आज भी कुछ ऐसे लोग हैं, जो खुद से पहले दूसरे के बारे में सोचते हैं। उनमे से एक है देहरादून (Dehradun) की रहने वाली हिरेशा वर्मा (Hiresha Verma)।
आईटी सेक्टर में करती थी काम
हिरेशा पहले IT सेक्टर में काम करती थीं। पूरी लाइफ सेट थी लेकिन साल 2013 में उत्तराखंड में आई बाढ़ त्रासदी ने उनकी लाइफ बदल दी। बाढ़ से प्रभावीत लोगों की तकलीफें उनसे देखी ना गई। उन्होंने नौकरी छोड़ लोगों की मदद करने का फैसला कर लिया। – Hiresha Verma is doing mushroom cultivation to help the people of the village.
1.5 करोड़ रुपए का कर रही सालाना टर्नओवर
हिरेशा गांव वालों की हालत देख उनके बीच रहकर कुछ करना चाहती थी, जिससे लोगों का जीवन पहले जैसा हो सके। साल 2013 के अंत में उन्होंने मशरूम फार्मिंग की शुरुआत की। वर्तमान में हिरेशा के साथ 2000 से ज्यादा लोग जुड़े हैं, जिसमें ज्यादातर महिलाएं हैं।
9 तरह के उगाती हैं मशरूम
हिरेशा 9 तरह के मशरूम उगा रही हैं, जिसके जरिए वह सालाना 1.5 करोड़ रुपए का टर्नओवर कर रही है।
2 महीने में हुआ 5 हजार रुपए का लाभ
50 साल की हिरेशा बताती हैं कि उत्तराखंड (Uttarakhand) का मौसम ठंडा होता है इसलिए यहां मशरूम की खेती आसानी से की जा सकती है। हिरेशा इसके लिए हिमाचल के डायरेक्टोरेट ऑफ मशरूम रिसर्च से एक महीने की ट्रेनिंग भी ली है।
2 हजार की लागत से शुरू हुई खेती
उन्होंने मशरूम की खेती की शुरूआत 2 हजार रुपए की लागत से अपने घर से ही की। दो-तीन महीने बाद हिरेशा को इसे बेच कर 5 हजार रुपए का लाभ हुआ।
हिरेशा मुफ्त में देती हैं मशरूम फार्मिंग की ट्रेनिंग
मुनाफा होने से हिरेशा वर्मा (Hiresha Verma) का कॉन्फिडेंस और बढ़ गया। अगले साल उन्होंने एक गांव में किराए पर जमीन ली और झोपड़ी में मशरूम का सेटअप किया। यहां उन्होंने 500 से ज्यादा मशरूम के बैग्स लगाए।
जल्द मिलने लगा लाभ
हिरेशा बताती हैं कि जल्द ही मशरूम निकलने लगा और प्रोडक्शन भी भरपूर हुआ। जब अच्छी कमाई होने लगी तो हिरेशा अपने साथ गांव के लोगों को भी इस मुहिम से जोड़ने लगी। वे गांव के किसानों को मुफ्त में मशरूम फार्मिंग की ट्रेनिंग देती हैं। – Hiresha Verma is doing mushroom cultivation to help the people of the village.
80 लाख रुपए लोन लेकर करवाई AC रूम का सेटअप
गांव वालों को भी हिरेशा का आइडिया पसंद आया और वह उनके साथ जुड़ने लगे। अबतक 2 हजार से ज्यादा किसान उनसे जुड़कर अपनी जीविका चला रहे हैं। केवल दो साल के भीतर ही हिरेशा का अच्छा-खासा काम जम गया था, जबकि गर्मी के सीजन में बढ़िया प्रोडक्शन हासिल नहीं होता।
लिया बैंक लोन
इसके लिए हिरेशा बैंक से 80 लाख रुपए लोन लेकर AC रूम का सेटअप तैयार करवाई। AC रूम के मदद से ओएस्टर मशरूम के साथ बटन, मिल्की, क्रेमिनी सहित कई तरह के मशरूम उगाए जा सकते है।
चंद घंटों में ही बिक जाता है हिरेशा का मशरूम
अभी हिरेशा के पास 10 AC रूम हैं, जिससे हर दिन वह एक टन मशरूम का प्रोडक्शन करती है।हिरेशा बताती है कि पहले मार्केटिंग के लिए उन्हें मंडी जाना पड़ता था, लेकिन अब लोग खुद ही उनके फार्म से मशरूम खरीदकर ले जाते हैं।
लोग कर रहे पसंद
मशरूम तैयार होने के चंद घंटों में ही उनका मशरूम बिक जाता है।कई बड़े व्यापारी और होटल वाले हिरेशा के रेगुलर कस्टमर हैं।
मशरूम से तैयार करती हैं कई प्रोडक्ट
हिरेशा पिछले दो साल से वैल्यू एडिशन पर काम कर रही है। उन्होंने Hanagrocare नाम से कंपनी रजिस्टर की है। हिरेशा वर्मा (Hiresha Verma) अब मशरूम की प्रोसेसिंग करके अचार, चाय, कॉफी, पापड़, सूप जैसे प्रोडक्ट तैयार कर रही है।
ऑनलाइन मार्केटिंग का इस्तेमाल
मार्केटिंग के लिए वह ऑनलाइन और ऑफलाइन दोनों ही प्लेटफॉर्म का इस्तेमाल करती हैं। इस काम में कई रिटेलर्स उनके साथ जुड़े हैं। इस वक़्त 20 लोग हिरेशा के साथ मार्केटिंग का काम कर रहे है।
AC के मदद से गर्मी के मौसम में भी उगाया जा सकता है मशरूम
मशरूम की खेती झोपड़ी या घर में भी कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए 15 से 20 डिग्री का टेम्परेचर होना जरूरी है, तो कुछ ऐसे भी मशरूम हैं जो गर्मियों में भी सर्वाइव कर जाते हैं। बटन मशरूम ठंड के सीजन में होता है जबकि ओएस्टर और मिल्की मशरूम गर्मियों में भी हो सकते हैं। आप चाहें तो AC के मदद से गर्मी के मौसम में भी मशरूम उगा सकते हैं। – Hiresha Verma is doing mushroom cultivation to help the people of the village.
