हम लोग अक्सर यह देखते हैं कि किसान खेती करके फसल उगाते है। और उन फसलों को काटकर अगली फसल उगाने की तैयारी करते है। परंतु आप में से यह बहुत कम लोग जानते होंगे कि फसल काटने के बाद पराली इखठी होती है। जिसका किसान कोई इस्तेमाल न करके उसे जला देते हैं। जो कि हमारी प्रकृति के लिए बिलकुल भी सही नही है। जो प्रदूषण का सबसे बड़ा कारण है। एक किसान का मानना है कि पराली उनके किसी काम की नही होती और अगली फसल की उगाई करने के लिए उन्हे वह हटानी पड़ती है। जिसके कारण वह उसे जला देते है। उन्हे यह नही पता शायद कि वह हमारे पर्यावरण को कितना नुकसान पहुंचाती है। हम लोग हमेशा एक दूसरे को खेती बाड़ी से जुड़े रहने के लिए प्रेरित करते है। परंतु खेती बाड़ी भी हमे उस दायरे में रहकर करनी चाहिए। जिसमे किसी को कोई हानि न पहुंचे। खेती बाड़ी करने के साथ साथ या अन्य कोई भी कार्य करने के साथ साथ हमे अपने पर्यावरण का बहुत अच्छे से ध्यान रखना चाहिए। आज कल वैसे भी प्रदूषण बहुत तेजी से फैल रहा है और हमारी प्रकृति को हानि पहुंचा रहा है। ऐसे में हम अपने पर्यावरण को बचाने की हर नामुमकिन कोशिश करनी चाहिए। आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसी ही महिला की जिन्होंने डिग्री हासिल करने के बाद नौकरी न करके एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड को चुना और पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित रखने का तरीका भी निकाला।

**कौन है वह लड़की………

आज हम जिनकी कहानी जानने वाले हैं, उनका नाम है जयंती प्रधान (Jyanti Pradhan) है यह ओडिशा (Odisha) के एक बरगाड़ जिले की रहने वाली है। इन्होंने पर्यावरण की रक्षा हेतु एक नया उपाय निकाला। जिसके कारण आज इनकी एक नई पहचान बनी है। इन्होंने फसल काटने के बाद बेकार पराली का उपयोग निकाल दिया है। यह उस बेकार पराली से मशरूम की खेती करती है। जिससे इन्हे बहुत मुनाफा होता है। साथ ही साथ उन्होंने यह नया तरीका निकाल कर पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित रखने का रास्ता ढूंढा है। वैसे तो इन्होंने एमबीए की डिग्री हासिल की है। परंतु एमबीए की डिग्री हासिल करने के बाद इन्होंने नौकरी न करके एग्रीकल्चर की फील्ड को चुना और एक समस्या का समाधान निकाला।

**क्यू नौकरी न करके, खेती को चुना……

अब आप सबके मन में यह प्रशन तो उठ ही रहा होगा कि एमबीए जैसी डिग्री को हासिल करने के बाद भी जयंती ने नौकरी का रास्ता न चुनकर खेती बाड़ी का रास्ता ही क्यू चुना। क्योंकि आज कल जायदा तर लोग एमबीए करके इसी फील्ड में नौकरी करना पसंद करते है। और ऐसे में जयंती ने एमबीए करने के बाद भी नौकरी नहीं की। इसके बारे में पूछने पर जयंती बताती है कि उनके पिता का यह सपना था कि उनकी बेटी यानी की जयंती अच्छा पढ़ लिखकर कंपनी में नौकरी करे। जिसके कारण उन्होंने एमबीए की डिग्री हासिल की। परंतु जयंती का खुद का इंटरेस्ट इस फील्ड में बिलकुल नहीं था। जयंती का इंटरेस्ट एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड में था। वह खेती बाड़ी की फील्ड में ही कुछ न कुछ करना चाहती थी।

