किसी की भी कामयाबी उसकी परिस्थितियों पर निर्भर नही करती है बल्कि उसके मेहनत और लगन पर निर्भर करती है, आज ऐसे ही एक IAS की कहानी हम आपको बताएंगे जिन्होंने बहुत संघर्षों के बाद ये मुकाम पाया है अपने जीवन मे, तो आइए जानते है उनके बारे में।

IAS शेख अंसार अहमद का परिचय-

शेख अंसार अहमद महाराष्ट्र के एक छोटे से गाँव के निवासी है, अहमद का परिवार बहुत ही गरीब था, उनके पिता ऑटो चलाते थे, उनके और 2 बहन और 1 भाई है इतने बड़े परिवार का खर्च निकालना बहुत मुश्किल था इसलिए उनकी माँ अपने घर का काम करने के बाद दुसरो के खेतों में काम किया करती थी।

घर की आर्थिक तंगी की वजह से उनके पिता ने उनकी पढ़ाई छोरवाने की सोची, परन्तु अहमद पढ़ाई में बहुत होशियार थे इसलिए उनके अध्यापक पुरुषोत्तम पडुलकर ने उनके पिता को ऐसा ना करने की सलाह दी, अहमद कहते है कि अगर उनके अध्यापक ने उनका साथ नही दिया होता तो वो भी आज ऑटो चला रहे होते।

होटल में जूठे बर्तन करते थे साफ-

अहमद के पिता ने उनके अध्यापक की बात मान ली और उनकी पढ़ाई को जारी रखा, जब वो 10वी में थे तो 10वी की गर्मियों की छूटी में उन्होंने ये तय किया कि वो कंप्यूटर का कोर्स करेंगे, परन्तु उस समय कंप्यूटर क्लास की फीस 2800 रुपये थी।

उन्हें अपने आर्थिक स्थिति के बारे में पता था इसलिए उन्होंने पैसे का इंतजाम करने के लिए एक होटल में वेटर की नौकरी कर ली, सुबह 8 बजे से 11 बजे तक वो होटल के जूठे बर्तन साफ करते, कुएं से पानी भरते, टेबल साफ करने के साथ-साथ वो रात में होटल की फर्श भी साफ करते थे, इन सब कामों के बीच उन्हें 2 घंटे का समय मिलता था जिसमे वो खाना खाते और कंप्यूटर क्लास करने जाते थे।

 

भ्रष्टाचार खत्म करने का है लक्ष्य-

ये बात तब की है जब अहमद अपने पिता के साथ बीपीएल योजना से जुड़े काम करने के लिए सरकारी आफिस पहुँचे, वहां के अफसर ने उनके पिता से उनका काम करने के लिए उनसे रिस्वत मांगी, जब अहमद ने अपने पिता से पूछा कि उन्होंने रिश्वत क्यों दी तो उनके पिता ने उन्हें कहा कि बिना रिश्वत दिए यहाँ कुछ नही होता है।

उसी समय अहमद ने ठानी की वो अफसर बन कर समाज से भ्रस्टाचार को खत्म कर देंगे, वो जिस कॉलेज में पढ़ते थे वहाँ के एक शिक्षक का चयन MPSC में हुआ था, अहमद ने उनसे प्रभावित होकर उनसे सारी जानकारी ली, उनके शिक्षक ने भी उन्हें UPSC के लिए कैसे तैयारी करे सारी बाते बताई। अहमद का MPSC में चयन नही हो पाया।

कड़ी मेहनत कर हुए सफल-

अहमद ने अपनी ग्रेजुएशन की पढ़ाई उन पैसों से की है जो वो गर्मियों की छुटियों में कमाते थे। जब उनके ग्रेजुएशन के दो साल बाकी थे तो उन्हें यूपीएससी की तैयारी करने के लिए अपना पूरा ध्यान पढ़ाई पर लगाना था, जिसकी वजह से उन्होंने काम करना छोड़ दिया, परन्तु पैसों का इंतजाम उनके छोटे भाई ने किया काम करके।

उनके छोटे भाई में 5वी क्लास में भी पढ़ाई छोड़ दी थी और काम करना शुरू कर दिया था, अहमद के पास असफल होने का विकल्प था ही नही, इसलिए उन्होंने करी मेहनत की और सफल हुए। साल 2015 में उन्होंने पहले प्रयास में ही 361वीं रैंक के साथ यूपीएससी की परीक्षा पास कर ली। अहमद अपने परिवार और शिक्षकों को अपनी सफलता का श्रेय देते है। अहमद की आर्थिक स्थिति इतनी दयनीय थी कि जब उन्होंने परीक्षा पास की तो उनके पास पैसे नही थे दोस्तो को पार्टी देने के लिए, बल्कि उनके दोस्तो ने उन्हें पार्टी दी थी। परन्तु उनकी कड़ी मेहनत ने उन्हें IAS बना दिया।

शेख अंसार अहमद से हमे प्रेरणा लेनी चाहिए और समस्याओं ने नही घबराना चाहिए, हमारी तरफ से उन्हें ढ़ेर सारी शुभकामनाएं।
