बहन-भाई की जोड़ी से मिली प्रेरणा-

आशीष ने अपनी अच्छी वेतन वाली नौकरी इसलिए छोड़ी थी कि क्योंकि वो समाज के लिए कुछ अच्छा और अलग करना चाहते थे, और कुछ अलग करने की प्रेरणा उन्हें एक भाई-बहन की जोड़ी से मिली, उनकी दुकान पर एक भाई-बहन आए थे, वो लड़की सुनने में असक्षम थी इसी वजह से उसे हर बार हर जगह नौकरी के लिए ना सुनना पड़ता था।

इस लड़की ने उन्हें बहुत प्रभावित किया जिससे प्रभावित होके उन्होंने एक कैफ़े खोला जिसमे 11 कर्मचारी कार्य करते हैं और उनमें से दस कर्मचारी सुन नही सकते है इसलिए वो सब एक दूसरे से इसारे में भी बात करते है, सब लोग यहाँ बोलचाल के लिए सांकेतिक भाषा का प्रयोग करते है।

काफी प्रसिद्ध है ये कैफ़े-

आशीष कहते है कि ये जितना सरल दिखता है उतना है नही, मुझे पहले उन लोगो से बातचीत करने में काफी परेशानी होती थी परन्तु 6 महीने पहले उन्होंने अच्छी तरह से सांकेतिक भाषा सिख ली है, जिससे कि अब ग्राहकों से भी बातचीत करने में उन्हें कोई समस्या नही होती है, आशीष कहते है कि उनका कैफ़े को सबसे अधिक मांग वाला भोजनालय माना जाता है, उनके कैफ़े में 120 से अधिक अंतरराष्ट्रीय प्रकार की चाय मिलती है।
