गर्मी अपने चरम सीमा पर है, घर से बाहर निकलते मात्र से ऐसा प्रतीत हो रहा है कि पूरा शरीर ही झुलस गया, और कोरोना महामारी ने फिर से दस्तक दे दिया है, इन सब समस्याओं के बीच अपने आप को स्वस्थ रखना और बीमारी से बचा कर रखना सबसे बड़ी चुनौती है, तो आइए जानते है ऐसे फल के बारे में जिसका सेवन करके के हम अपने आप को स्वस्थ और तरोताजा रख सकते है, आप चाहे तो इसे अपने घर मे भी उपजा सकते है।

गमले में उपजाए स्ट्रॉबेरी-

आप अपने घर मे गमले में भी स्ट्रॉबेरी उपजा सकते है, अभी गर्मी ने दस्तक दी है तो आपके लिए june- bearing स्ट्रॉबेरी की प्रजाति सबसे अच्छी रहेगी उपजाने के लिए, और यदि आपको पूरे गर्मियों में स्ट्रॉबेरी का स्वाद चखना है तो आप june-bearing की जगह both day-neutral स्ट्रॉबेरी की प्रजाति उपजा सकते है। क्योंकि इस प्रजाति की कटाई आप दो से तीन बार कर सकते है। परन्तु आपको गमले में स्ट्राबेरी उपजाने से पहले कुछ बातों का ध्यान रखना है और किन किन चीज़ो की आवश्यकता पड़ेगी आपको आइये जानते है।

आवश्यक सामग्री-

● स्ट्रॉबेरी का पौधा
● गमला
● पौटिंग मिक्स
● तरल उर्वरक

कैसे करे पौधा तैयार-

स्ट्रॉबेरी के पौधे हर दिशा में 2 इंच फैलते है इसलिए 1 गमले में 2 से अधिक स्ट्रॉबेरी के पौधे ना लगाए, इसके बाद आपको इस बात का ध्यान रखना है कि गमले में आप दोमट पौटिंग मिक्स के साथ इस्तेमाल करे जो पौधों को नमी देंगे, परन्तु इस बात का ध्यान रखे कि गमले में किसी कारण से अतिरिक्त पानी जमा ना हो।

इसके बाद आपको आपको गमले में पौटिंग मिक्स में छोटा सा टीला बनाये और इस टीले के ऊपर जड़ो को फैलाय फिर पौटिंग मिक्स के साथ मुकुट तक जड़ो को ढक दे, इसके बाद अच्छी तरह से इसमें पानी दे जब इसमें पानी की वजह से मिट्टी जम जाए तब जरूरत के हिसाब से इसमें आप और पौटिंग मिक्स डालें।

किस जगह रखे गमले को-

स्ट्रॉबेरी के पौधों को आपको उस जगह रखना है जहाँ उसे प्रत्येक दिन 6 से 8 घंटे सूरज की रौशनी मिले, आपको इस बात का भी पूरा पूरा ध्यान रखना है कि चारो तरफ से सामान धूप मील पौधे को। बहुत सारे किट, पक्षी आपके पौधे को हानि पहुँचा सकते है इसलिए पौधे को जाल लगा कर सुरक्षित रखे।

 

आपको इस बात का ध्यान रखना है कि गर्मियों के मौसम में पौधों को पानी की अधिक जरूरत रहती है इसलिए समय-समय पर पौधों में पानी देते रहें। स्ट्राबेरी के पौधों में प्रत्येक तीन से चार सप्ताह में तरल उर्वरक के साथ खाद मिला के दे ताकि पौधे का विकास अच्छे से हो।

आप ठंड के समय मे भी स्ट्रॉबेरी के पौधे को एक देक के नीचे रख सकते है और जब मिट्टी अधिक सुख जाए तब ही पानी दे, सर्दियों के मौसम में स्ट्रॉबेरी की उपज और अधिक होती है।

किस प्रकार के गमले में उगाए स्ट्रॉबेरी-

आप किसी भी प्रकार के गमले में स्ट्रॉबेरी उगा सकते है चाहे वो प्लांटर हो या हैंगिंग बास्केट आपको बस इस बात का ध्यान रखना है कि गमला कोई भी वो उस गमले में जल निकासी छेद अधिक आवश्यक है। इसके साथ ही इस बात का ध्यान रखे कि हल्के रंग के गमले चुने गहरे रंग के बदले क्योंकि हल्के रंग के गमले ठंडे रहेंगे गहरे रंग के गमलों की तुलना में।

जी हाँ जैसे हर सिक्के के दो पहलू होते है अच्छे और बुरे वैसे ही अत्यधिक किसी भी चीज़ का सेवन आपको नुकसान पहुँचा सकता है तो आइए जानते है इस स्वदिष्ट फल के फायदे और नुकसान के बारे में।

● स्ट्रॉबेरी में विटामिन सी पाई जाती है जो हमारे इम्यून सिस्टम को बढ़ाती है, और दिनभर आपको तारो ताजा रखती है और बहुत सारे इन्फेक्शन से आपको बचाती भी है।