इस तरह तैयार किया जाता है मशरूम का खाद
मशरूम की खेती के लिए सबसे पहले खाद की जरूरत होती है। खाद बनाने के लिए गेहूं का भूसा, चावल का चोकर, सल्फर नाइट्रेट, जिप्सम, मुर्गी की खाद और गुड़ के सीरे की जरूरत होती है। इन सबको मिलाकर सीमेंट से बने बेड पर डाल दिया जाता है।
जानें लंबाई की जानकारी
एक बेड की लंबाई और ऊंचाई दोनों पांच फीट होनी चाहिए। उसके बाद इसमें पानी मिलाकर 30 दिन तक सूखने के लिए छोड़ दिया जाता है।
इस तरह की जाती है मशरूम की खेती
जब खाद पूरी तरह सुख जाए तो, उसमे मशरूम के बीज को मिला दिया जाता है। एक क्विंटल खाद के लिए एक किलो बीज की जरूरत होती है। उसके बाद इसे पॉली बैग में पैक करके झोपड़ी या रूम में रख दिया जाता है और दरवाजे को अच्छी तरह से बंद कर दिया जाता है ताकि हवा अंदर-बाहर ना जाए।
एक बैग से तीन किलो मशरूम
15 दिन बाद पॉली बैग को खोल कर उसमे नारियल पिट्स और धान की जली भूसी मिलाई जाती है। हर रोज इस पर हल्का मात्रा में पानी डाला जाता है। मात्र 2 महीने में बैग से मशरूम निकलने लगता है। एक बैग से करीब 2 से 3 किलो तक मशरूम निकलता है।
कई राज्यों में दी जाती है मशरूम की खेती की ट्रेनिंग
भारत के कई राज्यों में मशरूम की खेती की ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है। इसके लिए सर्टिफिकेट और डिप्लोमा लेवल का कोर्स भी होता है। आप ICAR- खुम्ब अनुसंधान निदेशालय, सोलन से इसकी ट्रेनिंग ले सकते हैं। अगर आपको इस जानकारी लेनी हो तो नजदीकी कृषि विज्ञान केंद्र से भी ले सकते है। इसके अलावा कई किसान व्यक्तिगत लेवल पर भी इसकी ट्रेनिंग देते हैं तथा इंटरनेट पर भी इसकी जानकारी उपलब्ध है। – Hiresha Verma is doing mushroom cultivation to help the people of the village.
कम लागत में अच्छा मुनाफा कमा
मशरूम की खेती में ना तो ज्यादा समय लगता है और ना ही ज्यादा लागत, लेकिन इसके जरिए अच्छा मुनाफा कमाया जा सकता है। अगर आपके पास घर है तो केवल खाद तैयार करने और मशरूम के बीज का ही खर्च आएगा।
पैसों को कैसे कर सकते हैं इस्तेमाल?
उसके बाद मेंटेनेंस में कुछ पैसे लगेंगे उसके बाद आप घर से ही मशरूम फार्मिंग की शुरुआत कर सकते है। इसमें कुल 10 से 15 हजार रुपए का खर्च आएगा। अगर आप बड़े लेवल पर शुरुआत करते हैं तो 3 से 4 लाख रुपए लगेंगे।
8 से 10 लाख रुपए की कमाई की जा सकती है
एक साल में मशरूम की उपज तीन बार तैयार होती है, जिससे एक साल में 8 से 10 लाख रुपए की कमाई की जा सकती है। इसकी मार्केटिंग के लिए कुछ होटल और रेस्टोरेंट वालों से भी डील की जा सकती है क्योंकि उनके पास भी मशरूम की डिमांड रहती है।
अन्य राज्यों में की जाती है खेती
आजकल बड़े लेवल पर मशरूम की प्रोसेसिंग भी की जा रही है और इससे नए-नए प्रोडक्ट भी बनाए जा रहे हैं। छत्तीसगढ़, पंजाब, ओडिशा, यूपी और बिहार सहित कई राज्यों में धान की खेती बड़े लेवल पर हो रही है।
मशरूम की खेती और वर्मीकम्पोस्ट कर रही है तैयार
किसान मशरूम की फसल काटने के बाद इसकी पराली को या तो जला देते हैं या खेतों में ही छोड़ देते हैं, जिससे खेत को नुकसान पहुंचता है। साथ ही पर्यावरण भी प्रभावित होता है।
समस्या को दूर करने की पहल
ओडिशा के बारगढ़ जिले में रहने वाली जयंती प्रधान (Jayanti Pradhan) ने इस समस्या को दूर करने के लिए एक पहल की है। वे बेकार पड़ी पराली से मशरूम की खेती और वर्मीकम्पोस्ट तैयार करने का काम रही हैं। जिसके जरिए वह हर साल 20 लाख रुपए की कमाई कर रही हैं। – Hiresha Verma is doing mushroom cultivation to help the people of the village.
