घी (Ghee) असली है यह नकली पहचानने के कुछ टिप्स इस प्रकार है-
सबसे पहले एक गिलास पानी लें और उसमें एक चम्मच घी डालें। यदि पानी के ऊपर में घी तैरने लगे तो इसका अर्थ है कि वह असली है और यदि पानी में नीचे बैठ जाए तो इसका अर्थ हुआ कि घी में मिलावट है।
एक चम्मच देशी घी को पैन में गर्म करें यदि वह जल्द पिघाल कर गहरे गहरे भूरे रंग में परिवर्तित हो जाएं तो समझना चाहिए कि घी बिना मिलावट के है। वहीं अगर घी को पिघलने में वक्त लगे और पिघलने के बाद भी वह पीले रंग में तब्दील हो जाएं तो इस्का अर्थ है कि घी नकली है।
देशी घी असली है या नकली पहचानने के लिए एक बर्तन में दो चम्मच घी डालकर उसमें एक चम्मच नमक और एक चुटकी हाइड्रोक्लोरिक एसिड मिला लें। अब इन सभी को अच्छी तरह मिक्स करके आधे घंटे के लिए छोड़ दें। आधा घंटा के बाद यदि घी में कोई रंग ना दिखे इसका मतलब है कि वह असली है और यदि कोई रंग दिखे तो इसका अर्थ है घी में मिलावट है।
घी (Ghee) को अच्छी तरह गर्म कर लें और उसे एक कांच के बर्तन में रख दें। अब पिघले हुए घी की फ्रिज में रख दें। यदि आपको घी अलग-अलग लेयर में दिखाई दे तो इसका तात्पर्य है कि देसी घी में नारियल या कोई और मिलावटी तेल मिक्स किया गया है।
घी को एक पैन में गर्म करके उसे एक दिन के लिए ढककर रख दें। एक दिन बाद भी घी सुगंधित और दानेदार हो तो समझिए घी मिलावटी नहीं है। वहीं इसके विपरीत घी के दाने खत्म हो गए हो और खुशबू न आ रही हो तो इसका मतलब है घी में मिलावट की गई है।
