आज भी हमारे देश मे बहुत से लोग ऐसे है जो कई-कई दिन तक बिना कुछ खाये रह जाते है क्योंकि उनके पास खाने के लिए पैसे नही होते, ना पहनने के लिए सही से कपड़े। हम हमेशा मंदिर जाते है या कही भी तो ऐसे बहुत से लोगो को देखते है परन्तु हमसे कितने लोग है जो उनके बारे में सोचते है या उनकी मदद करते है, बहुत ही कम लोग है ऐसे क्योंकि आज के समय मे लोग खाना बर्बाद करना अपनी शान समझते है, ये नही सोचते है कि इस खाने से किसी भूखे का पेट भर सकता है जो बेचारा ना जाने कितने दिनों से भूखा हो सकता है, परन्तु समस्या ये है आज लोगो के पास इतना समय नही है कि वो अपने परिवारजनों के बारे में सोचे तो इन गरीबो के बारे में कौन सोचेगा, परन्तु आज भी कई लोग ऐसे है जिनका हृदय बहुत ही दयालु और कोमल है जो दूसरे के दुख-दर्द को महसूस करते है और उनकी सहायता करते है, तो आइए जानते है ऐसे ही एक दयालु शख्सियत के बारे में।

पंकज गुप्ता का परिचय-

पंकज गुप्ता गुरुग्राम के रहने वाले है, उनकी एक कॉस्मेटिक की दुकान है। पंकज जिस रास्ते से रोज अपने दुकान जाते थे वो देखते थे कि बहुत से लोग जिनके पास खाने के लिए कुछ नही है वो कचरे से उठा के खाना खा रहे है, ये देख के पंकज के कोमल मन को बहुत ठेस पहुँचा, तब उन्होंने इस बात का निश्चय किया कि वो उन जैसे लोगो की सहायता करेंगे जिनके पास खाने के लिए पैसे नही है।

इस नेक काम मे पंकज के परिवार ने भी उनका भरपूर साथ दिया, 14 अप्रैल 2018 को पंकज ने “देवदूत फ़ूड बैंक” नाम से एक संस्था की स्थापना की, जिसकी तहत उन्होंने निश्चय किया की वो अपने बचत के पैसों से प्रत्येक दिन 100 लोगो को खाना खिलाएंगे। शुरुआत में तो पंकज कैटरिंग से खाने बनवाते और उन्हें लोगो मे बाट देते, पंकज अपनी संस्था के तहत सिर्फ 5 रुपये में लोगो को एक वक्त का खाना खिलाने लगे। इसके साथ ही पंकज ने ये भी कहा है कि अगर किसी के पास पैसे नही है तो वो मुफ्त में भर पेट खाना खा सकता है, बच्चों के लिए पंकज ने खाना मुफ्त किया हुआ है। पंकज के संस्था में मात्र 5 रुपये के प्लेट में आपको दाल, चावल, रोटी-सब्जी, मिठाई, फल बहुत ही आदर के साथ लोगो को परोसे जाते है।

100 लोगो से 500 लोग हो गए-

पंकज ने खाने की गुणवंता और साफ- सफाई को देखते हुए कम्युनिटी किचन की शुरुआत की, जहाँ पंकज के सामने भोजन पकाया जाता है पंकज कहते है की मैन प्रतिदिन 100 लोगो को भोजन कराने का संकल्प लिया था परन्तु आज मैं 500 से अधिक लोगो को भोजन ग्रहण करा रहा हूँ, प्रतिदिन पंकज की टीम निश्चित जगह पर पहुँचती है और 12 बजे से 1 बजे तक लोगो को भोजन कराती है।


लॉक डाउन में 800 परिवारों को लिया गोद-

इस महामारी के घड़ी में पूरा देश परेशान है, तो सोचिए वैसे परिवारों का क्या हाल होगा जो रोज खाने कमाने वाले है, इनकी समस्या को समझते हुए पंकज ने प्रशासन से अनुमति लेकर 800 जरूरतमंद परिवार को गोद लिया है, और आज पंकज उनके खाने का इंतजाम कर रहे है। देवदूत फ़ूड बैंक की किचन का खर्च हर महीने 2 से 3 लाख रुपये है।

देवदुत फ़ूड बैंक के खर्च के बारे में पंकज कहते है कि सारे इंतजाम भगवान खुद ही कर देंगे, मैं बस अपना काम कर रहा हूँ जिसे किसी को भी कचरे से खाना खाने की जरूरत नही पड़ेगी।

इसके साथ ही पंकज अपनी इक्छा बताते हुए कहते है की उनकी ये सोच है कि देश के सारे हिस्सो में ऐसे फ़ूड बैंक खुल जाए ताकि जिनके पास खाने को नही हो वो वहाँ सम्मान के साथ खा सके। वर्तमान में देवदुत फ़ूड बैंक की तरफ से आज 800 से अधिक लोगो को खाना खिलाया जाता है।

पंकज बहुत ही नेक कार्य कर रहे है, हम सबको उनसे प्रेरणा लेनी चाहिए, हमारी तरफ से पंकज को उनके उजव्वल भविष्य के लिए ढ़ेरों शुभकामनाएं।
