आज के समय में हर कोई ताजी सब्जियां खाना चाहता हैं।आज हर कोई अपनी छोटी से छोटी बालकनी हो या टेरस गार्डन या गमले में भी हरि साग-सब्जियां उगा कर उसी का सेवन करना चाहता हैं।जिससे वह स्वस्थ रहे तथा उन्हें केमिकल वाली सब्जियां ना खानी पड़े।
नवंबर के आते ही ठंड ने दस्तक दे दी है। और गार्डनिंग करने वालों के लिए ये उपयुक्त समय हैं।क्योंकि नवंबर में आप सब्जी लगाएंगे तो आपको फ़रवरी और मार्च तक पोषण से भरी हरि सब्जियां मिलेगी।

उमेद सिंह के बारे में तो आपको kheti trend पहले ही बता चुका हैं।उनका कहना है कि नवंबर के माह से आप सलाद वाली सारी सब्जियां उगा सकते हैं। वैसे भी सर्दियों के मौसम में हमे ज्यादा भूख लगती हैं।तो स्वास्थ को ध्यान में रखते हुए जितनी हरी-साग सब्जियां हम खुद उपजा कर खाएंगे उतना ही हमारे शरीर के लिए अच्छा हैं।
उमेद सिंह की सलाह:-
उमेद सिंह हमे सलाह देते है कि आप बारे गमलो,ग्रो बैग या पुराने ड्रम का उपयोग करें।पहले बीज गमले या ग्रो बैग में लगा दे।फिर जब पौधे तैयार हो जाये तो इसे ट्रांसप्लांट करके सब्जियां उगाए। ठंड में मौसम में आप धनिया,मूली,गाजर,पालक,मिर्च,टमाटर, शिमला मिर्च ,शलजम तज हर्ब्स में रोजमेरी,ऑर्गेनो उगाएँ इन पौधों का आप थोड़ा सा खयाल रखेंगे तो ये आसानी से उपजेंगे।
कौन सी सब्जी आप नवंबर में कैसे उगाएँ:-
1.पालक
पालक को आप ग्रो बैग या गमले में भी उगा सकते हैं।बस ड्रेनेज सिस्टम अच्छा होना चाहिए।क्योंकि पानी ठहरने से पौधे खराब हो जाएंगे। पालक उपजाने के लिए तापमान20-30 डिग्री के बीज होना चाहिए।
कैसे तैयार करें खाद:-
मिट्टी,रेत और गोबर की खाद या वर्मीकम्पोस्ट मिला के आप पॉटिंग मिक्स बना ले।रेत के स्थान पर आप कोकोपिट भी ले सकते हैं।
12 से 24 घंटे बीज को भींगा कर रख दे। उसके बाद आप गमले में पानी डाल दे।ताकि मिट्टी गिल्ली हो जाये।अब बीज डालने के बाद ऊपर से मिट्टी डाल दे।उसके बाद थोड़ा पानी छिटे।फिर गमले को वहाँ रखे जहाँ धूप ना पड़े।जब 3-4 दिन बाद छोटे पौधे निकल आये इसमे से तब इसे धूप में रखें।
30 दिन बाद में अच्छे से पालक उग जाएगी तो इसके बाद आप इसमें जैविक खाद दाल दे। आप चाहे तो प्याज या केले के छिलकों को भी पोषण दे सकते हैं। 40 दिन बाद पालक खाने लायक हो जाती है। परंतु इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि पालक आप जब भी काटे ऊपर से ही काटे।इसलिए कि जब कुछ दिन बाद फिर से ये बढ़ेगी तो आप फिर से कजेत के ताजे पालक का स्वाद चख सकते हैं।
2.मूली
मूली उयोजने के लिए भी आपको गमला या ग्रो बैग लेना हैं।क्योंकि मूली की रुट क्रॉप नीचे की तरफ बढ़ती हैं।खाद भी बिल्कुल आप वैसे ही तैयार करे जैसे पालक को उपजाने के लिए तैयार किया था।मूली उगाने के लिए पहले आप छोटे प्लांटर पेपर कप में इसे लगा दे पौधे तैयार करने के लिए।किसी भी पेपर कप में पॉटिंग डाल के आप बीज लगा सकते हैं।
अब इसके बाद आप पानी छिड़क के इसे छांव में रख दे।जहाँ अच्छी रौशनी या सीधी तरह से धूप ना आती हो। मिट्टी में नमी बनी रहनी चाहिए ताकि 6-7 दिन बीज उग जाए।ताकि तीन हफ्ते बाद आप इसे ट्रांसप्लांट कर सकें।
अब आप इसमें पॉटिंग मिक्स डाल के पौधे लगा दे। आपको इस बात का ध्यान रखना है कि एक गमले में दो से अधिक पौधे न लगाएं।पौधे लगाने के कुछ दिन बाद आप इसे धूप में रख सकते हैं।और पौधे पर लिक्विड फ़र्टिलाइज़र दे।90 दीं बाद आपको आपके मेहनत का फल चखने को मिलेगा।
3.शलजम
