट्स को उन्होंने रीसाइक्लिंग यूनेस्को यूनिट्स को दिया। वहां रीसाइक्लिंग करने के लिए सबसे पहले इन पैकेट्स को अच्छी तरह से धोया जाता है और फिर इसे सुखाकर मशीन में छोटे-छोटे टुकड़े किए जाते हैं। इसके बाद इन्हें प्लास्टिक ग्रैन्युल बनाए जाते हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि रीसाइकल्ड करके प्लास्टिक ग्रैन्युल का प्रयोग गार्बेज बैग बनाने से लेकर और भी बहुत तरह के उत्पाद बनाने के लिए उपयोग किया जाता है।

पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए रीसाइक्लिंग होगा बेहतर विकल्प

आपको बता दें कि पर्यावरण को सबसे अधिक नुकसान प्लास्टिक से ही होता है। अगर आंकड़ों को देखा जाए तो दुनिया में बनने वाला लगभग 79% प्लास्टिक हमारे पर्यावरण को दूषित करता है, जिसमें से सिर्फ 9% ही रिसाइकल हो पाता है। वैसे बात अगर भारत की जाए तो हमारे देश में भी रीसाइक्लिंग बहुत बड़े स्तर पर नहीं होती हैं परंतु अगर ज्यादा से ज्यादा प्लास्टिक के कचरे को रीसायकल किया जाए और नए प्लास्टिक का उत्पाद कम किया जाए तो हम बड़े स्तर पर प्लास्टिक प्रदूषण को रोक पाएंगे। अगर देखा जाए तो इन महिलाओं का यह प्रोजेक्ट पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए काफी महत्वपूर्ण कार्य है।

बढ़ रहा है लोगों का संपर्क

चित्रा और उनकी टीम ने बताया कि उनके इस अभियान के बारे में जानकारी लेकर कई अन्य शहरों के लोग भी इनसे संपर्क कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि लोग हमसे संपर्क कर रहे हैं और इस अभियान से जुड़ने के लिए इच्छुक है। उन लोगों से इनका बस इतना ही कहना है कि ‘आप अपने घर में शुरुआत करें और फिर अपने मोहल्ले के लोगों को जागरूक करें। उन्होंने बताया कि इस प्रोजेक्ट को अपने एरिया में रेप्लिकेट करे क्योंकि छोटी शुरुआती से ही हम बड़े बदलाव कर सकते है।
