हम सभी जानते है कि भारत एक कृषि प्रधान देश है और यहाँ की लगभग 60 से 70 प्रतिशत जनसँख्या अपनी आजीविका निर्वहन के लिए कृषि कार्यों पर निर्भर है| हालाँकि आज से कुछ दशक पहले की जानें वाली खेती और वर्तमान में खेती करनें की प्रक्रिया में एक बहुत बड़ा अंतर है|
स्वतंत्रता से पूर्व भारत में की जानने वाली खेती में किसी प्रकार के रासायनिक पदार्थो का उपयोग नहीं किया जाता था, परन्तु जनसँख्या विस्फोट के कारण अन्न की मांग बढ़नें लगी और धीरे-धीरे लोगो नें कृषि उत्पादन बढ़ानें के लिए रासायनिक उर्वरकों का प्रयोग करना प्रारंभ कर दिया। हालाकि स्वास्थ दृष्टिकोण से देखा जाए तो रासायनिक खेती के अपेक्षा ऑर्गेनिक खेती काफी अच्छी है।
आज हम बात करेंगे एक ऐसे शख्स की, जिन्होंने रासायनिक खेती को सही समझा था लेकिन बाद में उन्होंने ऑर्गेनिक खेती को अपनाया और पहले से ज्यादा मुनाफ़ा कमा कर सभी के लिए आज एक मार्गदर्शक बने हुए हैं।
तो आइए जानते हैं उस शख्स से जुड़ी सभी जानकारियां –
कौन है वह शख्स?
हम कमलेश पटेल (Kamlesh Patel) की बात कर रहे हैं, जो कि गुजरात (Gujarat) के सूरत जिले के अंभेटी गांव के रहने वाले है। वह पेशे से एक किसान है और अपने गांव में ही किसानी करते हैं। वर्ष 2015 से पहले तक वह रासायनिक खेती किया करते थे लेकिन बहुत कम मुनाफा कमा रहे थे, जिसके कारण वे खेती को नुकसान का सौदा ही मानते थे।
समय के साथ उनमे बदलाव हुआ और एक दिन वह अपने दोस्त के साथ ऑर्गेनिक खेती के लिए लगे जागरुक शिविर में गए, जहाँ प्रशिक्षक के बातों से वह काफी प्रभावित हुए और ऑर्गेनिक खेती करने का मन बनाया।
क्या है ऑर्गेनिक खेती?
ऑर्गेनिक खेती एक ऐसी प्रणाली है, जो पर्यावरण आधारित हरी खाद, खाद, जैविक कीट नियंत्रण, आम तौर पर पशु और पौधों से प्राप्त जैविक खादों, नाइट्रोजन–फिक्सिंग कवर फसलों और फसल रोटेशन का उपयोग फसलों, पशुधन और मुर्गी पालन करने के लिए की जाती है।
शुरु की ऑर्गेनिक खेती
अपने दोस्त के साथ तीन दिनों तक ऑर्गेनिक खेती का गुण सीखने के बाद कमलेश (Kamlesh Patel) एक गाय लेकर घर वापस गए और पुरे गांववालों को कह दिया कि आज से वह अपने खेतों में रासायनिक खाद का उपयोग न करके केवल ऑर्गेनिक खाद का हीं उपयोग करेंगे। अब वह पूरी तरह से ऑर्गेनिक खाद पर निर्भर हो गए और उन्होंने ऑर्गेनिक खेती के सहारे हीं अपने खेत में 35 टन के बजाये 45 टन गन्ने का उत्पादन पाया।
अब बेचते हैं ऑर्गेनिक खाद
गन्ने की खेती में ऑर्गेनिक खेती के सहारे उत्पादन में काफी बढ़ावा होने का किसानों को विश्वास नहीं हुआ। वहाँ के लोकल किसानों ने कमलेश पटेल से कहा कि, ‘अगर तुम हमे ऑर्गेनिक खाद बनाकर दो, फिर अगर हमलोगों का उत्पादन क्षमता बढ़ जाए तो हम लोग इसे सही मानेंगे।’
इसके बाद कमलेश पटेल (Kamlesh Patel) ने इस चुनौती को भी स्वाकीर किया और बिल्कुल कम दाम में 3000 बैग्स घन जीवामृत यानी गोबर और प्राकृतिक चीजों से बनी खाद बनाकर लोगों को दी जिससे किसानों को काफी फायदा हुआ।
इसके बाद यह बात एक गांव से दूसरे गांव तक पहुंची और कमलेश पटेल (Kamlesh Patel) ने भी ज्यादा से ज्यादा किसानों को जैविक खेती से जोड़ने का संकल्प किया। आज वह 25 से 30 हजार बैग्स जैविक खाद बनाते हैं, जिसके लिए वह गौशाला से गोबर खरीदते हैं और घन जीवामृत प्रति बैग 220 रुपये में बेचते हैं। साथ ही अब उनके पास सात एकड़ जमीन भी है, जिसमें वह खेती करते हैं और उनकी पत्नी पूनम पटेल भी खाद बनाने में उनकी मदद करती हैं।
ऑर्गेनिक खेती के बढ़ावे का प्रेरणा
सरकार लगातार प्राकृतिक पदार्थों की बढ़ोतरी के लिए लगातार प्रयास कर रही है। रासायनिक पदार्थों के अधिक इस्तेमाल से मानव स्वास्थ्य पर बड़ा गहरा प्रभाव पड़ रहा है, इसी कारण जैविक खेती को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कृषि विभाग भी काफी प्रोत्साहित कर रहा है। ऐसे में आपके जैविक खेती के व्यापार को विस्तार देना आपके लिए काफी सरल हो सकता है, बशर्ते आप सही तरीकों को अपने ऑर्गेनिक फॉर्मिंग में उपयोग में ला रहे हैं। बढ़ती बीमारियों का एक कारण खेती में रासायनिक पदार्थों का ज्यादा इस्तेमाल भी अच्छा नहीं माना जाता है इसलिए जैविक खेती आज समय की जरूरत बन चुकी है।
