अक्सर लोग ऐसा सोचते है कि अगर किसी के माता-पिता अमीर है तो उनका बच्चा कुछ अच्छा ही करेगा ।और अगर किसी के माता -पिता गरीब है तो उनके बच्चे मजदूरी ही करेंगें।परंतु सब अपनी-अपनी किस्मत लेके आते हैं।जो बनते है अपनी कड़ी मेहनत से बनते हैं।
Kheti trend आज आपको ऐसे ही इंसान की कहानी बताने जा रहा हैं।जो गली -गली से बोबफ उठाते थे।परंतु उनकी कड़ी मेहनत ने 8 महीने में 8 करोड़ की कंपनी खड़ी कर दी।इस पर विश्वास करना कठिन है परंतु ये सत्य हैं।
गौरव राणा का परिचय:-
“कैलेप्सो “ नामक ब्यूटी स्टार्टअप की आधारशिला गौरव ने रखी हैं।गौरव हरियाणा के छोटे से गांव में रहते थे।
गौरव का परिवार बहुत ही गरीब था।गौरव के गांव में स्कूल नही था परंतु गौरव को पढ़ने का जज्बा था।इसलिए वो पास के गांव पढ़ने जाते थे।जब गांव की स्कूल की पढ़ाई खत्म हुई तो गौरव ने दूसरे शहर जाके पढ़ने का सोचा।
चुनौतियों का सामना डट के किया:-
परंतु गौरव के पास इतने पैसे नही थे कि वो दूसरे शहर जाके पढ़ई कर सके।गौरव की परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिती बहुत ही खराब थी।परन्तु जब गौरव के पिता बीमार पड़े तब और भी खराब हो गई उनके घर की स्थिति।
गौरव के दादाजी की एक छोटी से दुकान थी उसी दुकान से गौरव के घर का चलता था।परंतु ये भी सत्य है कि अगर आप कड़ी मेहनत करेंगें तो आपको आपका लक्ष्य पाने से कोई नही रोक सकता हैं।
कड़ी मेहनत कर के गौरव ने आगरा के एजुकेशनल इंस्टिट्यूट में दाख़िला लिया।और पूरे लगन से पढ़ाई किया।गौरव को उनके पढ़ाई के समय मे गांव और रिस्तेदारों ने आर्थिक मदद की।
जब गौरव ने अपनी ऑटोमोबाइल इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई पूरी कर ली उसके बाद 2011 में गौरव नौकरी ढूढने इंदौर गए।
परंतु एक और दुखों का पहाड़ गौरव पड़ टूट पड़ा।और गौरव के दादाजी का निधन हो गया। अब सारे परिवार की जिमेदारी गौरव क्व कंधो पड़ आ गई।तब गौरव ने रिस्क उठाने का निश्चय किया और नौकरी के साथ-साथ एक स्टार्टअप शुरु किया।परंतु जब गौरव ने अपना पहला स्टार्टअप शुरू किया तो दुर्भायवश वह असफल रहा।
असफलता से हुई शुरुआत, हार नही मानी:-
असफलता मिलने के बाद भी गौरव ने हार नही मानी और 2015 में फिर से एक ब्यूटी सर्विस प्रोवाइडर के तौर पर फिर से एक नया स्टार्टअप शुरू किया। इस स्टार्टअप का नाम”कैलेप्सो” रखा गौरव ने।इस बार ये आईडिया वेबसाइट और मोबाइल एप्प के जरिये ब्यूटी सर्विस मुहैया कराने का बिल्कुल सही साबित हुआ।
आखिरकार मिल ही गईं सफलता:-
इस एप्प का ये फायदा था कि महिलाओं को उनके घर पे ही बीयूटी सर्विसेस मिल जाती थी।ओयो रूम्स जो देश कर सबसे बड़ी होटल श्रृंखला हैं।कैलेप्सो के साथ टाई-अप कर के देश के अलग-अलग शहरों के होटलों में ब्यूटी सर्विसेज उपलब्ध कराती हैं।
2019 में भारतीय रेलवे ने भी कैलेप्सो के साथ टाई-अप कर के रेल में भी मसाज की सुविधा मुहैया कराई।
ये वही गौरव है जो कभी थोड़े से पैसों के लिए गांव की गलियों में गोबर चुनते थे। आज के समय मे गौरव ने खुद की मेहनत से करोड़ो रूपये की कंपनी बनाई है।तथा हज़ारों लोगो को रोजगार भी दे रहे हैं।इससे यह साफ होता है कि आपके मेहनत पर आपको सफलता टिकी है।
