किसी ने सही हीं कहा है कि संघर्ष कभी बेकार नहीं जाता है। अगर हम सही दिशा में प्रयास करें तो एक न एक दिन कामयाबी जरुर मिलेगी। आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे शख्स के बारे में, जिसका बचपन गरीबी तथा अभाव में गुजरा, लेकिन आज के समय में उन्होंने अपने मेहनत और संघर्ष के बदौलत सफलता हासिल करते हुए आईएएस बनने का अपना सपना साकार किया है।

तो आइए जानते हैं उस शख्स से जुड़ी सभी जानकारियां :-

कौन है वह शख्स?

हम बात कर रहे हैं निरंजन कुमार (IAS Niranjan Kumar) की, जो मूल रूप से बिहार (Bihar) के नवादा जिले के पकरीबरमा गांव के रहने वाले हैं। वह एक बहुत हीं निम्न परिवार से ताल्लुक रखते हैं। उनका बचपन बहुत हीं गरीबी में व्यतित हुआ है, उनके पिता जी एक खैनी का छोटा सा दूकान चला करके अपने चार बच्चों का पालन-पोषण किया करते थे।

कहां से पूरी की शिक्षा?

निरंजन (IAS Niranjan Kumar) ने अपनी प्रारम्भिक पढ़ाई अपने गांव से हीं किए, इसके बाद उनका नवोदय विद्यालय में सेलेक्शन हो गया। वहां उनके पढ़ाई में खर्च नहीं लगता था तथा इसके साथ हीं हर तरह की सुविधा भी थी। वहाँ से दसवीं तक की पढाई पूरी करने के बाद इंटर की पढ़ाई के लिए वो पटना चले गए।

मुश्किलों से भरा रहा जीवन

पटना जाने के बाद उन्होनें (IAS Niranjan Kumar) JEE MAINS और JEE ADVANCE की तैयारी करने का मन बनाया। इसके लिए उन्होंने वहाँ एक अच्छे इंस्टीटयूशन में अपना दाखिला करवाया। लेकिन उस समय उनका आर्थिक स्थिति सही नहीं था, जिसके कारण उन्हें घर से पैसा नहीं मिल पाता था। जैसे-तैसे बच्चों को ट्यूशन पढ़ा कर तथा किसी कोचिंग में बच्चों को पढ़ा करके अपने पढाई का खर्च उठाते थे। वहाँ उन्होंनें JEE की परीक्षा निकाल करके इंजीनियरिंग में दाखिला लिया।

नौकरी भी किया

नवोदय स्कूल से दसवीं तक की पढाई पूरी करने के बाद उन्हें 12वीं के लिए पटना जाना पड़ा। इसके बाद उनका (IAS Niranjan Kumar) सेलेक्शन आईआईटी के लिए हो गया। यहां से परिवार को कुछ उम्मीद होने लगी। इंजीनियरिंग की पढ़ाई के बाद उन्हें कोल इंडिया में नौकरी मिल गई। इसके बाद निरंजन की शादी भी हो गई, लेकिन निरंजन का सपना तो आईएएस बनने का था जिसके लिए एक बार फिर से उन्होंने आईएएस की तैयारी करने का मन बनाया और कोल इंडिया में इंजीनियर के नौकरी के दौरान हीं यूपीएससी की तैयारी शुरु कर दिया।

पहले प्रयास में रहे आईआरएस

यूपीएससी के तैयारी के दौरान निरंजन का हौसला और उनकी प्रतिभा एवं मेहनत ने रंग दिखाया। उन्होंने 2016 में यूपीएससी (UPSC) की परीक्षा पहले हीं प्रयास में निकाल लिया। लेकिन रैंक के हिसाब से उन्हें आईआरएस (IRS) के लिए चुना गया। इसके बावजूद भी उन्होंनें तैयारी जारी रखी।

दूसरे प्रयास में मिली सफलता

पहले प्रयास में आईआरएस (IRS) के लिए चुने जाने के बाद भी उन्होंने अपने आईएएस बनने का सपना नहीं छोड़ा। उन्होंने यूपीएससी की परीक्षा में अच्छी रैंक हासिल करने के लिए आगे भी तैयारी जारी रखी। 2017 के बाद उन्होंने दुबारा 2020 में यूपीएससी की परीक्षा दी, जिसमे उन्हें 535 रैंक हासिल हुए। इस रैंक के साथ हीं उनका आईएएस अधिकारी बनने का सपना साकार हुआ। आज के समय में वे राजस्व अधिकारी के तौर पर अपनी सेवाएं दे रहे हैं।

लोगों के लिए बने प्रेरणा

अपने मेहनत और संघर्ष के बदौलत सफलता हासिल करने वाले निरंजन (IAS Niranjan Kumar) ने यह साबित कर दिया कि अगर हौसले बुलंद हो तथा सही तरीके से पढ़ाई की जाए तो एक न एक दिन कामयाबी जरूर मिलती है। एक बेहद हीं गरीब परिवार में जन्म लेने के बावजूद भी निरंजन ने कभी हिम्मत नहीं हारी, उन्होंनें तमाम परेशानियों को झेलने के बाद भी अपने पढ़ाई को जारी रखा। परिणामस्वरूप उन्होंने अपने जिद्द को पूरा करते हुए आईएएस अधिकारी बनने का अपना सपना साकार किया है। उनकी यह सफलता आमजनों के लिए प्रेरणा बनीं हुई है।
