प्लास्टिक हमारे पर्यावरण कर लिए कितना नुकसानदेह है इस बात से हम सब वाकिफ है। इसी को देखते हुए सरकार ने भी प्लास्टिक को हमारे देश मे बैन करने का फैसला लिया है, इस फैसले को पूरे देशवासियों ने दिल से स्वीकार है और प्लास्टिक को बंद करने में अपना सहयोग भी दे रहे है। आज हम आपको बताएंगे कि कुछ दोस्तो ने मिल कर कैसे प्लास्टिक का सही उपयोग किया।
जोरावर पुरोहित का परिचय-
जोरावर पुरोहित अंडमान निकोबार दिव्प के रहने वाले है। जोरावर अंडमान में ड्राइविंग इंस्ट्रक्टर के रूप में काम करते थे। काम करने के ही क्रम में ही उन्होंने ने देखा कि अंडमान में बहुत कचरा फैला हुआ है।तब जोरावर ने अपने मन मे निश्चित किया कि वो ऐसा कोई बिजनेस नही करेंगें कभी भी जिससे पर्यावरण को कोई नुकसान हो कभी। जोरावर अंडमान में पर्यटकों के गाइड के रूप में भी काम करते थे और पर्यटकों को अच्छी और सुरक्षित होटल ढूंढने में उनकी मदद करते थे।
अनोखी सोच-
जोरावर एक गाइड थे इसलिए पर्यटक उनसे अच्छे खाने और होटल के बारे में पूछते थे, तब जोरावर को कुछ अलग करने का विचार आया। क्योंकि अधिकतर होटल वाले रिसोर्ट बनाने के लिए जंगल उजाड़ रहे है, जिससे पर्यावरण को काफी नुकसान पहुँच रहा है। इसलिए उन्होंने कुछ अनोखा करने की सोची।
जोरावर का कहना है की अंडमान 580 दिवपो से मिलकर बना है। परन्तु यहाँ प्लास्टिक को रीसाइक्लिंग करने का कोई उचित व्यवस्था नही है। इसलिए उन्होंने अपने अनोखे विचार के साथ आउटबैक हैवलॉक रिसोर्ट बनाने के बारे में सोचा।
इस अनोखे विचार के साथ जोरावर ने 2017 में अपने तीन दोस्त अखिल वर्मा, आदित्य वर्मा और रोहित पाठक के साथ मिलकर रिसोर्ट का काम शुरू किया। इस रिसोर्ट की सबसे अच्छी बात ये है कि इससे पर्यावरण को कोई नुकसान नही होगा। ये रिसोर्ट 5,00,000 प्लास्टिक बोत्तल को रीसायकल करके बनाया गया है।
शोध के बाद बनाया होटल-
जोरावर ने सबसे पहले फ्रांसीसी आर्किटेक्चर के बारे में शोध किया। क्योंकि यहाँ प्लास्टिक बोतलों का इस्तेमाल करके घर बनवाये जाते है। इसके लिए सबसे पहले आपको बोत्तल में रेत और धूल भरना पड़ेगा। जो ईट से भी अधिक मजबूत होती है।
इसी बात का फ़ायदा उठा के जोरावर ने कई दंपयार्ड से बेकार प्लास्टिक के बोत्तल को जमा करके, अपना होटल बनाना शुरू किया। जोरावर बताते है कि उन्होंने पहले 5 लाख बेकार प्लास्टिक बोतल को जमा किया और उसके साथ ही 500 किलो रबर वेस्ट भी जमा किया। जोरावर में प्लास्टिक के बोतल का इस्तेमाल होटल में कमरे बनाने के लिए किया और रबर वेस्ट का इस्तेमाल फुटपाथ बनाने के लिए किया।
काफी चुनौतियों का सामना करना पड़ा-
जोरावर बताते है कि प्लास्टिक के होटल बनान बहुत कठिन था, क्योंकि ये पहला और नया अनुभव था हमारे लिए। मजदूरों को भी कठिनाई हुई प्लास्टिक के बोतलो को आकार देने में, प्लास्टिक के होटल बनाने में अधिक समय लगा, परन्तु ये सबसे अच्छा बना। जोरावर के रिसोर्ट में 8 कमरे और 60 सीटर कैफ़े है। जोरावर के कैफ़े में अभी 9 कर्मचारी कार्य करते है, परन्तु लॉक डाउन में जोरावर को बहुत नुकसान झेलना पड़ा है।
