खजूर के फायदे

खजूर स्वास्थ्य के लिए बेहद हीं लाभदायक माना जाता है। इसमें कैल्शियम, आयरन और पोटेशियम जैसे कई महत्वपूर्ण तत्व पाए जाते हैं। इसके अलावे खजूर में पर्याप्त मात्रा में ग्लूकोज, फ्रक्टोज और सुक्रोज पाया जाता है. इसलिए तुरंत ताकत के लिए इसका सेवन बहुत फायदेमंद होता है और यही कारण है कि इसकी बाजारों में अच्छी मांग है।
