आजकल लोग सेहत के प्रति बहुत ही ज्यादा जागरूकता दिखा रहे हैं । लोग डायट आदि का भी काफी ध्यान रख रहे हैं और ऐसे सेशन में भी भागीदारी ले रहे हैं। हम सब जानते हैं कि विटामिन, प्रोटीन, आईरन, यह सब कुछ हमारे सेहत के लिए बहुत ज्यादा जरूरी है ,लेकिन इसके साथ-साथ हमें माइक्रोन्यूट्रिएंट्स की भी काफी ज्यादा जरूरत है। यह माइक्रोन्यूट्रिएंट्स आपको पुदीना, धनिया कढ़ी पत्ता आदि में देखने को मिलेंगे। अगर हम इन सब को अपने खाने में रोज इस्तेमाल करने लगे तो हमारे सेहत को और हमारे शरीर को काफी पोषण मिलेगा।

प्रतिदिन खाने में प्रयोग करें धनिया और पुदीने का

आमतौर पर जब भी हम सब्जी खरीदने के लिए जाते हैं तब 5 या ₹10 का धनिया और पुदीना लेना तो कभी भूलते ही नहीं। लेकिन इसकी सबसे बुरी बात यह है कि 1 से 2 दिन में यह सूखने लगता है और ताजा नहीं रह पाता। अगर आप इसे सूती कपड़े में लपेट कर रखेंगे तब यह मुश्किल से भी 3 से 4 दिन तक है ताजा रह पाएगा। बहुत बार ऐसा भी होता है कि हमें किसी व्यंजन में डालने के लिए चाहिए वह और हमारे पास मौजूद ना हो।

क्यों ना घर में उगाया जाए

यदि हमारे शरीर के लिए यह हर्ब्स इतने लाभदायक हैं तो क्यों ना इसे घर में उगाया जाए। सबसे कमाल की बात यह है कि अगर आप धनिया उगाना चाहते हैं तो आपको बाहर से कुछ भी लाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी बल्कि जो सब्जियां आप घर में लाते हैं उन्हीं से आप उगा सकते हैं।

आज अंकित बाजपाई हमें बताएंगे कि कैसे आसानी से आप अपने घर में ही पुदीना को उगा सकते हैं। उनका कहना है कि इससे आपको हमेशा ताजा पुदीना मिलेगा और यह एक ऐसा पौधा है जो बहुत तेजी से बढ़ता है। एक बार इस पौधे को लगाने के बाद आपको कई बार इसके ऊपर मिलेंगे।

मिट्टी में कैसे उगाए पुदीना

  • सर्वप्रथम आप बाजार से या किसी गार्डन से पूरी ना खोलें और इसे पानी में भीगा दे। करीबन 10 घंटे तक आपको इसे पानी में बिग आने के बाद लगाना पड़ेगा ।
  • इसके लिए आपको पोटिंग मिक्स तैयार करने की जरूरत है। जिसे आप कहीं भी गार्डन से मिट्टी ले सकते हैं जिसे हम लाल मिट्टी के नाम से जानते हैं और इसमें रेट वर्मी कंपोस्ट या गोबर की खाद आप मिला सकते हैं।
  • गमले आप अपने आवश्यकता अनुसार ले सकते हैं क्योंकि यह आप पर निर्भर करता है कि आपको कितना धनिया उगाना है।
  • इस बात का खास ध्यान रखें कि गमले में अच्छी ड्रेनेज सिस्टम हो।
  • आप देखेंगे कि पुदीना से पानी निकालने के बाद कुछ ऐसी कटिंग होंगे जिनके नीचे हल्की-हल्की जगह निकली हुई होंगी। आपको इन कटिंग्स को अलग रख लेना है और बिना जड़ वाली कटिंग्स को अलग।

