कमल, हमारा राष्ट्रीय फूल जिसकी तुलना शायद किसी और फूल से नहीं की जा सकती है। कमल जहां पर धार्मिक दृष्टि से भी बहुत महत्व रखता है ठीक उसी प्रकार इतिहास के बारे में भी अगर पड़े तो इसका महत्व सांस्कृतिक क्षेत्र में भी कम नहीं है। कमल एक फूल के साथ-साथ एक बहुत बड़ा संदेश भी लोगों तक हो जाता है। यह दिखाता है कि गंदगी में भी अच्छाई का जन्म हो सकता है। चीज है आपके आसपास की जितनी भी ना कर आत्मक हो या आपके विपक्ष में हो लेकिन आपके गुण को कोई दवा नहीं सकता। आप उसी कमल के भांति खिल कर बाहर निकलेंगे।

इसके बीज से बनता है मखाना

शायद बहुत कम लोग जानते हैं कि कमल के बीच सीमा खाना तैयार किया जाता है। मखाना सेहत के लिए बहुत ही लाभदायक होता है जिसमें प्रो टीन काफी मात्रा में पाई जाती हैं। प्रोटीन के साथ-साथ इसमें फास्फोरस और कैल्शियम की मात्रा भी अधिक होती है।

आपको शायद आश्चर्य हो जानकर कि इसके तेल से या बोले तो इसके रस का इस्तेमाल जले कटे पे किया जाता है। साथ ही इसके तने की सब्जी बनती है और कुछ लोग इसका अच्छा भी बनाते हैं।

छत पर ही उगाया कमल

आमतौर पर कमल की खेती या फिर कमल आप किसी स्थानीय निकाय पर पाएंगे। लेकिन आज हम एक ऐसी महिला के बारे में बताने जा रहे हैं जो गार्डनिंग तो करती हैं साथ में अपने छत पर ही इस कमल के फूल को उगाती हैं। हम बात कर रहे हैं गाजियाबाद की संगीता श्रीवास्तव के बारे में। संगीता के पास 100 से ज्यादा पौधे हैं और साथ ही उनके साथ वह कमल भी खिलाती हैं जो कि अद्भुत है।

उन्होंने बताया कि 2 तरीके से आप कमल को खिला सकते हैं पहला कटिंग विदेश है और दूसरा उसके बीज से।

क्या है कटिंग विधि

कटिंग विधि के बारे में बात करें तो इसमें थोड़ी सावधानी बरतनी पड़ती है क्योंकि अगर थोड़ी सी भी लापरवाही हुई तो प्रोपागेट में मदर प्लांट को भी हानि पहुंच सकती है। इसके लिए आपको कुछ चीजों की जरूरत पड़ेगी जो है-

  • काली चिकनी मिट्टी
  • एक पारदर्शी शीशे का jar या ग्लास
  • दो गमले
  • कमल का बीज

लेकिन यदि आप कमल के बीज से इस काम को शुरू करना चाहते हैं तो आप कभी भी कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए आपको बरसात का मौसम बिल्कुल सही रहेगा जिसमें ज्यादा आपको परेशानी नहीं होगी।

यदि आप तब में हुआ ना चाहते हैं तो

संगीता बताती है कि यदि आप कमल के पौधों को तब में गाना चाहते हैं तो उसके लिए बाजार में बहुत सस्ते दाम में इसके बीज आपको मिल जाएंगे। एक टब में दो से तीन बीज को ले और उसको सही से करा कर ले क्योंकि यह बहुत कठोर होते हैं। इसके विकास में थोड़ा ज्यादा टाइम लगता है इसलिए धैर्य ना खोए।

इसके बाद आप बीजों को पारदर्शी क्लास में खुलने के लिए छोड़ दें कुछ समय पश्चात आप इसे मिट्टी काली चिकनी मिट्टी है बहुत सावधानी पूर्वक रख दें। कुछ ही दिनों में आपको इसमें अंकुरित कमल नजर आएंगेlयह ज्यादा ना ऊंचा होना चाहिए और ना ही मिट्टी के बहुत अंदर क्योंकि इसको बर्थडेमें थोड़ा कठिनाई हो सकता है।

पौधों को आने में लगते हैं 6 से 7 महीने

संगीता बता देंगे इस तरीके से पौधे तो लगा देंगे लेकिन फूल आने में कम से कम 6 से 7 महीने का पूरा समय लगता है जिसमें आपको खुद को संयमित रखना पड़ता पौधों का देखरेख भी करना पड़ता है।

क्या-क्या है रखरखाव का तरीका

हाथों के सही रखरखाव के लिए उसके गमले में जो एक चौथाई पानी है उसको कुछ कुछ दिन तक बदलते रहे ताकि पानी इकट्ठा हो और उसमें कीड़े नहीं लगे या तो आप उसमें कुछ मछलियों को डाल सकते हैं जो उसकी सारी गंदगी को खा जाएंगे और आप के पौधे को भी उससे पोषण मिलता रहेगा।

पौधों की वृद्धि को गति देने के लिए आप उसमें बेनमिल और एनपीके मिला सकते हैं। इसको सीधे तरीके से पानी पर नहीं डाल सकते हैं इसलिए जब भी आप इसे डालें तो इसको कपड़े में बांधकर डालें इससे पौधों को नुकसान नहीं होगा । घरेलू उपचार के तौर पर आम नीम या हल्दी के लिक्विड को पौधों पर स्प्रे भी कर सकते हैं जो एक कीटनाशक का काम करेगा ।

फूल के साथ बीज हो जाते हैं तैयार

जब आप पौधों की देखरेख करते हैं और पौधे लगाते हैं उसी में आपको कमल के बीच भी मिल जाते हैं। या कहे तो दोनों की वृद्धि एक साथ होती है। ऑफिस के बीच को इकट्ठा करके भूल कर अपने घर के छोटे-मोटे कामों में इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं यह आपकी मखाना की जरूरतों को पूरा कर सकता है ।
