कौन है वह आईएएस महिला?

 

हम जिस महिला की बात कर रहे हैं ,उसका नाम अनुकृति शर्मा (IAS Anukriti Sharma) है। अनुकृति मूलतः राजस्थान (Rajasthan) के जयपुर की रहने वाली है। उनके पिता सरकारी नौकरी में थे और मां कॉलेज में एक टीचर थीं। अनुकृति ने जयपुर के इंडो भारत इंटरनेशनल स्कूल से इंटर कंप्लीट की है। इसके बाद अनुकृति ने साल 2012 में इंडियन इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ साइंस एजुकेशन एंड रिसर्च कोलकाता से BSMS (जियोलॉजिकल साइंसेज) में ग्रेजुएशन किया है। बाद में वो पीएचडी पूरी करने यूएसए गई और वहाँ से आने के बाद उनकी शादी हो गई। शादी के बाद उन्होंने एक घटना को गहरायी से समझने के बाद IAS बनने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया और परिवार की जिम्मेदारी उठाने के साथ उन्होंने UPSC की तैयारी शुरू की और अपने संघर्ष के बदौलत कामयाब भी हुई। ―Success story of IAS Anukriti Sharma.

आखिर कैसे आया IAS बनने का विचार?

आईएएस अनुकृति शर्मा (IAS Anukriti Sharma) ने एक साक्षात्कार में अपने IAS बनने के पीछे का कारण बताते हुए कहा कि ‘हमारे यहां एक भईया चाय की दुकान लगाते थे, जिनकी बेटी सिर्फ 14 साल की थी और उसकी शादी कर दी गई। तभी मुझे एहसास हुआ कि इस बच्ची की तुलना में मुझे तो काफी सुविधाएं मिलती हैं, जो करना चाहती हूं वो कर सकती हूं, जहां जाना चाहती हूं वहां जा सकती हूं। फिर मुझे लगा कि ऐसे लोगों के लिए कुछ करना चाहिए जिन्हें ये सुविधाएं नहीं मिल पातीं।’ इसके बाद से ही उन्हें सिविल सर्विस का आइडिया आया, जिसके बाद उन्होनें UPSC की तैयारी शुरु कर दिया और अन्ततः वो सफल भी हुई।

IAS अनुकृति शर्मा (IAS ANUKRITI SHARMA) के IAS बनने में एक खास बात यह है कि, उन्होनें बिना किसी कोचिंग क्लास के ही अपना मुकाम हासिल किया है। उनकी यह सफलता अपने आप में एक मायने रखती है। ―Success story of IAS Anukriti Sharma.

3 बार असफल और 2 बार हुई सफल

अनुकृति शर्मा (Anukriti Sharma) का यूपीएससी में सफलता के लिए संघर्ष बहुत लंबे समय तक रहा। कई प्रयासों के बाद उन्हें सफलता मिली। साल 2019 में 138वीं रैंक के साथ सेलेक्ट होने वाली अनुकृति ने इसके पहले साल 2017 में भी यूपीएससी की
परीक्षा के तीनों चरण पास किए थे और 355 रैंक के साथ उनका सेलेक्शन हुआ था। यह अनुकृति का चौथा प्रयास रहा। इस समय तक उन्होंने कुल चार अटेम्प्ट्स दिए थे जिसमें से तीन बार उन्होंने मेन्स निकाला। अच्छी बात यह थी कि तीनों बार उनके मेन्स के नंबर इंक्रीज हुए यानी उनका सेलेक्शन तो नहीं हुआ लेकिन इम्प्रूवमेंट लगातार होता रहा। साल 2017 के बाद अनुकृति ने 2018 का अटेम्प्ट नहीं दिया और एक साल के ब्रेक के बाद सीधे 2019 में परीक्षा में बैठीं और इस बार कहीं ज्यादा अच्छी रैंक से चयनित हो गईँ।

नीट क्वालीफायड है अनुकृति

 

IAS अनुकृति शर्मा (Anukriti Sharma) ने न केवल UPSC क्वालीफायड की हुई है बल्कि वो नीट भी पास कर चुकी हैं। नीट क्रेक करने के बाद अनुकृति आगे की पढ़ाई पीएचडी पूरी करने यूएसए चली गईं। पीएचडी करने के बाद वो वापिस स्वदेश आ गई। अपने देश आने के बाद उनकी शादी हो गई। शादी होने के बाद भी अनुकृति ने अपना IAS बनने का सपना नहीं छोरा। आज के समय मे वो IAS बनकर अपने समाज का नाम रौशन किया है। ―Success story of IAS Anukriti Sharma.
