आपको बता दे कि IIT खड़गपुर के वैज्ञानिकों ने ऐसी तकनीक खोजी है, जिससे कि उत्तरी हिन्द महासागर के छेत्र के उपर बनने वाली उषनकाटीबधिये चक्रवातों का आने से पहले अनुमान लगा लेगा, इसकी खास बात ये है कि ये तकनीक सैटेलाइट के सूचना देने से पहले चक्रवात के बनने का पता लगा लेगा।
इसके पहले चक्रवातों के बनने की सबसे तेज जानकारी रिमोट सेंसिंग के द्वारा पता चलती थीं, लेकिन आपको इस बात से हम अवगत करा देते है कि रिमोट सेंसिंग तभी काम करता है जब समुन्द्र के पानी की उपरी सतह गर्म हो और कम दवाब का छेत्र बन रहा हो, इस तकनीक से चक्रवात से बचने का समय मिल जाता है।
कैसे आता है तेज तूफान-
जब समुन्द्र के सतह पर गर्म वातावरण रहे तब चक्रवात आने से पहले हमारे वातावरण में अस्थिरता आने लगती है, इसके साथ ही हवा भवरदार बनने लगती है इस कारण हमारे वातावरण में उथल-पुथल शुरु हो जाती है, उसके बाद जो बवंडर आता है वही आगे चलकर तेज तूफान में बदल जाता है, इसके कारण समुन्द्र की सतह के उपर कम दवाब का छेत्र बन जाता है, इन्ही कारणों की वजह से तेज तूफान आने की संभावना के बारे में पता चलता है।
आगे के तकनीक की की खोज-
आपको बता से की IIT खड़गपुर के वैज्ञानिकों ने इससे आगे की खोज की है, इस तकनीक में बवंडर का पता लगाने वाली तकनीक का इस्तेमाल किया जाता है, इसके साथ ही आप इस बात की भी चेतवानी दे सकते है की उत्तर हिन्द महासागर छेत्र में ट्रॉपिकल साइक्लोन बनने की क्या स्थिति है, IIT खड़गपुर के जिया अल्बर्ट, विष्णुप्रिया साहू और प्रसाद भास्करन जैसे वैज्ञानिकों की टीम ने विज्ञान और प्रोधोगिकी विभाग के सहयोग से जलवायु परिवर्तन कार्यक्रम ( सीसीपी) के तहत इस नई तकनीक की खोज की है, इस शोध को “एटमॉसफेरिक रिसर्च” नामक पत्रिका में प्रकाशित भी किया गया है।
वैज्ञानिकों द्वारा खोजे गए इस नई अविष्कार के तहत हम बवंडर और भवंरदार आने के पहले ही इसका पता लगा सकते है, वैज्ञानिक भवरदार हवा का विश्लेषण करने के लिए दो चीज़ो के बीच के न्यूनतम दूरी को आधार बनाते है और इसकी पहचान के लिए 27 किलोमीटर के मोटे ग्रिड रेजोल्यूशन और एडी भवरों की विशेषताओ का मूल्यांकन करने के लिए नौ किलोमीटर के बेहतर रेजोल्यूशन की मदद ली है, आपको बता दे कि इसकी मदद से जो तश्वीरें सामने आएंगी उसका मूल्यांकन करके पता चल जाएगा कि तूफान की भावी दशा और दिशा क्या हो सकती है।
आपको बता दे कि इस अविष्कार के बाद आये चार घातक तूफानों को विषय बनाया गया था जिसमें फाईलीन ( 2013), वरदाह ( 2013), मादी (2013), गाजा (2018), इसके बाद दो तरह के तूफान मानसून के बाद आए मोरा (2017), और आयला (2009) में जो उत्तर हिन्द महासागर के ऊपर बने थे, वैज्ञानिकों का दावा है कि इस तकनीक से आप तूफान आने के चार दिन पहले गु सतर्क हो सकते हैं, जिसमे मॉनसून और मॉनसून के बाद आने वाले दोनो तूफान शामिल हैं।