जोरावर अपने रिसोर्ट में प्रतिदिन 4200 रुपये चार्ज लेते है। इस रिसोर्ट में पर्यटकों को वाईफाई के साथ साथ भोजन की भी सुविधा दी जाती है। इस होटल को बनाने में जोरावर और उनके दोस्तों का करीब 1 करोड़ रुपये लगे है। और अभी के समय मे इस रिसोर्ट से साल में 1.50 करोड़ का कारोबार होता है।
सब से सराहा इस सोच को-
जोरावर के इस अनोखे होटल के बाद वहाँ के बहुत से लोग इस दिशा पर काम करने की सोच रहे है। इन दोस्तो के पास बहुत से लोग आते है इस रिसोर्ट के बनाने के तरीके को समझने के लिए। ये चारों दोस्त उन लोगो की सराहना करते है साथ ही साथ उन्हें प्रोत्साहित भी करते है। क्योंकि ये हमारे पर्यावरण के लिए काफी फायदेमंद है साथ ही साथ इसकी बनावट में आम रिसोर्ट से अधिक लाभ भी है।
इस अनोखे रिसोर्ट में केले और नारियल के पेड़ इस रिसोर्ट की सुंदरता को और बढ़ाते है। इस रिसोर्ट में एक आर्गेनिक किचन भी है। इन चारों को दोस्तो का कहना है को ये अपने बागवानी में लगे उत्पाद ही पर्यटकों को परोसते है, जो स्वस्थ और हाइजेनिक होते है। इस रिसोर्ट मर ब्रेड और पिज़्ज़ा बेस भी तैयार किया जाता है।
यात्रा करते समय बरते सावधानी-
अगर आप अंडमान की यात्रा करने की सोच रहे है तो आपको कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना पड़ेगा। आदित्य का कहना है की पोर्ट ब्लेयर हवाईअड्डे से नाव से आउट बैक हैवलॉक तक पहुचने में करीबन 2 घंटे लग जाते है। जब मेहमान इन दोस्तो को बता देते है तो ये लोग खुद मेहमानों के आने से पहले नाव का इंतजाम कर देते है। हेवलॉक आने के बाद ये लोग मेहमानों को रिसोर्ट तक लाने के लिए कैब की भी व्यवस्था करते है।
जोरावर कहते है कि नाव की कन्फर्म टिकट के बिना अंडमान में यात्रा वर्जित है। अंडमान में निजी नौकायन के अलावा, आपको सरकारी नाव की भी सुविधा मिलती हैं। सरकारी नाव थोड़ी सस्ती होती है, क्योंकि ये पुरानी पोत है। साथ ही साथ इसका टिकट आपको सीधे एजेंटो से लेना होगा। परन्तु जो निजी नौकायन होते है वो नए होते है, इसके साथ ही इसमें ऑनलाइन टिकट करने की भी सुविधा होती है आपके पास। इनमें से तीन दोस्त पोर्ट ब्लेयर पर नई परियोजना पर काम कर रहे है।
नई परियोजना के बारे में बताते हुए आदित्य कहते है कि आउट बैक हैवलॉक के तुलना में ये नई परियोजना सिर्फ एक कैफे और रिसोर्ट के बारे में है। जिसे ये दोस्त एग्री बिजनेस मॉडल के आधार पर तैयार कर रहे हैं। इस परियोजना में भी हम बेकार प्लास्टीक का उपयोग करेंगे। इस परियोजना को 2022 में ये दोस्त शुरू करने के बारे में सोच रहे है।
इन चारों दोस्तो के अनोखे सोच की सराहना करता है, इसके साथ ही साथ उन्हें ढ़ेर सारी शुभकामनाएं भी देता है।
