सिंघाड़ा तो आप सब ने खाया होगा और आप यह भी जानते होंगे कि यह बहुत ही स्वादिष्ट होता है। स्वाद के साथ-साथ यह पोषण से भी भरपूर होता है। सिंघाड़े के आटे को भी आपने देखा होगा और कई बार हम इसके व्यंजन बनाकर भी खाते हैं। बहुत सारे लोग तो एक अच्छे फल के रूप में भी खाते हैं तो कुछ लोग इसे उबालकर खाना ज्यादा पसंद करते हैं। इसमें पर्याप्त मात्रा में पोटेशियम विटामिन बी जिंक जैसे पोषक तत्व पाए जाते हैं जिसकी वजह से डॉक्टर भी इसे खाने की सलाह देते हैं।

आप अपने छत पर भी उगा सकते हैं सिंघारे

वैसे तो पानी फल को आपने तलाब या फिर बड़े स्तर पर पानी वाले जगहों पर उग आते हुए देखा होगा। बड़े स्तर पर अगर आप सिंघाड़े को उगाना चाहते हैं तो आपको बहुत सारे साधनों की भी जरूरत पड़ेगी। लेकिन यदि आप इसे छोटी मात्रा में उगाना चाहते हैं तो आप इसे अपने छत पर ही खुली धूप में किसी टब में भी उगा सकते हैं।
आज हम आपको एक ऐसे शख्स के बारे में बताएंगे जो अपने छत पर हैं इस पानी फल की गार्डनिंग करते हैं। इनका नाम है अनुभव वर्मा।

कौन है अनुभव

अनुभव उत्तर प्रदेश के रायबरेली के रहने वाले हैं। इन्होंने ग्रेजुएशन करने के बाद बैंक की नौकरी की तैयारी शुरू कर दी और इसके साथ ही उन्हें गार्डनिंग का भी बहुत शौक है जिसकी वजह से वह अपने छत पर ही गार्डनिंग का काम करते हैं। वह बताते हैं कि बचपन से हैं उनका पेड़ पौधों के प्रति आकर्षण बहुत ही ज्यादा रहा है। उन्हें अलग-अलग चीजें बोना बहुत पसंद है और हर वेस्टिंग करना भी बहुत अच्छा लगता है।

ज्यादातर वह फलों को लेकर अलग-अलग एक्सपेरिमेंट भी करते रहते हैं। वह चाहते हैं कि ऐसे फलों को उगाया जाए जो शहरी क्षेत्रों में धीरे-धीरे लुप्त होते जा रहे हैं। अपने इसी पैशन को देखते हुए उन्होंने अपने छत पर पानी फल को उगाने की तैयारी की। और आपको बता दें कि इस क्षेत्र में भी उन्होंने सफलता हासिल की।

पानी फल उगाने के लिए क्या-क्या चाहिए

यदि आप पानी फल अपने छत पर पर उगाना चाहते हैं तो आपको चाहिए कंटेनर, मिट्टी और बीज। अनुभव बताते हैं कि आप कंटेनर खोलें और ध्यान रखें कि इसमें ड्रेनेज के लिए कोई छेद ना हो। आप जितने बड़े कंटेनर को लेंगे उतना ही सही सिंघाड़ा आपको मिलेगा क्योंकि इसमें वह तेजी से फैलेगा।

कंटेनर के बाद आपको बीच लेना है। अगर आप पानी फल के बीज ऑनलाइन से लेते हैं या अपने आसपास के किसी बीज भंडार से लेते हैं तो भी सही रहेगा। इसके अलावा किसी भी जल स्रोत में आप इस पौधे को पाएं तो उसे भी लाकर आप लगा सकते हैं। यदि बात अनुभव की की जाए तो उन्होंने अपने पास के तालाब से पौधों को लाया और अपने छत पर लगाया।

विधि

  • अगर आपके पास बीज हैं तो आप इन्हें पहले कंटेनर में पानी में भरकर रख दें। कुछ दिनों के बाद जब यह अंकुरित होने लगेंगे तब इनका ट्रांसप्लांट किया जा सकता है।
  • अब एक बड़ा सा कंटेनर ले और उसके निचली सतह पर मिट्टी डालें। इस मिट्टी को तरल कर ले और फिर जिस पौधे को आपने अंकुरित किया है उसे इसमें बो दें।
  • अब आप इसके ऊपर से धीरे-धीरे कंटेनर में पानी भर सकते हैं।
  • अब आपको इस कंटेनर को ऐसी जगह पर रखना पड़ेगा जहां दिनभर काफी अच्छी धूप आती हो। क्योंकि पानी फल के पौधों को बढ़ने के लिए अच्छी खासी धूप की जरूरत पड़ती है और ऐसी जगह पर आपको कंटेनर को रखना पड़ेगा जहां 5 से 6 घंटे अच्छे से धूप में ले।
  • आपको 1 महीने का समय लगेगा जब आप के पानी फल के पौधे पत्ते देने लगेंगे और फिर उसके बाद दो से ढाई महीने में यह पूरी तरीके से फैल जाएगा।

दरअसल इसके बीज लगाने के बाद पौधे को बांटने में या मैच शुरू होने में कम से कम 2 से 3 महीने का समय तो लग ही जाता है। मैच शुरू होने के बाद 1 महीने के अंदर इसमें फल भी आने लगते हैं। इस तरीके से अगर देखा जाए तो लगभग पूरे प्रोसेस में 4 से 5 महीने का समय तो लग ही जाता है। इसलिए संयमित रहे और धैर्य बनाए रखें।

मिट्टी को दें पोषण

अनुभव का कहना है कि ऊपरी तरीके से पोषण देने से अच्छा है कि आप इसके मिट्टी में पहले से ही सारे जरूरत तत्व को शामिल कर दें और मिट्टी को पोषण वाली मिट्टी बना दें। मिट्टी जितनी ज्यादा अच्छी होगी या कहें तो पोषण से भरपूर होगी उतना ही आप के पौधे के लिए अच्छा रहेगा। आपके पास के ही अलग-अलग प्रकार के कंटेनर हो तो आप उसमें भी पानी फल होगा सकते हैं जो की बहुत ही आसान है।

इसके साथ ही इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि कंटेनर में पानी का स्तर कितना है। जैसे ही आप को पानी कम लगे आपको इस में पानी डालते रहना पड़ेगा। अगर आप इस प्रक्रिया को ट्राई करना चाहते हैं तो आप पानी फल खरीद कर उसके फल को पकने दें और फिर उसे पानी में रखें। इनसे भी पौधे को तैयार किया जा सकता है। ध्यान रखें कि फरवरी-मार्च में पानी फल के बीज को अंकुरित हो ही जाने चाहिए। अगर आप फरवरी-मार्च में नहीं लगा पाए तो आप बारिश के मौसम में भी इसे लगा सकते हैं जो कि काफी बेहतर होगा।

अनुभव का मानना है कि यदि आपमें भी गार्डनिंग का शौक है तो आप इसे एक बार जरूर आजमाएं और आप भी एक्सपेरिमेंट करते रहें। हमारे विरासत को बचाने की जिम्मेदारी बस हमारी ही है इसलिए जिम्मेदार बने और प्रकृति के करीब रहने का प्रयास करें।
