आज किसी शहर का नाम बदल जाना, रास्ते का नाम बदल जाना या इंसान का नाम बदल जाना इसमें कोई बड़ी बात नही लगती हैं हमें। परन्तु सोचिए अगर सरकार किसी फल का नाम बदल दे तो ये कैसा लगेगा। बेशक आपको यकीन नही होगा इस बात पर, परन्तु ये सत्य है कि गुजरात सरकार ने “ड्रैगन फ्रूट का नाम बदल दिया है, तो आइए जानते है क्या है इस फल का नया नाम?

नाम बदलने का कारण –

गुजरात मे अब “ड्रैगन फ्रूट” “कमलम” के नाम से जाना जाएगा। गुजरात के CM ने इसका कारण बताते हुए कहा है कि ड्रैगन फ्रूट बाहर से देखने मे कमल की तरह लगता है, इसलिए इस फल का नाम हमने बदल कर “कमलम” रख दिया।जैसे ही ये खबर सोशल मीडिया पर पहुँची, सारे लोग अपने- अपने विचार व्यक्त कर रहे हैं, गुजरात सरकार के इस फैसले के बारे में। आप लोगो के विचारों के कुछ अंश पढ़ सकते है निचे-

ड्रैगन फ्रूट की खूबियां-

ड्रैगन फ्रूट गुलाबी रंग का होता है, और सेहत के लिए बहुत ही फायदेमंद होता हैं। ड्रैगन फ्रुट का वैज्ञानिक नाम “हिलोकेरेस अंडट स” है। ड्रैगन फ्रूट में विटामिन सी भरपूर मात्रा में होता हैं।

आप ड्रैगन फ्रूट को सलाद, जेली या मुरब्बा जैसे चाहे वैसे खा सकते सकते है। डेंगू में ये फल बहुत फायदेमंद साबित होता है। ड्रैगन फ्रूट एक अमेरिकन फल है, जिसे 19वी शताब्दी के शुरुआत में ही दक्षिण पूर्वी एशिया में लाया गया था। गुजरात सरकार की इस अनोखी सोची की सराहना करता है, और उन्हें शुभकामनाएं भी देता है।

    6. Vergütung: Urlaubsentgelt, Urlaubsgeld.

    Erkrankt ein Arbeitnehmer während des Urlaubs, so werden die durch ärztliches Zeugnis nachgewiesenen Tage der Arbeitsunfähigkeit auf den Jahresurlaub nicht angerechnet.
    Kann der Urlaub wegen Beendigung des Arbeitsverhältnisses ganz oder teilweise
    nimmer gewährt werden, so ist er abzugelten.
    Mit Ablauf des Übertragungszeitraums wird der Arbeitgeber deren Verpflichtung zur Urlaubsgewährung
    frei, soweit er nicht die Unmöglichkeit der Urlaubsgewährung zu vertreten hat.
    Hat der Arbeitnehmer im laufenden Urlaubsjahr nur einen Teilanspruch
    wegen nicht erfüllter Wartezeit, so ist dieser Urlaub on demand des Arbeitnehmers auf das ganze nächste Urlaubsjahr zu übertragen und dabei Urlaub des
    folgenden Jahres zu gewähren.

    17:15 Uhr. Auch in Thüringen (Weltkindertag am 20.
    September) und Sachsen (Ruhetag am 17. November) ist noch
    ein längerer Herbsturlaub mit Brückentagen möglich.
    In Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz und dem Saarland
    winkt immerhin zu Allerheiligen am 1. November ein verlängertes Wochenende – ein Montag.

    Ein gesetzlicher Feiertag ist er aber nur in Baden-Württemberg, Bayern, Hessen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Rheinland-Pfalz und
    im Saarland sowie in einigen Teilen Sachsens und Thüringens.
    Ursache dafür ist Fronleichnam: Der Feiertag fällt auf Donnerstag,
    den 3. Juni, und bietet somit weitere Chancen für Brückentage.
    Im Herbst können Arbeitnehmer nicht auf viele Feiertage hoffen: Feiertag, der Tag der Deutschen Einheit und auch der Reformationstag fallen jeweils auf einen Sonntag.
    Wer dort sogar vom 14. Mai bis zum 4. Juni Urlaub einreicht, kann übrigens Himmelfahrt und Pfingsten bestmöglich mit Fronleichnam
    verbinden – und durch den Einsatz von 14 Urlaubstagen einen Urlaub von 25 Tagen erreichen. Wer sich
    auch die vier Tage danach frei nehmen möchte, kann daraus einen insgesamt neun Tage langen Urlaub
    machen. Sollte sich die Corona-Pandemie im kommenden Jahr ins Lot bringen lassen,
    ist vielleicht auch wieder ein ausgedehnter Strandurlaub möglich.
