अक्सर हमलोगों ने यह महसूस किया होगा कि विषम परिस्थितियों में कुछ नया सीखने या करने का अवसर भी मिलता है। आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे किसान की, जिन्होंने विषम परिस्थिति में खेती की शुरुआत की और आज के समय में उन्होंने अपने मेहनत और संघर्ष के बदौलत सफलता हासिल करते हुए खुद को एक रॉल मॉडल पेश करने का काम किया है।
तो आइए जानते हैं उस शख्स से जुड़ी सभी जानकारियां-
कौन है वह शख्स?
हम कमलजीत सिंह हेयर (Kamaljaat Singh Heyar) की बात कर रहे हैं, जो कि मूल रूप से पंजाब (Panjab) के फिरोजपुर जिला के सोहनगढ़ रत्तेवाला गाँव के रहने वाले हैं। उनकी उम्र लगभग 45 साल है।
एक किसान परिवार से ताल्लुक रखने वाले कमलजीत सिंह (Kamaljaat Singh Heyar) ने पढ़ाई-लिखाई के दौरान वकालत की भी पढ़ाई पूरी की। इसके बाद वे एक कुशल वकील के रुप में काम करके अपना जीवन-यापन कर रहे थे, तभी जीवन में ऐसी विषम परिस्थितियां आई जो पूरी तरह से इनको अलग फैसले लेने पर मजबूर कर दी।
परिवार के विषमताओं से वकालत छोड़ी
कमलजीत सिंह हेयर (Kamaljaat Singh Heyar) के दादा की मृत्यू 101 साल की आयु में हुई थी। इसके कुछ हीं सालों बाद उनके पिता की मृत्यु असमय ही हार्ट अटैक से हो गई और उनके छोटे भाई की मौत दस साल की आयू में हो गई थी। घर के इस विषम परिस्थितियों से वह काफी चिंतित थे। वह इन बातों के बारे में काफी विचार विमर्श किए कि आखिर दादा की मृत्यु कुदरती थी लेकिन उनके पिता व छोटे भाई की मृत्यु तो कुदरती नहीं थी। काफी विचार विमर्श करने के बाद उन्हें एक बात समझ में आई कि पहले लोग खेती कुदरती किया करते थे, तो मौत भी कुदरती हुआ करती थी। लेकिन आज के समय में खेती कुदरती नहीं रही बल्कि रसायनों व पेस्टीसाइड्ज की मदद से की जा रही है, जिसके कारण मृत्यु भी कुदरती नहीं हो रही है।
प्राकृतिक खेती करने का बनाया मन
एडवोकेट कमलजीत सिंह हेयर (Kamaljaat Singh Heyar) के पिता की असमय मौत से पेस्टीसाइड और रसायनों के खेती में प्रयोग के खतरे का पता चला। इसके बाद उन्हाेंने वकालत छाेड़ दी व जैविक खेती करने का मन बनाया। शुरुआती दौर में उन्हें तमाम परेशानियों को झेलने के बाद धीरे-धीरे सभी जानकारियां मिली और वह अपने मेहनत के बदौलत सफलता हासिल करने में कामयाब रहें।
शुरु की खेती
कमलजीत सिंह हेयर ने नेचुरल फार्मिँग शुरु कर दी। इसके लिए उन्होंने अपने 20 एकड़ के फॉर्म में 120 किस्मों के 1500 पेड़ लगाए हैं, जिसमे कुछ लकडियों और कुछ फल वाले हैं।
उन्होंने (Kamaljaat Singh Heyar) कहा कि, वे 50 किस्मों की खेती भी इसी जमीन में कर रहे हैं और खेती में उन्होंने जैविक विभिन्नता अपनाई हुई है। वह मक्की, ज्वार, कोधरा, चने के अलावा दालों की खेती कर रहे हैं।
क्या है उनके फॉर्म हाउस की खासियत
उनके (Kamaljaat Singh Heyar) फार्म हाउस को देखने दूर-दूर से किसान और रिसर्चर आते हैं लेकिन बगैर परमिशन इनके खेत में कोई एंट्री नहीं कर सकता आपको बता दें कि । ये खेत में ही कंपोस्ट खाद तैयार करते हैं और बिना केमिकल खाद के दो लाख रुपए प्रति एकड़ के हिसाब से खेती से कमाते हैं।
ड्रेनेज सिस्टम के जरिए बारिश का पानी को एक तालाब में रखते हैं सहेजकर
कमलजीत ने बारिश के पानी को सहेजने का भी इंतजाम किया है। ड्रेनेज सिस्टम के जरिए वे बारिश का पानी को एक तालाब में सहेजकर रखते हैं।
विलुप्त हो रहे पेड़ों का कर रहे हैं बचाव
इसके अलावें कमलजीत आज के समय में भी विलुप्त हो रहे पेड़ों को भी बचा रहे हैं। इनके खेतों में कई ऐसे पेड़ भी मिल जाएंगे, जो विलुप्त होने के कगार पर हैं लेकिन इन्होंने ऐसे पेड़ों को संरक्षित किया हुआ है। जैसे-हरड़, करोदा, जकरंडा, कनेर, जमालघोटा, महुआ, दालचीनी, कचनार, पलाश, ईमली, कढ़ी पत्ता आदि। इनका ‘सोहनगढ़ नैचुरल फार्म’ रिसर्च का विषय बन गया है।
खुद का बनाया ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट
कमलजीत सिंह हेयर अब पूरी तरह से प्राकृतिक खेती (Natural Farming) के लिए ट्रेंड हो गए हैं। खुद की जानकारियों के साथ हीं साथ उन्होंने दुसरे की जानकारियाँ बढ़ाने तथा सीख देने के लिए अपनी ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट की भी शुरुआत की है। वह अपने ट्रेनिंग इंस्टीट्यूट के माध्यम से दुसरे लोगों को ट्रेनिंग देने का काम कर रहें हैं।
लोगों के लिए बने प्रेरणा
कमलजीत सिंह हेयर ने अपने मेहनत और संघर्ष के बदौलत सफलता हासिल करते हुए अपने समाज के साथ हीं साथ पूरे देश का ध्यान अपने तरफ आकर्षित करवाया है। उन्होंने यह साबित कर दिया है कि अगर सही दिशा में प्रयास हो तो कामयाबी जरूर मिलेगी।
