जैसा कि हम सब जानते है कि आज के दौर में लोग पढ़ाई के मामले में बहुत आगे पहुंच गए है। आज के समय में कंपटीशन बहुत बढ़ गया है। लोगों को बहुत प्रयास करने के बाद भी नौकरियां नही मिल पाती। हालाकि सरकार द्वारा हर साल कई नौकरियां उपलब्ध कराई जाती है। परंतु हमारे देश की आबादी भी बहुत जायदा है। और कंपटीशन का लेवल भी बढ़ गया है। जिसके कारण बहुत लोग पीछे रह जाते है। परंतु कुछ लोग ऐसे भी होते है जिन्हे नौकरी मिल जाती है। परंतु किसी कारण वश वह नौकरी नहीं करना चाहते। ऐसे में लोग अपने स्टार्टअप के बारे में सोचते है। क्योंकि लोगो को लगता है कि जितना वह नौकरी करके कमा रहे है। उतने में वह अपने कारोबार से भी कमा सकते है। तो वह अच्छी खासी नौकरी छोड़कर अपना कारोबार शुरू करते है। और कुछ लोग तो नौकरी तक पहुंचने से पहले ही अपनी राह बदल लेते है। पढ़ाई करने के बाद ही अपने स्टार्टअप के बारे में सोचकर। अपना कारोबार शुरू कर देते है। क्योंकि उन्हे अपने कारोबार में जायदा फायदा दिखता है। आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे शख्स की जिनकी कहानी सुनकर आप लोग हैरान रह जाएंगे। एक ऐसा शख्स जिसने आईआईएम में टॉप करने के बाद भी अपने कारोबार के बारे में सोचा। आइए जानते हैं, विस्तार में इनकी कहानी।
**कौन है वह शख्स………
जिनकी कहानी आज हम जानने वाले हैं, उनका नाम है कौशलेंद्र सिंह। यह बिहार में नालंदा जिले के एक गांव के रहने वाले है। इन्होंने अपनी 5वी कक्षा तक की पढ़ाई अपने गांव से ही की। उसके बाद 12वी कक्षा की पढ़ाई पटना से पूरी की। जिसके बाद ग्रेजुएशन की डिग्री इन्होंने गुजरात से हासिल की है। जिसके बाद भी यह रुके नही। ग्रेजुएशन की डिग्री हासिल करने के बाद इन्होंने आईआईएम अहमदाबाद से एमबीए की डिग्री भी हासिल की है। आईआईएम कोई छोटी संस्था नही है। लोग एमबीए की डिग्री आईआईएम से ही हासिल करने की चाह रखते है। कहा जाता है कि वहां पर एडमिशन लेने के लिए भी बहुत मेहनत करनी पड़ती है। जो कि इन्होंने कर दिखाया था। यह बचपन से ही पढ़ाई में बहुत अच्छे थे। इन्हे पढ़ने का बहुत शौंक था।

जैसा कि हमने अभी पढ़ा कि कौशलेंद्र ने अहमदाबाद आईआईएम से एमबीए की डिग्री हासिल की। उन्होंने एमबीए की डिग्री हासिल की और पूरे आईआईएम में टॉप किया था। बचपन से ही पढ़ाई में उनका प्रदर्शन काफी अच्छा रहा है। जिसके कारण उन्होंने अपनी पूरी शिक्षा अच्छी तरह ग्रहण की है। परंतु इन सबके बाद भी उन्होंने नौकरी करने का फैसला नही किया। आखिर यह सवाल सबके मन में उठता है कि उन्होंने ऐसा क्यू किया। क्योंकि आईआईएम में टॉप रहने के बाद उन्होंने नौकरी ढूंढने तक की भी कोई आवश्यकता नहीं थीं। उनके पास अपने आप अच्छी नौकरियों के ऑफर आते। परंतु फिर भी उन्होंने नौकरी नहीं की और अपनी पूरी राह बदल कर अपना कारोबार करने का विचार बनाया।
*क्यू नही की नौकरी???…….