**क्या चुना एग्रीकल्चर फील्ड में………

जयंती ने एमबीए की डिग्री हासिल करने के बाद नौकरी का रास्ता न चुन कर। एग्रीकल्चर की फील्ड को चुना। जिसमे उन्होंने खेती के बारे में सोचना शुरू किया कि उन्हे किस चीज की खेती करनी चाहिए। इस पर विचार करते हुए उन्होंने यह भी सोचा कि कई किसान खेती बाड़ी करने के बाद भी इतना मुनाफा नही कमा पाते है। जितनी वह मेहनत करते है। तो उन्होंने सोचा कि क्यू न किसी ऐसी चीज की खेती की जाए जिससे अच्छा मुनाफा हो और बेरोजगारों को रोज़गार मिल सके। इसके अलावा उन्होंने पराली की समस्या को भी देखते हुए। उस पर रिसर्च की जिसके बाद उन्हे यह जानने को मिला कि पराली का इस्तेमाल मशरूम की खेती में किया जाता है। और मशरूम की खेती से बहुत मुनाफा भी होता है। तभी जयंती ने यह सोच लिया था की वह अब मशरूम की ही खेती शुरू करेंगी।

**मशरूम की बिकरी…….

जयंती ने कुछ समय बाद ही मशरूम की खेती तो शुरू करदी।परंतु अब उनके आगे यह प्रशन था कि वह इस मशरूम को बेचेंगी कैसे और कहा?? उन्होंने विचार करके सबसे पहले अपने आस पास की दुकानों पर फ्री में मशरूम बेचा। जिसके बाद आस पास के लोगो को उनका मशरूम पसंद आया और वह जयंती से मशरूम की डिमांड करने लगे। वह जयंती को ही हर बार मशरूम का ऑर्डर देने लगे थे। इसके अलावा जयंती अपने इलाके से बाहर जाकर अपने मशरूम की मार्केटिंग करने लगी। वह कई दुकानदारों से जाकर मशरूम के ऑर्डर लिया करती थी। आज के समय में मार्केटिंग के लिए लोग सोशल मीडिया का भी इस्तेमाल करते है। कुछ ऐसा ही जयंती ने भी किया। वह भी सोशल मीडिया पर मशरूम की मार्केटिंग करती है। जिससे उनके मशरूम की बिकरि बढ़ गई। हर जगह उनके मशरूम की मांग की जाती है। जिससे वह बहुत पैसे कमा रही है।

**शादी…….

जयंती पराली का इस्तेमाल कर मशरूम का उत्पादन कर रही थी। जिससे उन्हे अच्छी खासी कमाई होती थी। वह एक इंडिपेंडेंट लड़की है। अब समय था उनकी शादी का, उनकी शादी किसी सरकारी नौकरी वाले लड़के से तय हुई। जिनका नाम है, बिरेंद्र प्रधान। इनकी शादी 2008 में हुई, तब जयंती को मशरूम की खेती करते करते पांच साल हो गए थे।उनके पति बिरेंद्र को भी जयंती का काम देख कर बहुत खुशी मिली और वह जयंती के इस आइडिया से और काम से बहुत प्रभावित भी हुए। कुछ समय बाद उन्होंने भी अपनी नौकरी छोड़ने का निर्णय लिया। और नौकरी छोड़कर वह भी जयंती के साथ मशरूम की खेती बाड़ी में लग गए। दोनो को इस कार्य से सालाना लगभग 20 लाख रुपए की कमाई होती थी। जो कि एक बड़ी रकम है।

**देती है ट्रेनिंग…..

कई साल मशरूम का उत्पादन करने के बाद जयंती को मशरूम की खेती के बारे में सब कुछ पता था। और वह अब अन्य लड़कियों को भी इसके बारे में बताया करती। वह कई औरते को इसकी ट्रेनिंग देती है। ताकि हर कोई पराली का इस्तेमाल कर सके और अपने पैरो पर भी खड़ा हो सकें। वह बहुत सारी औरतों को मशरूम के उत्पादन की एक एक बात अच्छे से समझाया करती थी। उनसे सीखने के बाद कई औरतो ने मशरूम की खेती शुरू भी की है। वह औरते मशरूम का उत्पादन करके अपने उगाए हुए मशरूम जयंती को ही दे देती हैं। जिन्हे जयंती बाजार में बेच देती है। जिससे उन औरतों को भी बहुत फायदा हो रहा हैं।