शलजम लगाने का ये फायदा है कि आप चाहे तो बिना ट्रांसप्लांट किये गमले में दो-तीन शलजम उगा सकते हैं।पॉटिंग मिक्स बनाने के लिए आप मिट्टी में कोकोपिट,रेत,खाद और सरसोखली भी मिला दें।
शलजम उगाने के लिए भी आप मिट्टी चौड़ा और गहरा गमला या ग्रो बैग ले।उसके बाद पॉटिंग मिक्स भरे तथा 3-4 छोटे गड्ढे कर दे उंगली से। उसके बाद शलजम का बीज डाल के मिट्टी ऊपर से डाल दे। अब थोड़ा पानी छिड़क दें।एक हफ्ते बाद आपको आपके पौधे दिखेंगे।इसके बाद इस गमले को आप धूप में रख दें। आप इस बात का ध्यान रखे कि इसमें नियामीत पानी देते रहें।
एक महीने बाद आप फ़र्टिलाइज़र के लिए इसमे नीम खली या सरसो खली पानी मे मिलाकर लिक्विड के रूप में दे। ढ़ाई से तीन महीने में आपकी शलजम खाने लायक हो जाएगी।शलजम उगाने के फायदा ये भी है आप पत्ते और शलजम दोनो का उपयोग कर सकते हैं खाने में।
4.चुकुंदर
चुकुंदर का पौधा तैयार करने के लिए आओ कोई छोटा गमला या फिर प्लास्टिक का बोतल का काटकर इस्तेमाल करें। पॉटिंग मिक्स बनाने के लिए आप मिट्टी,कोकोपिट,रेत,खाद मिला दें। मिट्टी को ज्यादा सख्त ना रखें।
आपको ध्यान रखना है की जब चुकुंदर के बीज लगाए आप तो थोड़ी-थोड़ी दूरी पर लगाएं।फिर थोड़ा पानी छिड़क दें।पौधे आप वहाँ रखे जहाँ धूप न आती हो।जब पौधे आने लगे तो आपको ध्यान देना हैं कि मिट्टी सुखे ना।
तीन हफ्ते बाद आप इसको ट्रांसप्लांट कर सकते है।मध्यम साइज के गमले में आप दो से अधिक पौधे न लगाएं। पानी छिड़कने के बाद इसे छांव में रख दे। इसके बाद आप धूप में रख सकते हैं तथा देखभाल नियमित करें।एक महीने बाद आप पौधों को सरसों की खली या नीम खली दे सकते हैं।3 महीने बाद आओ चुकुंदर का उपयोग कर सकते है खाने में ।
- गाजर
वैसे तो आप चाहे तो अगस्त से ही गाजर उगा सकते हैं। परंतु अगर आप गाजर का बीज लगते है तो आपको अधिक फायदा होगा। आप पहले बाजार से जैविक गाजर के बीज खरीदे।उसके बाद पॉटिंग मिक्स बनाने के लिए मिट्टी,रेत या कोकोपिट और खाद ले सकते है।
गाजर एज रुट क्रोप है मुली की तरह तो आप गमला या ग्रो बैग ऐसा ले जिसका ड्रेनेज सिस्टम बेहतर हो तथा आपको गमले थोरे गहरे भी होने चाहिए।
पहले पॉटिंग मिक्स डाल कर गमले तैयार करें फिर उंगली से एक समान दूरी पर कतारों में गड्ढे लगाएं।इसमे आप दो गाजर के बीज को ढक दे।अब इसमें पानी छिड़क दें।7 दिन बाद पौधे आने लगेगी।अगर एक ही जगह से कई पौधे निकलते दिखे तो आप एक या दो पौधे निकाल भी सकते हैं।
एक गमले में अधिक पौधे न डालें। ताकि पौधे का विकास अच्छे से हो।23 हफ्ते बाद इसमे फ़र्टिलाइज़र डालें। ध्यान से हर 10 दिन पाए बदल -बदल कर पौधों को फ़र्टिलाइज़र दे। गाजर के पौधे को धूप में रखे।दो से ढाई माहींर बाद आप इसका सेवन कर सकते हैं।

अंकित जो खुद टेरस गार्डेनिग करते है।उनका कहना है कि बहुत सारे लोग गाजर के ऊपरी हिस्से को रख लेते है।और इसे मिट्टी या पानी मे ड़ालकर पौधे बनाते है।परंतु ये गलत तरीका है।गाजर की जड़ वाले हिस्से से आपको पौधे मिलेंगे परंतु गाजर नहीं। परंतु इससे आपको बीज मिल जाएगी।जब इनके फूल सुख जाए तब आपको बीज मिलेगी। जिनका उपयोग आओ अगले मौसम में कर सकते हैं।
कोई भी पौधो उपजाने के समय आपको कीड़ो से बचाने के लिए जैविक पेस्टिसाइड बनाकर डालना होगा। ताकि पौधे स्वस्थ रहे। इसके लिए आप नीम का तेल छिड़क सकते हैं। तथा डिशवाश लिक्विड का पानी मे मिलाकर स्प्रे करें।
पहले-पहले गार्डनिंग करने में आपको थोड़ी बहुत कठिनाइयॉ होगी।परंतु आप हिम्मत ना हारे और लगातार प्रयास करते रहे। एक दिन आपको सफलता जरूर मिलेगी। इसलिए हमेशा कुछ न कुछ पेड़-पौधे लगते रहे।