जो जड़ वाली कटिंग्स होंगी उससे पुदीना बहुत ही जल्दी उगेगा और बिना जड़ वाली कटिंग लगाने के पहले आपको उसमें रूटिंग हार्मोन पाउडर डालना पड़ेगा जो कि आप ऑनलाइन भी मंगा सकते हैं।

  • कटिंग को लगाते समय आप इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि ऊपर दो चार ही पत्ते छोड़े जाए बाकी सारे पत्ते नीचे दब जाए।
  • गमले में पॉटिंग मिक्स बढ़कर इस में पानी डालें और एक लकड़ी की मदद से आप इसमें जगह-जगह छेद कर सकते हैं।
  • उन्हीं छेदो में आप कटिंग्स को डाल सकते हैं। जो जड़ वाली कटिंग से उन्हें आप सीधा लगा दें और जिन में जड़ नहीं है उनमें रूटिंग हार्मोन पाउडर डालकर तब लगाएं।
  • उसके बाद उसमें थोड़ा पानी मिला है और फिर उसे ऐसी जगह पर रख दें जहां पर सीधा धूप ना पड़ता हो और ज्यादा अंधेरा भी ना हो।
  • इस पर पानी का स्प्रे करते रहें और एक ही हफ्ते में आप देखेंगे कि आपके कटिंग पौधे में बदल गए हैं।
  • करीबन 25 दिन में यह पौधे बढ़ने लगेंगे और आपके लिए दूसरा हार्वेस्टिंग भी तैयार हो जाएगा।

अंकित का कहना है कि पौधों के लिए सबसे पहले आपको मौसम को ध्यान में रखना पड़ेगा। इसके लिए आपको 30 से 32 डिग्री का तापमान चाहिए जो फरवरी और मार्च के बाद लगाना बेहतर हो सकता है। इसे आप सर्दी शुरू होने से पहले भी लगा सकते हैं। और ज्यादा पानी का प्रयोग ना करें क्योंकि इससे पौधे खराब भी हो सकते हैं।

पानी में कैसे उगा सकते हैं पुदीना

अभी तो हमने मिट्टी में पुदीना उगाने की बात की लेकिन अब हम यह जानेंगे कि हम पानी में कैसे पुदीना को उड़ा सकते हैं। इस काम को आप सर्दियों में अपना सकते हैं। पुदीना एक ऐसा पौधा है जो बिना मिट्टी के भी उगाया जा सकता है और बहुत आसानी से उगाया जा सकता है।

आपको एक प्लास्टिक का कोई डब्बा या टोकरी लेना है और यह बिल्कुल है ट्रांसपेरेंट होने चाहिए।

  • आप इस डब्बे के ढक्कन में जगह-जगह पर छेद कर ले।
  • आप पुदीना की कटिंग खोलें और इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि यह बिल्कुल हरे ना हो। यह थोड़ा भूरा भूरा दिखना चाहिए ।
  • आप इसकी कटिंग को अच्छी तरीके से पानी से धो लें और नीचे तरफ के सारे पत्तों को हटा दें ध्यान रखेगी ऊपर केवल चार पत्ते ही होने चाहिए।
  • अब ढक्कन में किए गए अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में इसे लगाते हैं।
  • डब्बे को पानी से भर ले लेकिन ध्यान रखें कि ऊपर से थोड़ा खाली रहे।

हर 2 दिन पर आप जार का पानी बदलते रहें और ऐसी जगह पर इसे रखें जहां पर छांव हो और जहां सीधा धूप नहीं पड़ती हो।

  • 10 दिन लगेंगे जब आपके पौधे में नीचे से जड़ निकलने लगेगा और पानी में आप एक चुटकी भर एनपीके मिला सकते हैं। इससे आप के पौधे अच्छे तरीके से बढ़ेंगे।
    आप इस बात का भी ध्यान रखें कि तापमान 30 डिग्री से कम होना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे ज्यादा तापमान होने पर आपके कटिंग्स बिल्कुल खराब हो सकते हैं।
