आज हम आपको एक ऐसे हीं शख्स से रूबरू कराने वाले हैं, जिन्होंने अपने मेहनत और लगातार प्रयास के बदौलत अकेले हीं अपने गांव में कुआं खोद दिया है।
गांव में पानी की कमी से छुटकारा पाने के लिए खोदी कुंआ
गुजरात (Gujarat) में एक जिला पड़ता है डांग, जो एक पहाड़ी और चट्टानी इलाका है। और इसी वजह से यहां बारिश होने के बावजूद भी बारिश का पानी नहीं रुक पाता है। सभी पानी समुद्र में बह जाता है। जिस कारण यहां के लोगों को हमेशा पानी की कमी का सामना करना पड़ता है।
इसी परेशानी से छुटकारा पाने के लिए यहां के 60 वर्षीय किसान गंगाभाई पवार (Farmer Gangabhai Pawar) ने अपने मेहनत से अकेले हीं कुंआ खोद डाला है।
प्रशासन से कोई मदद नहीं मिलने पर अकेले हीं कुंआ खोदने को ठाना
बता दें कि, डांग एक पहाड़ी इलाका है, जहां बारिश होने के बावजूद भी वहां के लोगों को हमेशा पानी के लिए संघर्ष करना पड़ता है। चूकि यहां कि ज्यादातर आबादी खेती और किसानी पर हीं निर्भर करती है। ऐसे में लोगों ने सरपंच और प्रशासन से कुंए खोदने के लिए मदद मांगी थी लेकिन कोई मदद नहीं मिलने पर यहां के 60 वर्षीय किसान गंगाभाई पवार ने अकेले हीं कुंआ खोदने का फैसला किया।

नहीं मानी हार
किसान गंगाभाई पवार (Farmer Gangabhai Pawar) ने जब कुंआ खोदना शुरू किया तो पानी खोजना उतना आसान नहीं था। पहली बार में उन्हे कुआं खोदने के दौरान नीचे पत्थर मिला लेकिन फिर भी वे जुटे रहें दूसरी, तीसरी ,और चौथी बार भी उन्हे पत्थर ही हाथ लगे लेकिन उन्होंने हार नहीं मानी और अपनी कोशिशें बरकरार रखी। आखिर पांचवें प्रयास में उन्हे पत्थर के जगह पानी मिल हीं गया।
32 फीट की गहराई पर मिली पानी
वो कहते हैं न अगर हौसले बुलंद हो तो कामयाबी जरूर मिलती है। किसान गंगाभाई पवार (Farmer Gangabhai Pawar) ने भी कुंआ खोदने के दौरान अपने हौसलें को बुलंद रखा और फिर 2 साल तक कड़ी मेहनत करने के बाद उन्होंने 32 फीट की गहराई पर पानी खोजने में कामयाबी हासिल की।
अब कुंआ बुझाएगा गांव के सभी लोगों का प्यास
गांव में कुआं खुद जाने के कारण गांव वालों में खुशी की लहर है। सभी एक दूसरे को बधाई दे रहे हैं। गांव की सरपंच गीताबेन गावित ने भी गंगाभाई की इस कड़ी मेहनत का सराहना किया और फिर उन्हे बधाई भी दी। अब इस कुंआ से पूरे गांव के लोग अपनी प्यास बुझाएंगे।
