एक तरह जहां हम शिक्षक को आदर-सम्मान देते हैं, यहां तक कि गुरु का दर्जा माता-पिता से भी ऊपर होता है। वहीं दूसरी तरफ झारखंड में एक ऐसा मामला सामने आया है, जहां एक शिक्षक को अपमानित करके जूते-चप्प्लों की माला पहनाकर पूरे गांव में घुमाया गया है। आइये जानते हैं आखिर ऐसी क्या वजह रही कि एक शिक्षक को इस तरह अपमानित होना पड़ा।
क्या है पूरा मामला?
घटना झारखंड (Jharkhand) के पश्चिमी सिंहभूम जिले के मनोहरपुर थाना क्षेत्र के उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय बचमगुटु का है, जहां एक शिक्षक को ग्रामीणों द्वारा जूते-चप्पलों की माला पहनाकर पूरे गांव में भ्रमण कराया गया। उस शिक्षक का नाम रमेश चंद्र गुप्ता (Ramesh Chandra Mahto) है और वह उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय बचमगुटु के प्रधान शिक्षक हैं। रमेश चंद्र गुप्ता पर यह आरोप लगाया गया है कि वह स्कूल की एक पारा शिक्षिका की नियुक्ति को अवैध बताकर प्रताड़ित करते थे तथा साथ ही शारीरिक तौर पर प्रताड़ित करने की धमकी भी देते थे।
शिक्षिका ने लगाया यह आरोप
पारा शिक्षिका का कहना है कि प्रधान शिक्षक रमेश चंद्र उनकी नियुक्ति पर सवाल खड़ा करने की धमकी देते हैं, जबकि उनकी नियुक्ति वर्ष 2003 में बतौर पारा शिक्षक के पद पर हुई है। वर्ष 2005 में उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय बचमगुटु में पदस्थापन होने के बाद रमेश चंद्र महतो जब 2020 में प्रधान शिक्षक बने, तो उसके बाद से वे शिक्षिका को भिन्न भिन्न प्रकार से प्रताड़ित करते रहते हैं। इस बात की वजह से कई बार कहासुनी भी हुई है।
शारिरीक तौर पर प्रताड़ित करने की देता था धमकी
प्रधान शिक्षक पर यह भी आरोप है कि वह बुरी नजर से भी देखते हैं और धमकी देते हैं। यहां तक की शिक्षिका की नियुक्ति प्रमाण पत्र भी रमेश महतो के पास ही है। इसके अलावा वे शिक्षिका से 50 हजार रुपये की मांग भी किए थे और उसे शारिरीक रूप से कष्ट देने की धमकी भी देते थे। इस बात को लेकर शिक्षिका ने जब विरोध किया तो रमेश महतो ने उसके साथ हाथापाई भी की।
देर रात लेकर आता था लड़कियों को
उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय बचमगुटु के अध्यक्ष सुरेश चंद्र दास का कहना है कि रमेश चंद्र महतो अक्सर देर रात को लड़कियों को विद्यालय लेकर आते हैं और पूछने पर रिश्तेदार बताकर बात को टाल देते हैं। इस बात का विरोध करने पर वे विद्यालय के काम का हवाला देते थे। वहीं प्रधान शिक्षक रमेश चंद्र महतो का कहना है कि उनपर लगाए गए सभी आरोप झूठे हैं। शिक्षिका का प्राईमरी स्कूल में अपॉइंटमेंट हुआ था और प्राईमरी का ही वेतन मिलता था। इसके अलावा शिक्षिका पर विभागीय कार्यवाई भी हुई है।
एक शिक्षक जो अपने छात्रों का मार्गदर्शन करता है और जिसपर छात्र के साथ-साथ उनके पैरंट्स भी भरोसा करते हैं। ऐसे में शिक्षक द्वारा किया गया यह कार्य पूरे शिक्षक समाज की छवि को धूमिल कर रहा है। ऐसे में हमे सोचने की जरुरत है कि क्या ऐसे शिक्षक हमारी आनेवाली पीढ़ी के लिए बेहतर साबित हो पाएंगे। इसके साथ ही क्या समाज द्वारा एक शिक्षक के साथ किया गया कार्य सही है? क्योंकि समाज द्वारा किया गया यह कार्य आनेवाली पीढ़ी के लिए एक शिक्षक का अपमान करने का संदेश देता है, जो गलत है। इस बारे में आपकी क्या राय है? कमेंट करके जरुर बताएं|