कौशलेंद्र की कहानी जानकर हर किसी के मन में यह सवाल उठता ही हैं की आखिरकार क्यू पढ़ाई में इतना अच्छा होने के बाद भी उन्होंने नौकरी न करने का फैसला किया। आप सब लोग कौशलेंद्र की सोच सुनकर हैरान रह जाएंगे और उनसे प्रेरित भी होंगे। आज भी हमारे देश में कुछ महान व्यक्ति है जो कि सिर्फ अपने बारे में न सोचकर पूरे देश की जनता के बारे में सोचना पसंद करते है। कौशलेंद्र की भी सोच कुछ इसी प्रकार की थी। बिहार में मजदूरी करने वाले लोगो के लिए काम बहुत हद्द तक कम हो गया था। कारखानों के बंद होने के कारण से रोज़गार खतम हो चुका हैं। उन्होंने इन सब विषयो पर विचार किया। और सोचा की क्यू न वह कुछ ऐसा शुरू करे जिससे लोगो को रोज़गार मिल सके। क्योंकि मजदूरी करने वाले लोगो के लिए उनकी रोजी रोटी कमाने का जरिया ही मजदूरी होता है। और अगर वही खतम हो जायेगी तो वह सब अपनी रोजी रोटी केसे कमाएंगे। यह सब सोचते हुए उन्होंने नौकरी न करने का विचार बनाया।

लोगो को रोजगार देने के बारे में सोचकर वह अपने राज्य बिहार में लौट आएं और आकार उन्होंने वहां सब्जी की दुकान खोलकर अपने कारोबार की शुरुवात की। जब उन्होंने इस कारोबार की शुरुवात की थी तब उन्हे एक बार भी यह महसूस नहीं हुआ कि वह अपनी जिंदगी में क्या कर रहे है। इतना अच्छा पढ़ लिखकर नौकरी करने के बजाए सब्जियों की दुकान खोलकर बैठे है। उन्हे लोगो को रोज़गार देना था। जिसके लिए उन्हे कही से तो शुरुवात करनी ही पड़ती। उन्हे आज भी याद है कि सब्जी की दुकान लगाने से उन्हे पहले दिन केवल 22 रुपए की कमाई हुई थी। जिसके बाद भी वह उस काम में मेहनत करते गए। और कुछ समय बाद खुद की कंपनी की शुरुवात करदी।
*खुद की कंपनी…………
कौशलेंद्र ने आखिरकार कड़ी मेहनत करके कुछ समय बाद अपनी कंपनी की शुरुवात करदी। जिसके माध्यम से उन्होंने कई लोगो को रोज़गार भी दिया। वह इस कंपनी में किसानों से सब्जियां खरीद कर बाहर बाजार में बेचते थें। जिससे उन्हे मुनाफा होता था। देखते ही देखते इनकी कंपनी तरक्की की ऊंचाइयों को चुने लगी। इन्होंने अपनी कंपनी में लगभग 85 लोगो को रोज़गार प्रदान किया। और आज इनकी कंपनी का टर्नओवर लगभग 5 करोड़ है। जो कि कोई छोटी बात नही है। एक छोटी सी दुकान से शुरुवात करना कौशलेंद्र के लिए बिलकुल भी आसान नहीं था। और वो भी तब जब उन्हे इन सब चीजों की कोई जरूरत भी नहीं थी।वह चाहते तो अच्छी खासी नौकरी कर सकते थे। जिसमे उन्हे इतनी मेहनत नही करनी पड़ती पर उन्होंने लोगो के बारे में सोचा और अपनी जिंदगी का एहम फैसला उनके हित में कर डाला। हम सभी को कौशलेंद्र जैसे लोगो से प्रेरित होना चाहिए। जहा लोग आज कल केवल अपने बारे में सोचते है और अपने भले के लिए कुछ भी कर देते है। वही कौशलेंद्र जैसे लोग अपने बार में न सोचकर दूसरे लोगो के बारे में सोचते है। हमे भी दूसरो के बारे में सोचना चाहिए और हमेशा उनकी मदद करनी चाहिए।
